A pleasant place!
I was in Minsk and came in for breakfast.
Positive:
- location, city center
- the interior is beautiful, high ceilings, huge windows, lots of air and light
- in the menu, you can choose something for your health
- the food was delicious
Minuses:
- open from 10.00
- there were a lot of people at breakfast in the morning and the service was not very efficient
- the waitress brought salt/pepper, then the dishes, one person ate the dish, she comes up, takes the empty plate and salt/pepper! And I needed salt to add salt to my second course, but there is no salt. Everything looked strange
- the windows are huge and very dirty! I understand that the city center is dusty, but if you are applying for an expensive institution in the center, then you need to match it!
- prices are above the average in Minsk
As a result, I lowered one star for the work of the waiters and dirty windows. Did you like the food

It's a wonderful place.
To the left of the entrance is a restaurant, to the right is a pastry shop.
We were in a restaurant. The interior is original, initially it seems strict, but later it feels very cozy.
The kitchen is very good. It is based on French. Salads, main dishes, desserts are all very tasty.
There was something to compare it with, and it seems to me that this is one of the best places in Minsk where you can have a good and delicious meal.

In general, the cafe is interesting, we ordered pancakes with lightly salted salmon, the price, of course, is quite high, but it was compensated by a large number of fish, and not two small pieces, which pleased us.
The only thing was that we were unlucky with the waitress, although she was polite and friendly, but she forgot about us all the time, she brought cocoa earlier than the main course, as a result, the cocoa cooled down and was not as tasty as we expected.
My husband took dessert, said it was very tasty.
Overall, the impressions are good and we will be happy to come back on occasion.

A comfortable place for a pleasant pastime, we often go to lunch / dinner with friends.
The hot dishes are good, we especially recommend chicken breast with potato gnocchi and spinach.
The desserts are excellent, our favorites are Kiev cake and bird's milk.
There are problems with the service from time to time, the waiters seem dissatisfied with something, but the last time during our visit we were served by the beautiful Anastasia, thanks to her! Brightened up our evening!
We will be happy to visit you again))

I read in the recommendations where there are eclairs in the city about this place. As a lover of French cuisine, especially eclairs, I just couldn't miss this place and went on the first day of arrival. Eclair is very average: the custard dough is made in the Soviet way, it's not bad at all, but it's not about France and its confectionery art. The cream is not bad, but it does not stand out in any way, the chocolate fudge seemed to be made of ordinary chocolate without notes. My mother cooks eclairs at about the same level, but I would like un peu de plaisir... At the same time, the city has the best examples of what an eclair à la française should be like.

I celebrated my birthday, booked the table in advance and made a full pre-order, we agreed that there would be snacks and salads for the arrival of the guests. As a result, all the guests arrived at the appointed time and the waiter begins to move the tables and set the table. We were able to sit down at the table only half an hour later, all this time we just stood next to each other. They forgot about the hot food for one guest, they brought it 15 minutes later and then after I asked where the food was (that is, everyone else had eaten their own for a long time).
More than half of the dishes were frankly tasteless, and the set of snacks was terrible. The barbecue ribs turned out to be boiled and stewed and absolutely bland - why call them barbecue?
The gift cake is, of course, nice. But he can no longer save a spoiled impression. It would be better to make a decent service.
For pleasant festive dinners, the institution clearly does not pull, although they declare themselves as a restaurant with a rather big check.

We brought guests from another country, I asked them to tell me if there is a table for 8 people! The waiter Tatiana grimaced and asked, "where, here?" Of course not, in the building opposite. The hall was almost empty. She said that there were no options to take a table with our company and left.
What is the attitude towards customers??? I ask the management to take action against this waiter (Tatiana in a red uniform).

We visited Minsk for the New Year holidays, went to have lunch.
Among the advantages: a beautiful place with large Windows, convenient location. The cafe is clearly designed for tourists.
There are more disadvantages.
The first thing that caught my eye was that they weren't smiling. But most of all, I was surprised by the long service and, as a result, they brought cold food. Fish soup in very uncomfortable fluted pots. The potatoes are cold, the steak is tasteless. Arugula salad is drizzled with such sour balsamic vinegar, which causes heartburn, although the added grapes are very tasty. The macaroni and cheese are great, but the piece of red fish was over-dried.
Raf tastes like it's made of powder. The next day we decided to choose another place.

