Хороший аквапарк, входит в 10-ку Европейских. 8 горок внутри и 4 снаружи. Снаружи горки работают только летом в жаркую погоду. Внутри есть кафе с пищей типа фаст-фуд, аква бар. Большая аквазона для плавания, есть лежаки с гидромассажем и несколько джакузи на 10 человек каждая. На улице есть бочки с водой, в них тоже можно посидеть.
За дополнительную плату можно посетить спа зону. Нет шампуня, нет геля для душа, установленные фены не работают (за исключением одного), но фен при необходимости выдают на кассе бесплатно, записывая на ваш браслет. Полотенца платные - 3 бел. руб.
Летом даже в будние дни огромные очереди на вход. Лучше приезжать к открытию. Приоритетная очередь есть для проживающих в отеле Аква Минск (на Победителей).
Закрывается в 22:00, за выход после 22:00 установлен поминутный штраф.

Огромный комплекс водных горок, также имеются бани разных видов их минусов бани могу учесть что не на все категории, есть только парочку финская и хамам, что лично для меня нравится. Также есть бар прямо а воде, не уверен работает ли он корректно но то что я увидел было впечатляющим.
Запах хлорки также как и во всех других бассейнах ничего кардинально плохого я не заметил. Персонал дружелюбный хоть и ничего хорошего вспомнить не могу, работу выполняют хорошо.
Время нахождения там я бы рекомендовал около 2-3 часов не больше, так-как это может надоесть со временем, когда попробуешь все горки по несколько раз становится скучновато, есть также и возрастные горки на которых действительно страшно ( в хорошем смысле этого слова). Я бы рекомендовал лебяжий для людей в компании около двух или трёх людей, в том числе потому что есть шлюпки на несколько человек в горке.

Отличный аквапарк, много горок. Но есть 2 минуса наверное как и во всех аквапарках.
1 - большая очередь на кассах, но решили проблему, заказали онлайн билеты, что бы не стоять в очереди с друзьями, нас было 5 человек, прошли быстро.
2 - большая очередь на крутые горки, на красную горку стояли минут 40
Но где я не был, например «Золотая Бухта» в Геленджике Там мы стояли больше часа на горку в очереди и 2 часа на кассе в 2016г
С понимаем, что много туристов и все хотят посетить аквапарк осознавали это
СОВЕТУЮ идти в будний день и именно на целый день. Потому что если идти на 3-4 часа, то на всех горках можно не успеть прокатиться. Но в общем и целом все понравилось 5 звезд 😀 СПАСИБО МИНСК !

Then we went into the aquazone, and there it turned out that the water in the pools was icy!(((When I asked why the water was icy, I was told that the water park was supposedly after preventive maintenance. Funny)). Not a single bathhouse worked, the hammam barely pulled ((( Slides, as in Soviet times!At the same time, the price of a water park is far from small, 110 Belarusian rubles (3800 Russian rubles). But come on, this is not the end of all the delights of this place, at the exit you have to go to the checkout separately and ask for a hair dryer to dry your hair, and then you also need to take it back!))) In general, I do not recommend it to anyone, do not waste your time and money.

P. S. Не берите молочные коктейли в баре: 1)9-12 руб. 2)Там молоко просто взбили, на коктейль это не похоже 3) Вы разочаруетесь, там около 100-150 мл.
Рекомендую сауны обязательно, нам они даже больше аквазоны понравились, главное, чтобы народу поменьше было
Желательно брать больше 6 часов в летнее время, не успеете насладиться всеми горками и саунами, а лучше целый день

There were only 3 pools with children, it was + 24 outside, but inside, even in the children's pool, the children froze quickly, although it did not bother them and they could not be pulled out. Удобное расположение аквапарка - обособленное, удобный съезд с МКАД. Удобные просторные раздевалки. Необычные сейфы на магнитном замке - необычен сам формат ящика... Много различных зон: по глубине и возрастам посетителей. Особо можно отметить уличную зону бассейна. Хорошие установки гидромассажа разной интенсивности и для различных областей тела. Интересный аттракцион-тоннель: в нём в непредвиденный момент могут быть фонтаны, лить дождь, из стен быходят одиночные струи воды. При этом вода в них подаётся и тёплая и холодная. Плюс меняется освещение в тоннеле. Есть бар, стол которого находится на 30 см выше уровня воды в аквазоне, но когда мы туда подплыли там был перерыв. Есть обычный "сухой" бар, где можно и напитки попробовать и перекусить. Был с женой и дочкой 9 лет. Всем понравилось, а дочка вообще уезжать не хотела.

Много посетили аквапарка. В России, в Испании, Германии и ОАЭ. Лебяжий - один из самых любимых по соотношению цена-качество. Много горок, все интересные. Очень нравится зона открытых горок и бассейнов, в хорошую погоду ощущение, как на хорошем курорте. Детская зона для ребят помладше тоже шикарная. Спасатели делают свою работу качественно. Рекомендую.

