I came to the salon, ordered an armchair and a table, the consultant assured me that the table would arrive assembled, so I did not order additional assembly at home. On the day of delivery, an armchair and a disassembled table arrived, but this is half the trouble, the main problem is that the table came with missing parts, namely, there was no beam fastening the base of the table (which actually holds the table so that it does not wobble). I called the manager at the salon where I ordered the table, I don't know what the table configuration should be and they said they would contact me (but no one contacted me in a few hours). I called the millwood table manufacturer and was confirmed that the base mounting beam should go with the table. The impression is unpleasant.
UPD: As a result, the issue was resolved, the missing support was ordered and brought + installed.

I want to say that I held on as long as possible so as not to write a review on this organization, because it always seemed to me that Kingstyle was a serious company with a good reputation, but still it is worth noting that the company does not have an understanding of customer orientation and respect for the client's time at all. The company's employees are only trying to pretend that they care about the customer, but in fact - we spent at least 5 working days to clarify the problems and shortcomings of the products. We ordered a table top made of natural wood, which was obviously fungal. Moreover, the staff tried to convince us that it was not a fungus and would "come off" over time, while they themselves were not even sure what they were saying. Then they promised to bring a good new one, but they brought it with the same marriage. Then they promised to make a new one without marriage, and after 2 weeks of waiting they brought it back with marriage. After that, my husband and I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to replace natural wood with chipboard in order to finally get rid of these issues. We were promised 10 working days of waiting. As a result, we waited another 3 weeks. I would like to note that the organization does not offer delivery on weekdays during business hours and other options. My husband and I took turns taking time off at our own expense 4 times (which is equivalent to money losses of about 500 rubles, if not more !!!!!) and we went to the office after work to make an order again! This is simply outrageous and insulting, because the employee who promised to make a discount did not even make a minimum of it! As a result, it turns out that the table with chipboard instead of 1390p came out to us in total in 1890p. Honestly, I don't have the strength to figure it out anymore, the employees just pretend that they are sorry and try to do something. I am very sorry for the time and money spent.

Возможно в этой компаніі можно покупать готовые ізделія, но точно лучше нічего не брать на заказ. Мне нужен был стол с кастомнымі характерістікамі. Качество оказанных услуг оказалось очень нізкім. Доставку переносілі несколько раз, а когда в ітоге стол прівезлі, оказалось, что ножкі у стола не белые, а черные. К тому же сотруднік пытался стрясті деньгі за "сборку" стола (55 р.) , хотя ранее договорілісь, что спісываться эта сумма будет. Ему даже прішлось звоніть в офіс, проверять данный факт. В прінціпе не понятно почему за стол под косарь рублей, который нужно просто прікрутіть отверткой к ножке пытаюся снімать 55 руб с человека. Короче, еслі хотіте купіть готовое, то наверно можно, хотя не факт, еслі кастомное, то лучше обращаться в другую компанію.

Then, on the day of delivery, only the table was brought, the chairs were "forgotten". And here the epic began with the postponement of the delivery dates of the new table, with the inability to export this (only for a fee) and my endless calls to the manager to find out the status of the order (they did not call me and simply ignored the agreed deadlines, when I called back after the appointed date, it took several of my calls to still find out the new intended the date of delivery). Two months later, a replacement table was brought to us, we opened the box and ... its legs were scratched too! After calling the manager, the second table was taken away, the first one was still left with us and told to come to the office with a guarantee. As a result, we received a refund and were offered to "look at other models" without even apologizing for the whole situation.

Выбор колоссальный, есть возможность всё посмотреть, пощупать, подобрать под свой бюджет. Персонал компетентный, если нужно проконсультируют, если не нужно не будут навязываться. Если не можете определиться что Вам нужно, то это место обязательно к посещению. Из минусов: не совсем удобно добираться на общественном транспорте, эскалатор не работает, летом в помещении очень жарко и душно, на некоторые позиции цены в салоне выше чем цены на известной онлайн платформе (при чем от их же магазина).

