A great place to relax, we came for a whole day with the whole family. It was cold and raining outside, so we didn't get into the open part, but for that we rode a lot on the slides inside. There are no very extreme slides, but in general it's not bad, children aged 10 and 14 felt perfect there.

Большая парковка рядом с дорогой. Огромный аквапарк, множество горок, большой бассейн. Есть кафе на воде, СПА-комплекс, тренажёр серфинга. Душевые без мыла, некоторые не работают. Водяные горки действительно крутые. К сожалению, есть минусы. Вернее один большой минус - это огромные очереди. Количество посетителей такое, что приходится стоять в очереди не меньше получаса, чтобы скатиться несколько секунд с горки. А чтобы попасть в аквапарк нужно прождать час свою очередь в вестибюле. Но горки хороши.

It's not a bad place, but the service is lame on both legs.
Bathrobes that are available for rent can only be used on rags, unhurried staff.

Посещал с дочкой аквазону без бтк. Детская зона чуть лучше , разнообразнее , чем во Фристайле. Горки +- тоже Ок для Беларуси. Бар (барная стойка) на первом этаже , как забегаловка на вокзале. Кафе на втором этаже - полный мрак! Понимаю, что цены в такого плана заведениях всегда не маленькие , но насколько удачная еда была …. Бургеры - ни о чем, картошка… картошка и картошка… игрушка в детском комплексе а-ля хэппи-мил, такая же, как и бургер😵💫 В общем еда на уровне забегаловки , где то в российской глубинке за стоимость Бургер Кинг х2.
Сушилка ( для согреться и немного просохнуть, особенно детям) вообще не функционировала толком…. Дуло только откуда то сверху и способно было согреть, разве что голову 2метрового посетителя.
Отсюда и оценка не больше 3ех, просто застали факт наличия аквапарка. Стоит ли еще снижать оценку за то, что за билеты в субботу на двоих взрослых и ребенка отдали почти 150р = 60уе… ? Наверное нет, тк идти или не идти - выбор сугубо личный.
Дорого и посредственно- честная оценка.

Отличный аквапарк, большой, много горок. Но! Во первых-он довольно дорогой, на семью из 4 человек на 3 часа вышло почти 7к или 222 рубля, в пятницу. Второе- приходить надо или к 9- тогда можно без очередей покататся до 10 30 или после 18 00, тогдаже открыта и зона СПA.
Дополнение после второго посещения.
Была открыта внешняя часть горок- класс. Горки высокие и интересные.
Доплачивать за СПА зону не имеет смысла, она не большая и в будний день забита полностью - в парилке люди стояли как в метро Василеостровская.
Люди рассасываются к 21 00, тогда можно покатся без очередей, даже в 20 00 еще очереди.
Душевые подубиты- требуют ремонта.
Сотрудники - молодеж и все четко их много все на своих местах.

We arrived on a weekday. Disgusting attitude towards customers, artificially created queues of about 1000 people. People are still waiting for 3-5 hours, there is nowhere to even sit down, everything is packed. There are huge queues on the slides. About sanitary standards. I can't speak. There is no warning anywhere that the water park is overcrowded and unable to provide services. This is a violation of consumer rights and low-quality service. I do not recommend visiting. Do not spoil your vacation, avoid this water park. Tourists from St. Petersburg.

Приятное место для отдыха Взрослым интересно будет посетить Спа, поплавать в бассейне. Летом можно позагорать. Детям тоже есть чем заняться. Имеются различные горки, аквамассажеры. Здесь можно провести хоть весь день. Есть бары и кафе. Бывают разные акции. Можно приобрести не только разовый билет, но и безлимитные абонементы на различные сроки. Летом бывают большие очереди и ждать можно часами. По абонементам пропускают без очереди.

Only 3 stars are a stretch, do not believe the reviews, a large number of people, dirty, the smell from the bathrooms, the water in the pool does not correspond to the stated degrees, cold. Of all the normal things, only the spa area, and then for a fee. We stayed for 3 days, during these days one or the other slide does not work. Divorce for money. This is the 4th amusement park I've been to, and it couldn't be worse!!!!
The hotel and the surrounding area are quite decent, it's nice to relax.

I've been to this water park 5 times. I really like the Spa area. A variety of baths for the amateur, a swimming pool with different water effects. It is only problematic to wait until the water jets are released. The bar has alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. On the ground floor of the aqua park there is a budget cafe, soups of 2.5-3.5, meat menu, side dishes, ice cream.

