We've been in several times. There are always a lot of people! Especially on a summer holiday.. The waiters work quickly and are polite. The food is very tasty! We tried all khinkali - there are a lot of fillings! Juicy! The dough is delicious. Khachapuri top)) there are no usual eggplant rolls, but there is an alternative - an eggplant snack baked with cheese.. Delicious eggplant salad! Light unfiltered beer is also delicious)) cranberry juice is very rich! We took Napoleon for desserts - I liked it too. The prices are not expensive. Dinner for two ~ 80₽ so I advise you, delicious, high-quality and beautiful interior
PS: a tip to the management: in the large hall on the 2nd floor, I would like the music to play louder.. so as not to hear the chatter of the neighboring tables..The hum was annoying..they went to the next room))))

The food is delicious, very spicy. A wide range of menus. A good team works (hostesses, waiters, kitchen).👍 The waiting time is standard, the feed is beautiful from under the knife. The design is good. The institution has three halls, which in turn are zoned. There is also a summer porch. We ordered dolma, baked eggplant salad, chicken lula, potatoes, kharcho and white sangria. The drink is very good, it's a pity that I lost the position of assorted sweets.

We decided to sit with friends in an atmosphere close to home and chose the cafe "Khinkalnya" on Internatsionalnaya Street. The place is located in the city center, it was very convenient for everyone. The cafe is cozy, the atmosphere is pleasant. Now, as for the service. The waiters in the establishment approach quickly enough, that's all. When the order was brought to us, the girl did not consider it necessary to pour alcoholic beverages to the guests that we ordered, for the whole time no one came up to us and asked if we liked everything, but there was something to say. On what the institution is positioned, then it "limps", the onion was cut quite large in khinkali, it was not very pleasant to eat, and after all, the institution is located in the very center of the city. I suggest that the administration accept this review as advice for decision-making.

In Khinkalna on the street International, 25 a table was ordered for a family birthday celebration. They brought their own cakes for the holiday, and they were taken from us at the entrance without any problems. When the celebration was coming to an end and it was time for tea and cake with candles to the cheerful song Happy birthday, which lifts the mood not only for the hero of the occasion, but, in general, for everyone present, instead of a cake, we received an administrator with a dubious expression who informed us that they did not serve cakes without a quality certificate. After all, when they buy cakes in the store, they are puzzled by certificates, right?
To our legitimate questions: firstly, why did they take our dubious cake without a pedigree and put it in their pedigree refrigerator, and secondly, where are their quality certificates for food that we have missed? The answer was given that if you want to see our certificates, then call the sanitary station....Let me remind you that we talked with the administrator, not with a competitor saboteur (although who knows). Unfortunately, the sanitary station was already closed at that time ... Eh ...
But then an unexpected plot twist followed!
To our natural request to return the cakes, we were given the answer: "What kind of cakes? We didn't have any of your cakes!". Homemade cakes, in which about 12 hours of my personal time and about 150 rubles in cost were invested. That is, the cafe just decided to rob us. To our natural comment that the police are dealing with the thefts, the receptionist with a dubious expression said: "Call!" (do you remember yes? the receptionist, not a competitor-saboteur)
To say that two brutal policemen in berets and with weapons were extremely puzzled by the current situation (especially after, despite the screams of the receptionist with a dubious expression, that we were drunken rowdies, we saw a pretty birthday girl who has not been drinking for several years) is to say nothing.
Non-certified cakes, which the cafe did not take from us and did not put in its pedigree refrigerators, suddenly miraculously appeared! (no other than magic outside of Hogwarts.. Although real fans know that food cannot be conjured according to the laws of transfiguration).
But the funniest thing about this story is that literally in March, my friend celebrated dr in one of the hincalenes of this network. There we were served by a wonderful waiter who brought us my beautiful homemade cake to the cheerful song Happy birthday!
Of course, we ended our evening delicious, beautiful and fun anyway, but ...
the conclusion is the same: if you hate people, then don't work as an administrator, if you are the owner of a business, then think about who you are hiring to represent you

I went to lunch with my colleagues. The Kharcho seemed a little lean at first, but by the end of the plate there was a sharp edge, and I praised to everyone what a rich Kharcho you have - you need to fix it, otherwise I won't go. The Khinkali removed all the negativity, they were just great, it felt like only from the fire. The cheese salad is great. One of the colleagues did not like the first salad from the lunch menu, which is with meat. She said it like rancid olive oil and didn't eat at all.
I will separately note the girl who served us, I will personally give her 5 stars out of 5.
I'll check on the grub next week. If it gets like the first time, I'll fix it with 5 stars.