I ordered a table, the production takes 10 working days. It's been three full weeks, it seems like they started planning the delivery. In the beginning, it was stated that the table would somehow arrive collapsible. I received a notification that, as it turned out, there was no color scheme for my countertop (they did not know for three weeks until the last moment). In addition, they said that the table would arrive assembled. (????) . I ordered a fairly large countertop, so I did not expect to face the problem of doorways. As a result, I did not like any of the countertops offered to me, I had to find the countertop on the site myself, after which it turned out that there was still such a coloring, but it was not offered. That's all right, but the deliverers arrived without any cash for change at ALL. There are no assembly instructions, there are questions about some holes in the supports. The first point of the warranty card from the Kingstyle company: collect according to the instructions. Kingstyle company after another call: "we do not supply instructions for this model." I suspect that the connecting part of the supports also did not reach, until it became clear, since at the moment the company simply does not have information on the assembly of this model, and the response from the supplier with instructions will be in three days (Why is it interesting that you cannot request this instruction and invest?). In general, I have successfully spent time on the work that the managers of this company should do. I wish the kingstyle company to deal only with chairs, professionally in its field. And I don't want a potential buyer to face a similar problem.
It's a pity you can't put zero stars.
Updated: it was confirmed that the part of the structure connecting the support was not delivered, as an apology, the master will come and assemble the table. Thank you, I can't think of a better apology, considering that someone brought the missing parts anyway. And if there were instructions and spare parts at once, I would have screwed in six screws and four nuts myself.
I don't even want to ask for a discount, so as not to be even more disappointed.
It is interesting to watch how the company offers any kind of apology, but just not to lose money. I think that the table assembly wizard is included in the price of the table initially.
Of the interesting things, I would like to note that on the site with reviews, videos of the best reviews are shot by people who, by a strange coincidence, work as consultants in the hall.

Приехала покупать себе для работы за компьютером и насколько мы с мужем были удивлены, что кресла очень индивидуальный товар.
Выбрала себе достаточно бюджетное кресло с полиуретановыми колесами, которые пол не царапают и ещё и кресло качалку.
На самом деле после 2 х дней работы моя спина и то, что пониже, очень хорошо себя ощущают.
В сборке трудно, так что лучше заказать её, как дополнительную услугу. Что является единственным минусом.

Все очень хорошо начиналось. Приятный магазин с хорошим выбором в городе Витебск. Хороший персонал, дружелюбный, все подсказали, показали. От самого магазина остались только самые приятные впечатления. Но тут началось самое интересное, через примерно неделю после того как кресло было куплено сломалась спинка. Позвонила в магазин, приехал мастер посмотрел. Сказал что спинка сломана и что это брак так как самостоятельно так сломать нельзя. Сам написал акт на замену, именно на замену и сказал что обычно быстро привозят новые примерно через неделю. Я в ожидании. Прошла неделя ни одного звонка. Позвонила в магазин опять и мне сказали звонить в сервисный, т.к. они никакого отношения к сервисному не имеют и дали номер. Позвонила, никакого конкретной информации мне не дали, сказали что в выходные им привозят кресла с ремонтов и моего кресла не привезли. Прошла еще неделя звоню спрашиваю, опять никакой конкретной информации, я спрашивала что с ним делают ремонтируют или новое будет. В ответ услышала что не знаем и как только поставщик с ними свяжется они узнают что делали конкретно. И так прошел месяц я несколько раз хотела узнать что конкретно делают с креслом, ремонтируют или новое будет, так как в акте конкретно написано ЗАМЕНА. По итогу мне присылают смс в котором написано что случай был спорный, но так как лояльно отнеслись, то сделали все по гарантии. Просто смешно, как за неделю сидения можно было сломать что-то, тем более когда к нам приходил мастер и сказал что это брак конкретно. ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ сервис, просто отвратительный. К магазину где покупали претензий нет, девочки молодцы и доставку организовали быстро. На момент написания отзыва кресла нам еще не привезли. Уже должны привезти договорились о доставке. Жаль что сервис оставил такие плохие впечатления.