Все здорово. Для детей есть отдельный теплый бассейн с горками и мелкий волновой бассейн. Горки веселые, по будням очереди умеренные. Вода чистая, комфортной температуры. Внимательный персонал повсеместно. Однозначно рекомендую посетить. Актуальные цены на сайте. Зона спа - это теплый бассейн + 8 разных парилок + ледяной бассейн. Вход туда за отдельную доплату.

I paid for a spa + aquazone for myself and a 10-year -old child.
The spa area is a complete disappointment - half a star. Cold, damp baths do not give the impression of a spa. A lot of people , the spa pool is packed ( no control over the number of people )
I went in once, went through all the baths, and went out into the aqua zone.
There was no desire to enter the spa anymore .
3-star aquazone. These huge Buns for two people , and if the child always goes alone ? We took turns pulling this bun ((((
The most wonderful memories of aunts in the wardrobe . There is no explanation at the checkout …

В целом, аквапарк понравился. Но, так как есть с чем сравнивать ( были в аквапарках в Сопоте, в Термах Варвински, Балтийске, Калининграде, Юрмале), то и есть некоторые явные минусы. Во- первых это очереди. На всё! Начиная со входа и заканчивая очередями на трубы и горки, а так как регулировки последних нет никакой со стороны персонала, получается люди стоят с ватрушками три этажа на лестнице в очереди на горку с ватрушками, а в это время трубы простаивают, так как все подходят, видят огромную очередь уже на 2 этаже, разворачиваются и уходят, не зная, что на 3,4 этажах есть отдельные очереди из трех- четырёх человек на другие трубы. В очередях
на каждый спуск по 30-40 минут приходится терять времени. Нет реки с течением. И вообще, если нет желания стоять в очередях на горки, развлечений ( фонтаны, пузыри, напоры, джакузи с тёплой водой и пр.) совсем мало, просто остаётся плавать. Вода прохладная, но в принципе комфортная. Фены надо брать на кассе, на кассе об этом никто не предупреждает, об этом узнаешь по информации в раздевалке, но из неё уже на кассу не попасть, только через выход. Обычно во всех аквапарках фены висят в достаточном количестве в раздевалках. Цена завышена, по сравнению с остальными аквапарками, где были, Лебяжий самый дорогой.

Definitely recommend it! A great place for a family holiday. We were with our grandchildren in August. I liked everything: the water park itself and the territory. The only drawback is the lack of food outlets. The cafe by the lake was closed without explanation and I really wanted to eat. I had to go to the city.

The water park is not bad. But there are a few buts. Why are there such locker rooms? Why is it not possible, as in any sports club, to divide simply into women's and men's locker rooms?? The place allows it. I think that this water park does not hold more than 2000 people, how many boxes.
We were lucky. We arrived at 10.30 a.m. on May 3rd. There were few people. Everything was prompted and explained.
A question for the cafe. People want to eat, and there is 1 girl working at the checkout in the cafe. There are no questions for her. The speed is therefore not high. Why not put 1 more person. It's clear why. Time is ticking. The staff keeps an eye on everything. They don't let you mess around. Many slides did not work.
In my opinion, if you drive here during rush hour, then you will stand on the slides for 15 minutes, and like herring in a jar.
There is something to work on.

They took four hours, withstood three, everyone froze and went to the shower, lathered up and then just like the classics, I open the water, and it's icy, ran through half of the booths, it's like this everywhere, three more people with me, we waited for 20 minutes and washed under the ice, one of the victims said that it was frequent phenomenon, i.e. the management just us....they said at the ticket offices that they were also in parallel, they didn't even stop selling tickets and naturally didn't tell new visitors anything. I will not say that this should not be the case in 2023, degrad..you will probably win, it is useless to fight, they will not understand what a service is, they understand only when it concerns them, there is only one way to fight them, to refuse the services of such enterprises and sole proprietors, when people start doing this and as a result unscrupulous entities will go bankrupt and disappear from the market, only then everything will get better!!! I'm not going to this place anymore, it's better than that!!!!

Хороший аквапарк, много различных горок, детский городок, различные джакузи и теплые и холодные, есть бочки с теплыми на улице,
очень странная 'ленивая река' - течение не ощущается и очень короткая, фактически нужно выгребать самому.
Тоже самое и тропа с различными брызгалками и душами шарко - слабовато.
Не хватает декора - живой или искуственной зелени, все голый функционал.
Жалко что в открытой зоне простаивает куча атракционов - к их стартам и финишам отапливаеммую галерею и было бы в 2 раза больше горок.