We came here specially from St. Petersburg, my daughter and I really liked it:
-electronic queue at the checkout - the queue passes quickly
-slides - cool - the child is delighted,
-outdoor swimming pool,
-barrels in which you can bask, but there are a lot of people who want to,
- the grotto is a separate entertainment,
- even my 7-year-old daughter rode on many slides and also with me on double cheesecakes (you can't brag about this in St. Petersburg),
- there is a children's island, but my daughter did not need it,
and what I appreciated as a former social worker, there is a descent for the disabled: a ramp to the pool, an elevator, changing cabins.
Of the minuses:
-I was a little upset that saunas are a separate fee compared to St. Petersburg, but we would not have reached, my daughter was impressed by the aqua zone - so nonsense 😄
-non-working hair dryers, but if you wait, the administration will issue a hairdryer,
- the absence of the photographer was also upset😢

We decided to visit the lebyazhy water park on August 22. The impressions were disgusting. I'll start over:
Huge queues for EACH slide. We understand that it's summer, everyone wants to enjoy it. But make some kind of restriction of visitors, because this is impossible! You take 4 hours, of which 3 are standing in queues.
Some of the slides just didn't work - there was no warning about it on the site. But only at the counter in the water park itself - it's cool to find out about it when we were driving from another city.
We also decided to visit the SPA area. It was as disgusting as possible... I can't say that I'm so squeamish, but everything looked terrible and miserable. 3 baths/zones out of 7 did not work. Naturally, we wanted to visit everything. There was no warning about this anywhere.
They wrote to the complaint book. I received a reply / unsubscribe - yes, I am aware that there are huge queues and a lot of visitors, but that's it :)) You have to earn money, right?
The very condition of the water park is very sad - mold, rust, dirt.
Once again, I would definitely not visit Lebyazhy

The water park has a number of shortcomings. Firstly, there is a problem with queues on the slides. It's very unpleasant when you're standing in a long queue, and a bunch of people are brazenly rushing past you, like on other slides, although they don't even bother to explain themselves. Personally, I didn't like the water park. I realized that it wasn't mine at all. It didn't go well for my wife and daughter either. Too much extreme stuff. too much. It would be great if there were calm descents without this breakneck speed and constant turns, sharp drops, ups and downs again. I don't understand why no one thought of making just calm descents. It was possible to make at least one such slide with several tracks. I assure you, there would be the longest queues.
In general, I feel sorry for the money that we threw away for these stupid "entertainment", which we actually used only partially. It would be better if we rode roller coasters, jet skis and other entertainment on the Minsk Sea or somewhere else. But everyone has their own choice.
Now, if people wanted to live normally, humanly, they would build a Creative society - and it would be honestly written about which institution exactly what kind of entertainment and for whom they are suitable and for whom they are not.

Отличный аквапарк, лучший в Минске. Классные горки как внутри, так и снаружи. Есть несколько бассейнов и две детские зоны. Много акций и специальных предложений, которые распространяются и на минибар на воде, и на ресторан, и на сам аквапарк+территорию СПА. Имеется спортзал, где можно привести свое тело в отличную форму, чтоб в аквапарке не стыдно было появляться)

The summer zone is open from + 24 degrees. We were unlucky, the summer area was closed, but this did not affect our vacation at all. We bought tickets for 8 o'clock. We thought we would leave earlier.... But! We spent all 8 hours!!! 7 slides in a closed area. Children of 9 years old rode 5 of them without fear.
It is convenient that you pay for purchases in a cafe using a bracelet at the exit.
Lebyazhy is indeed one of the best water parks in Europe. We are convinced of this!

Советую однозначно! Отмечали дни рождения детям 13 и 10 лет, все остались довольны! Дети накупались, накатались с горок. Очень понравилось, что везде дежурят ребята-спасатели, не было напряжённости, боязни отвернуться от ребенка! А это огромный плюс тем, кто отдыхает с детьми! У нас была компания от 6 человек, поэтому именнинику вход был бесплатным, это тоже очень приятно! (С собой надо иметь паспорт или свидетельство о рождении), если менее 6 человек, то скидка именнинику 50%. Есть теплые джакузи, водный бар, кафе, гидромассаж, детский бассейн для самых маленьких с маленькими горками, бассейн-река, выходящий на улицу, там же лежаки, где можно позагорать, бочки. На входе система по электронной очереди, быстро оформили, и пошли отдыхать, на территории аквапарка есть сканер, где можно посмотреть сколько осталось времени, приложив браслет (мы брали посещение на 4 часа, нам вполне хватило). Можно взять совместно посещение аквапарка и спа-зоны, но я в спа-зону ходила отдельно. Так же есть серферный тренажёр, для желающих поучиться, оплачивается отдельно. Очень вежливый персонал, ответят на все вопросы! Однозначно рекомендую к посещению!
