A French coffee shop with a rich selection of breakfasts. The coffee is very good, Arabica without acid, fragrant and tart. A good choice is carrot cake, the base with a lot of nuts, not a sickly sweet cake, but the serving was pumped up, the piece was broken, which slightly spoiled the impression. A big plus is that they immediately bring separate appliances for each dish, saving sentences is often very sinful for such establishments. Bicherin turned out to be not coffee with chocolate, but cappuccino with black pepper.
There are a few problems with the staff, the girls clearly share which table who takes the order and cleans, so often the waitress has to wait quite a long time until she serves other tables. Napoleon is considered a signature dessert, the waitress assured me that I would be able to try it only in their establishment. It turned out to be an ordinary standard Napoleon, well soaked, but for my taste there was not enough vanilla in the custard. It should be borne in mind that breakfasts are prepared for a long time about 15-20 minutes with an empty hall, I can't say this is an incorrect organization of the kitchen or an indicator of the quality of cooking. When the dishes arrived, the questions about the cooking time did not disappear, the salmon pancakes were thin and too greasy. The fish is not bad, but it did not cause delight either. The most delicious thing was sour cream. Cheesecakes with black currant and condensed milk mousse pleased a little more. They are lush, tender and light, in a shimmer sweet, condensed milk mousse turned out to be not mousse, but something like custard, the shade of condensed milk is perfectly felt. And another funny fact is that it's very cold in the restrooms

2. You will not be able to eat normally. The table is small, it is uncomfortable to sit, the food is tasteless (chicken breast with potato gnocchi is tasteless and bland)
3. The bar menu is idiotic: everything is in English (the rest of the menu is in Russian). There are no tinctures. Cognac is the worst of all that I have tried (I took the most expensive on the menu)
4. There are no desserts after 21:00. They said the pastry chef had already left and it was on Friday at the most popular time
5. The service is good for the sake of truth, but if you want to have a good evening, look for something else, this cafe is suitable only to drink coffee and order dessert before the pastry chef leaves

The super polite and helpful staff, always ready to help in choosing a dish, desserts deserve special attention, especially the eclair "Pistachio" and a basket with raspberries. I was pleasantly surprised by the salty filling of this eclair. In addition, it is worth trying risotto with truffle, the portion of which is quite impressive. We came to the Scallop for a birthday breakfast. We were met, offered several tables to choose from, on Sunday morning there was free, several tables were occupied, but later the people "woke up".
The waitress came over immediately. The breakfast menu is impressive, for every taste, and for those who like a hearty breakfast, and for sweetmeats. We chose our draniki with salmon of our own salting and a tender duck of sweets with sweet and sour cranberries and cream mousse in eclair. Plus, of course, morning coffee, Americano and latte.
The waitress was polite, worked quickly. I don't remember the last time something was brought to me so quickly from what I ordered.
The prices are quite reasonable for the city center, pleasant music is playing inside, clean, interesting interior. Many come with children for breakfast, coloring pages are provided for them so that young visitors do not get bored while waiting for an order. I can't say how things are with parking, I didn't need it. The toilets are clean.
The only small disadvantage may be a slight stuffiness in the room, I would like fresh air, especially in the heat.
