We put 3/5 on nutrition, there seems to be a lot of choice, but in fact if rice and fish are like everywhere else in Egypt. The alcohol is normal, the wine is better than in other hotels. The animation is not bad for Egypt - live music, then show dancing, hotel rooms, etc. (the only thing was that the music was repeated every evening) There are many swimming pools - in our time there were 2 heated ones, there is a quiet area, there are 12+ restaurants, there are Mexico, Italy - but we did not go, the waiters are friendly, the attitude towards Russians is good, there are many Europeans in the hotel. We visited this hotel for the 2nd time. There was a Deluxe room once - the main building, the old room. Everything was working. This time we booked a Premium villa. They always asked for the 2nd floor so that no one would walk by and look in the windows. Just ask for which floor you want, you will be settled. We arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m., asked for the 2nd floor and checked in before 14:00, as always $ 20 and Alyonka. They gave me the number right away. New, everything worked. The pier is under repair - it's sad. The beach is good, the maximum depth is probably about 2 meters. It's 60-100 meters to the waist, depending on the tide. We saw a stingray, a cuttlefish. We also swam in the pool - there were free places everywhere and at any time. The food was good, there were squid, crabs, shrimps. The staff is helpful and smiling. The cleaner in our villa is a good guy! It was cleaned efficiently, without swans - just flowers/petals on the bed. Bed linen was changed once in 9 nights. The linen is clean, 4 pillows are comfortable, of different densities, the mattress is good. We slept great. The villa is in front of the Cascade stage. We watched the show from the balcony. We plan to return for the 3rd time in October with the child.

And so wi-Fi. They work almost everywhere, very conveniently. He even worked on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious. It's diverse. We went to different restaurants. We tried everywhere. The room was two-room. In the already renovated villa number 28. There are villas on the territory of the hotel that are closed and being restored. But there are a lot of villas, the territory of the hotel is very large. I spent a lot of evenings walking around the territory. Lots of pools. Several are heated. It was also a plus since it was windy for two days and we didn't go to the sea, we were by the pool. The air temperature these days is 28-32. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the staff, who are completely unfriendly, always unhappy faces (except for a few), all with a favor - drinks at the bar, table cleaning at the restaurant, etc. We arrived in a large company with children, we were settled with strollers on the second floor with spiral stairs to the family building. Well, as you can imagine, it was very "convenient" to drag children with strollers up to the second floor via a spiral staircase. The room itself is not bad, the furniture is not new, but everything worked, the plumbing is in good condition, and the window has a great view of the sea. The territory of the hotel is very large and well maintained. The logistics for disabled people and wheelchairs with children are not well thought out, since the restaurant can only be reached by elevator, which is not so easy to find, there are places on the territory where there is no descent or ramp, you have to take out the child and drag the stroller or drag everything together up the stairs. The food was standard, but sometimes it was either over-salted or overcooked, respect only to the chef on the grill - it was always delicious. Cooks also have faces expressing disdain and discontent, with rare exceptions. The hotel has excellent animation - in the morning on the beach, during the day by the pool and on the beach, in the evening on the cascade or on the beach. I don't think children's animation is very good, our children weren't interested in the evening disco, except for the train with their parents at the end. We didn't go to the kids' club. There is plenty of greenery, beautiful flowers create an amazing fragrance on the territory. The sea here is not very good. Shallow water. The reef on the pier is "nothing to worry about." The least interesting of all our visits to Egypt... We swam in the family pool and the outermost bay on the right, just to get some salt. Number. We lived in the Family building. Number 602. The room is small but spacious. There is a balcony, there is a separate single bed at the entrance. A child was sleeping on it. The furniture is all tired. The door lock was opened from the 5th time the card was applied... For several days, apparently when the wind died down, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Take repellents and an electric fumigator. An excursion to Luxor, I'll say this... - It's beautiful, but not informative... The guide, Mohammed, got caught with a clumsy Russian language. All the way, he didn't talk about history, but sold all sorts of local crap... Ointments, teas, oils, cartouches.... I understand everything... You need to earn money. We have been to Egypt 10 times.One of them was in Luxor with a good guide... But some people came to Egypt for the first time for the sake of history. Decide for yourself here.... I advise you to go in order to see everything with your own eyes. Karnak is amazing! The Colossi of Memnon, a walk along the Nile, lunch with a view of the Nile! A sightseeing tour of Hurghada is also nothing to worry about.... But for $5 you can at least take a ride around the city and walk along the Marina embankment. There is enough space for everyone, both by the pools and on the beach. The entrance to the sea is very gentle and sandy, which is very cool with young children. Who needs to dive and see the fish - there is a pier on the right, corals. We saw a lot of huge and beautiful fish, even it is not necessary to sail far from the pier. The food is without special frills in the form of lobsters and lobsters, but it is always fresh and delicious. I don't eat spicy, salty things and I don't like a lot of spices, but I've always found something delicious to eat. Omelets in the morning and toasts are always at the highest level. You can find fault with the little things as much as you want and go and look for them all your vacation, or you can just exhale and enjoy your vacation. Yes, we have never had figures made of towels twisted, even though we left both chocolates and $))) But we enjoyed every moment spent in this beautiful hotel. Either we were misunderstood, or we did not explain it correctly, but we were given a two-room room but without a wall, that is, in fact, a single room but with three beds, After that we explained to the hotel employee once again what we needed, and said that we were unhappy with this room, especially for 50 euros. As a result, 50 euros were returned to us and we were given a room with two separate rooms, two large TVs, and two private balconies. The room had a safe, air conditioning, iron, kettle, refrigerator. There are a lot of sun beds all over the beach, but a lot of broken ones. There is a gentle entrance to the water and there is a pier for snorkeling. There is no WiFi, it is stated that there is in the lobby, but in fact without a local SIM card with the Internet you will have a problem. Meals for 3-4. In general, there is a variety and quite tasty, but there were problems with fish- either there is no fish, or the bitter is not tasty. Not enough fruit. You will not stay hungry, but there is no direct pleasure from eating. For stays of more than 7 days, you can book visits to 3 different restaurants on site. I liked happy buddha and fishy. Room cleaning was sometimes quite strange, regardless of the tip. They forgot to change or put towels, etc. But they cleaned it every day. Gels, shampoos, creams were brought only 1 time in 10 days! In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression for the Egyptian service.

We stayed for 10 days at this hotel from 20.02 to 02.03, I don't understand the rave reviews about this hotel. Maybe we were unlucky with the check-in, with the weather... to begin with, they put us in old rooms from BiblioGlobus... Not even the old ones, but the dead ones, who don't even pull for 2*, but the hotel is still 4*, The first room was given in 96 (this is the uppermost cascade), then they changed the room in 1 cottage, the room to 1 floor, there is no window, only the door, there was no hot water in any of the rooms (It wasn't there at all, the water was warmer in the heated pool), the shower drain didn't work, The next day, the house was replaced with 64, which was no better than the previous ones, but it had a view of the sea. We decided not to fight them anymore.😂 The food is normal for a solid 4, the territory is green, only by the large pool, the rest is not well maintained, all in unfinished construction, The hotel consists of 10 tiers, Did you like the Cascade area I would like to mention the reception staff, who will solve your problem only for the currency... We waited for almost two hours, instead of 15 minutes, so that a car would be sent for us (they just forgot, then they hid from me, blamed it on another manager.
