When I come to Minsk, I definitely go for coffee.
The only thing that recently began to feel detached from the visitor service, not enough attention from the staff.
They noticed about ten minutes later that I was in the hall, while I was alone in the left wing.

Terrible service and zero customer focus! We went to this place on purpose. A company of 4 adults and 3 children. The floor of the restaurant is empty and they couldn't put us in. By offering a dark stuffy VIP lounge with a deposit of 1,500rubles each. Explain to me how a 5-year-old child can eat 1,500??? I did not like the manner of communication of the hostesses. It's a terrible place. I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, it was an extremely unsuccessful visiting experience. They were transferred from one end to the other, did not serve for a long time, could not offer normal breakfast options. They promised to serve promptly, despite the load.
After canceling the order at 30 minutes of waiting, I received vague explanations without apologies.
Soup and roll couldn't be delivered an hour later.
The service is very weak, they left upset and hungry. I don't recommend it.

Firstly, the waitresses were constantly looking at us and whispering, which was very unpleasant. Secondly, I decided to order cocoa and it was sickly sweet that I couldn't even finish it, and a friend ordered cappuccino, which was terribly bitter. Thirdly, we were knitting sugar and started discussing what language "sugar" is written in, the waitress came up to us and made us look stupid and said, "If that's sugar," thank you, but we didn't understand ourselves. The last trip spoiled the impression of the restaurant a little. It's a pity I didn't remember the names of those waitresses!

The waitress girl advised us to make a special cake in the form of ice cream - it was delicious. The second time we tried everything from the category of chocolate - we realized that it was not ours, it was very sweet. We tried Irish coffee for the first time, they cook very tasty, they don't save on whiskey. Viennese coffee is also delicious.

All the food I tried here was delicious. The staff is lovely, the service is very good, you feel important here. The food is brought in turn and quietly taken away at the end of the dish, so that a pile of plates does not gather on the table.

We ordered beef tartare, porcini mushroom risotto, tuna salad, duck breast, eclair with duck, desserts. Tartar was generally strange, there was a lot of pesto sauce in it, the portions were small, we did not like it. The hot dishes are nothing special, I really liked the eclair with duck. The desserts were also underwhelming. We expected more. Still, apparently this is a breakfast place.

Some of the staff is cool, but when I left the cafe and said goodbye to several employees at the waiter's counter and they did not react in any way... well.. This is such a thing.
