Rest from 7-20.02.2023. A chic hotel with a huge clean and well-maintained territory. Awesome kitchen with a good selection of dishes. Meat, chicken, fish, seafood, various side dishes, salads, lots of delicious pastries and desserts for every taste. An excellent selection of ripe and delicious fruits. There are 5 restaurants on site, three of which can be visited by appointment, which takes no more than 10 minutes. There are also many cafes on the territory, free ice cream in two places. There are many pools, 2 of them are heated. Very large beach area, excellent unobtrusive animation. Interesting contests and various events are often held on the beach. We were lucky enough to visit the strawberry festival, which did not leave either children or adults indifferent. There were tables on the beach with strawberry smoothies and strawberries in white and dark chocolate. The disadvantage is extortion of money at the reception upon check-in.

We had a rest from December 15th to December 22nd, and we really enjoyed everything. The number was first given on the second line, but after some negotiations it was moved to the first line. The food, restaurants, and beach were all very pleasant, but the animation at the hotel is weak. Evening shows of a good level. I liked everything. The holiday was at the end of January 2023, great food in buffet restaurants, lots of different meats, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious, there is a lot of everything. On-site bars with drinks, fresh pizza and burgers, delicious, do it quickly. Alcohol is not very tasty, but this is probably the situation in all of Egypt. The room was given on the first line by the sea, clean, cleaning every day, it's not cold in the room at night, but take mosquito repellents, they fly in. I especially liked that there is a heated swimming pool, the water is + 28 approximately, it is always warm, it is comfortable to swim in winter, there are always free sun beds, there are not many people. The territory of the hotel is very large, there is a place to walk, in the evening very pleasant lanterns shine everywhere. The evening animation show has always been good, after it you can go to the bar for a disco, but the music there is straight for pensioners and at 11 o'clock it is already turned off, so in fact there is no disco. We had a rest together at the end of June, the hotel is like a good three-piece service. Of the advantages, there is a huge territory, which we have not bypassed in 10 days. There were no queues in restaurants, you can always find a table, the same situation with sun beds on the beach. There are many small pools in the hotel, there is a large pool and a huge beach, so during the day there is no feeling that there are a lot of people in the hotel, everyone is scattered around the territory and no one bothers anyone. For families with children, there is a separate building, next to which there is a children's club and slides, there are pools where children of 14+ are allowed. About the cons: terrible service, it's difficult to get something at the bar, the attitude towards locals is better than towards Russians. At dinner /lunch, only in the Cascade, the waiters come up and offer drinks, in other restaurants you will not be questioned. We had a renovated room and despite this, at the beginning of our stay, the handle at the front door broke, by the end the air conditioner broke and the toilet flowed all our stay. The food is not very diverse, there are few vegetables and fruits. In general, it is suitable for a budget holiday, if possible, I recommend taking a higher category room, they give a black bracelet with it and you can use the cascade, where the service is better and, if you are lucky, free a la carte restaurants

I visited this hotel 16 years ago and decided with my husband to come back here again and see what has changed.

We foolishly took a Deluxe room and in vain, all rooms of this category are located in a new part far from the sea, the greenery that you see in the picture is not there. There's sand or artificial turf. As a result, we moved to a family room on the first line for an additional fee. The room is a bit old, but it's fine. The staff is good, but certainly by Egyptian standards. The food is very monotonous. It's a real problem for vegetarians. Very small selection... rice, raw salads and fruits. Dishes that are declared vegetarian in 80% turned out to be on meat broth. In general, everything is so tired. I would say 3+. We won't come back and we won't recommend it either. Hurghada is 25-30 minutes away. You can catch a taxi on the road or order it through Uber, the price is 100-200 pounds.