Excellent atmosphere, pleasant staff, friendly service in the evening and in the morning. The food is at the highest level: desserts are fresh, you can always look at them and choose the one you like, excellent breakfasts from 10 to 12 on weekdays. Еда в целом вкусная. Персонал вежливый, рекомендует, что можно из меню попробовать, обслуживание быстрое.
Атмосфера уютная. Цены, для нас были приемлемые. Интерьер современный, диванчики и кресла удобные.
Выбор десертов просто огромный. На любой вкус. Выбрали Пьяную Вишню и Морковный торт.
Основные блюда выбрали борщ с уткой, пасту карбонару, говядину порезанную.
Все было вкусно.
Единственное, пасту немного переварили, но само блюдо было вкусным
А борщу немного не хватает насыщенности или густоты. Может быть, т.к. блюдо с уткой, а не с говядиной, этого ощущения и не хватило.
Мясо было вкусным. Нарезанный ломтиками стейк. Не большой, но вкусный в композиции всего блюда.
Еще брали оставщееся из Новогоднего Меню, форель под шубой. Очень вкусная форель и салат в целом. Интерпретация салата селедки под шубой, только вкуснее и рецепт свежее.
Заказали кофе по Венский и Ирландский кофе. Irish coffee все же не оригинал, просто получился капучино, с виски. :)
Советую всем, отличная кухня, персонал и атмосфера.

Ruined the mood on the day of the painting.
They called a few days in advance to book a table near the window. The reservation was confirmed.
When we arrived, we were given the scariest table in a dark corner. Then they offered to sit behind bar stools (yes, it is very convenient in a wedding outfit behind a bar stool!). In the end, a place was vacated and we were transferred to a normal place.
The table was dirty, and when asked to wipe the table, they snorted, saying that it had been wiped. After 10 minutes, they wiped the table on the second request and guessed to offer to put the bride's bouquet in the water.
🤷we could put it down to workload and fatigue, but it's 2 p.m. on Saturday.
I put an additional star for a good festive compliment in the form of a cake, but even it was already unpleasant to receive after a spoiled mood on a very festive and tremulous day.

На мой взгляд, лучшее кафе в Минске! Большой ассортимент завтраков на любой вкус и бюджет, отличнвй кофе и коктейли! Шакшука просто великолепна! Интересные десерты. Отдельное спасибо официантам! Девочки реально на своем месте: отличное знание меню, готовность подсказать, вынос блюд по согласованию с гостем и просто дружелюбный настрой!!!

Отмечали 07.07.23 бракосочетание в семейном кругу из 7 человек. Нам предоставили практически изолированное помещение с дополнительным диванчиком. Было очень уютно и непринужденно - за это отдельное спасибо.
Еда была очень вкусной, порции большие, смена блюд своевременная. Присутствует живая музыка, которая не мешает общению.
Цены приятно удивили.
Отдельная благодарность нашему официанту Татьяне Федорцовой (надеюсь правильно указал фамилию) за прекрасное обслуживание, доброжелательность, хорошее настроение и фото гостей))
В ресторане не первый раз и точно не последний

But! This time, when approaching the institution, my husband and I, without collusion, thought that the cafe had closed because the windows were dirty, just a nightmare—the face of the institution.
The doors to the kitchen are battered, dirty, still I would like to see beauty everywhere.
The doors to the toilet are also rolled up. There are traces of dried drops on the mirror in the women's bathroom, and in general everything is so sloppy, there is no feeling of cleanliness. I didn't go into the bathroom itself.
A teapot with tea in traces of dried drops, or even deposits from water, that is, it is not rubbed with a rag.
The food is delicious, the service is good, although they always keep the bill for a long time. But there are big questions about cleanliness in an institution that claims to be "golden" in the name))
In general, there was a residue from the visit, and even thoughts of finding an alternative in Minsk. The advice to the managing link is to do something urgently with this, people do not directly talk about it, but everyone notices

Все вкусно, необыкновенные десерты, крутой кофе.Уютная атмосфера.Не все официанты дружелюбны, но в целом обслуживание на высоте, все быстро и гостеприимно. Пока 3 дня были в Минске, все 3 дня ходили в это заведение на десерты и кофе, не могли себе отказать в таком удовольствии.И в следующую поездку обязательно сюда вернемся.

Немного пафосное, но приятное место. Приходили на завтрак, брали белорусский- вкусно и сытно, жена не доела даже. Порадовала хорошая живая музыка на фортепиано, в 11ч это неожиданно приятно. Десерты не пробовали, но выглядят они аппетитно. Кофе хороший! Девушки официантки, как во многих других заведениях Минска, как будто чем-то напуганы. Так и не поняли, с чем это связано)
Не понравилось, что нас посадили за высокий стол у окна, от которого тянуло холодом. При этом были свободные нормальные столы.