On a solid 4! I recommend a snack if you don't have the strength to look for another place (our case). I wouldn't celebrate a birthday or any other event.
Of the advantages: fast serving, even surprisingly fast (and Ajarian khachapuri was served first!), wonderful waiters.
Of the cons: the toilet room is not in the best condition, some of the items do not work, there was no soap. Dishes can be served in "tired" dishes.
The quality of the dishes is average, just good, normal.

It is not the first year that I have been a visitor to this network of establishments, and recently I began to notice a decrease in the quality of khachapuri cooking, the amount of filling, the quality of the dough, everything went down, and if I immediately assumed that this was due to one cook, then after trying them in different establishments, I concluded that the fall is everywhere, I I understand that the network uses its lack of Internet access in the market and "people are grabbing", but I'm afraid it won't do any good, I hope that the management will still do something more than an unfortunate coupon for a 15 percent discount on the next visit, which they can only cover their flaws with. Very slow serving of dishes and a long wait for both the menu and the bill. Khinkali is also not edible, thick dough and meat with a strange taste. But that's nonsense... a few hours after dinner there, everyone had indigestion. We celebrated a birthday in Khinkalna, ordered for a good check. To a reasonable question, why then our cakes without certificates are quietly standing in the refrigerator next to Khinkalni products, Alesya began to suggest calling the sanitary inspection station, and when she saw that we were really calling there, she said that they did not take any cakes, there are no cakes, what kind of cakes)) The cost of one cake was 150 bel.rubles, and Alesya was aggressive to the demand to return our property to us, tried to expel us from the institution (despite the fact that we still had half a table of food). As a result, we had to call the police, Alesya tried to slander us - that we were allegedly drunk (2 people were drinking from the company and they were generally silent), allegedly refusing to pay)) As a result, the police are on our side and forced to return the cakes. After the publicity, the instagram account apologized to us and promised that they would call to solve the problem, the problem was "solved" by calling the headmistress, who started a dialogue with the phrase "well, what do you have, let's tell" and said that Alesya was well done and right. After that, the Instagram account was ignored. This is the attitude of the Khinkalni towards their guests. If certificates were needed for the cakes, they HAD NO RIGHT to put them in the refrigerator.

1)Если только насчёт вкуса, тип да это хорошо, но есть места и получше
Могу добавить, что харчо достаточно хорошое было, но не лучшее, что я пробовал
Хлеб Шоти всем рекомендую)

Шикарные хинкали, бесподобное хачапури по-аджарски, умеренные цены и приветливый персонал! Были в данном заведении несколько раз- качество еды и скорость отдачи на высоте!
Из минусов - в зале постоянный запах с кухни, вытяжки работают мягко говоря средне. Но на летнике всегда комфортно и уютно. Рекомендую!

Вкусная еда, почти как в Грузии. Удобное месторасположение недалеко от метро. Внутри чисто, официанты приветливые. Очень понравилось то, что в будние дни есть возможность заказать по приятным ценам обеденный набор.

Хорошее заведение. Отличная и вкусная кухня. Посещали с супругой, очень понравилось. Заказывали моя половинка хинкали, а я свиной шашлык с овощами. Супер! Мясо сочное, во рту тает. Овощи просто класс! Запечённые и слегка притушенные. Нас очень тяжело чем то удивить, но команде Хинкальни это удалось. Молодцы. Хотелось бы ещё дополнительно отметить интерьер. Место колоритное. Вроде бы всё просто, но уютно и атмосферно. Были в пятницу вечером и понятно, что заполняемость практически 100%. Но не смотря на это персонал всегда умудрялся найти на нас время. Конечно пришлось подождать мясо и овощи,
но это и понятно. Пятница, вечер, столько народа. При таких обстоятельствах в других заведениях время ожидания бывало и побольше. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить цены. Они нас приятно удивили. Очень демократично. На мой взгляд достотаточно не дорого и выверенно. На двоих хинкали, шашлык, овощи, хлеб и напиток всего за 55 рублей и это вместе с чаевыми на мой взгляд просто 5 балов. Молодцы.