A great hotel, the whole family had a rest in early December. The rooms are a bit old, but there were practically no rooms in it. We were supposed to have a standard room with a garden view. Upon check-in, they offered to pay extra for every day to check into a more comfortable room, but we refused.
As a result, we were settled in a detached villa number 58, a two-room room with a magnificent view of the sea. The bed is great, the mattress is gorgeous (for me this is the most important thing). The only disadvantage is that they do not add gel and shampoo (so just in case it is better to have your own). The territory is clean and very large, those who do not like to walk a lot on the territory there are minibuses, you can travel for free on them. There is a heated swimming pool. I put a four only for the fact that the water park is not heated, but I want to note that near it there is the nicest bar and a souvenir shop with the cheapest prices. A separate 5 for the reef, carals and fish. Not only children are delighted, but also adults.

I can put a solid four! The score was lowered for a very noisy air conditioner in the room, so we slept without air conditioning with an open balcony. The room is clean. We lived in 85 renovated villas. An hour of villas with old repairs, some have been renovated. Ideally, it is in renovated villas that you should move in. There are 3 large canteens and 5 A la carte restaurants on site. I can put five on nutrition - every day there were a variety of dishes, everything is very tasty and there are no questions about the quality at all. It's a nice beach, but the sun beds and umbrellas are quite tired. Due to the large space, you can always find a place. There is also a pier on the beach that leads directly to the reef, where you can swim with a mask and watch the fish. The hotel has a HUGE territory with cozy paths - there is an opportunity to walk in the evening. There are a lot of evening activities at the cascade, the beach and by the pools. We love this hotel with the whole family. We have been visiting there for 3 years in a row.A huge territory, the coastline is more than 1km. We walked more than 20t steps a day, but there are small cars that will take you where you need to go. The food is delicious, our favorite restaurant with Egyptian cuisine is our love. Excellent hotel grounds. Well-groomed, big, beautiful. The territory is so large that it is not used by golf carts, but by small buses.
Gorgeous entry into the sea. There are many sun beds. There were 2 adults and 2 children's heated pools. This is very relevant in January. The water in the pools was really warm.
The slides worked very little time. The slides themselves are not very (small) and there are only 4 of them. The water near the slides was not heated. The beater is unreal, and it's a long way to the pool with warm water. Anyway, there were no slides.
The rooms are mostly not very good. But there are several new villas there. If they put you up there, fine. They will not settle you, pay some extra money at the reception, you will be given a luxurious two-room room. From 80 to 95 are definitely new villas.
We drove in and out very quickly, without any problems.
The food is bad. If you served in the army or studied in a paramilitary institution, you will not starve to death. The child also has something to eat. If you come first, then the potatoes will be fried, if a little later - raw. I'm tired of eating rice or pilaf every day. There were no shrimps or red fish even for the new year with an additional payment. Fruits include apples and dates.
One of the advantages. Canteens for people with and without children are separate. Couples can eat in peace, the cubs will not scream nearby and throw food))
Alyakarta. Anyway, they couldn't sign up. All these restaurants are empty there, and there is either no record or you came at the wrong time when there is no record. At the reception they say go sign up for a restaurant, and at the restaurant go to the reception.
Animation. There is no animation for children. "And Yu redi? Yu ar not redi". All this 20-minute action can be described as a state between paralysis or clinical death. The animation for adults was much better. Dear artists. The acrobat was great. A man with a carpet swinging around him is also nothing, but somehow I got tired of it and it's clear that it's difficult to twist the carpet, but somehow it doesn't surprise. On New Year's Eve there was a great party with DJs, dancing, light music. In general, it turned out to be a normal party. The speakers did not wheeze and the sound was pleasant. A bad hookah could be smoked for $20. If you go not to the waiter, but to the hookah stand, then for 10. To be honest, it's not worth smoking even for free.
Alcohol and drinks were local, but normal. I didn't feel sick and there were no poisonings.

I will start my review with arrival. It is very good that the hotel is very close to the airport, it takes only 20-30 minutes to drive. At the reception, too, everything is very fast, we were settled in a new villa with newly renovated and furnished, I paid $ 30 extra for the room for 8 days. The staff at the hotel is unfriendly, sometimes even aggressive, until they see the tip. For the first two days, I couldn't change $100 bills, and there was no way to leave a tip. Therefore, in the restaurant, the waiters simply ignore you, and on the beach at the towel pick-up point, they almost throw these towels at you in the morning and towel cards in the evening. The situation changed completely when the money was changed and I started tipping. In a restaurant, several waiters invite you to their tables at once, on the beach, employees run with towels and help with deck chairs. Therefore, I certainly do not agree with the reviews about the amazing staff. The food at the hotel is very average, I ate so as not to stay hungry, a two-year-old child ate only for breakfast (I brought porridge and baby puree from Moscow). I drank water and cola from drinks, ordered a non-alcoholic mojito once and couldn't drink it, it tasted very bad. I can't say anything about alcohol, I haven't tried it. We went to two restaurants by appointment. I didn't like the Italian restaurant, starting with pasta in minestrone soup and ending with panna cotta, from which any Italian will turn over in his coffin. The fish restaurant liked fish soup, salads more or less and disgusting squid with potatoes and rice. A children's club for such small children is absolutely not intended, as are children's playgrounds. All the toys are old, battered, the kids' club itself is very old. All the pools on the territory are scattered, and the territory is huge. We were in the children's pool near the family building, the water is cold, nothing interesting, after 15 minutes we returned to the sea. Buses transporting on the territory of the hotel, sometimes you can not wait, you had to walk. The beach is huge, a little empty and ugly, but there are always sunbeds and not a lot of people, the atmosphere is quite comfortable. Room cleaning is good, again if you leave a tip. We didn't go to the animation, it was already very dark at 19.00, and all the shows started at 20.00, and even more so, I never figured out exactly where these shows take place. For the first 3-4 days it is very difficult to navigate the territory, the reception does not explain anything where and what is located, and you can search for a location for a very long time. The sea and the sun smoothed out all the shortcomings of the hotel, since they came for this, and nevertheless there are much more disadvantages than advantages. I will not return to this hotel again. I am very surprised by so many positive reviews, especially about food and staff. And be sure to bring medicines for digestion, we were very careful in food and drinks, we didn't drink any running water, but still on the 4th day there were problems. In pharmacies on the territory of the hotel, prices are very high, as in all stores located here.

But we didn't spend much time in the sun. There are warm pools for children and adults, and there are cold ones. Everything is clean and tidy. The room was not very new, but it was clean and tidy. The air conditioner and the fan in the bathroom are noisy. At night, even though it was cool outside, up to 15 degrees Celsius, the room was stuffy with the windows closed (we also had sliding doors to go outside, there was a table and a sunbed on the street, like a terrace, but not fenced in. In general, everything is convenient). It was unsafe to open a window or door at night because of mosquitoes.
At 5 o'clock the sun was setting and it became very quiet, sleepy :) and dinner is at 6:30... It's hard to find something to eat between lunch and dinner. But theoretically, you can find some snacks. There are no food shops on site.
The staff was generally good, they talked to our child all the time in the restaurant, they smiled. The room was cleaned well, the only thing I would like is to clean the floor. Although sand is still dragged from the street on our feet and in a wheelchair in our case. I liked that it was possible to exit both from the door and through two sliding window doors towards the beach.
The food is on the buffet for 4, I don't have much experience, but I expected more. Mostly there are vegetables, potatoes, carrots, eggplants, zucchini.. pasta, rice. Sweets - cakes, rolls, oriental sweets. It was difficult for a child to come up with something varied for breakfast. There are no cheesecakes, porridge is only made with milk, oatmeal and pearl barley. There are star balls and hot milk. There are separate oat flakes, you can also pour water or milk. Rice porridge was only for dinner, sweet, in the form of dessert. That is, if there are any allergies to milk, then the hotel's food will not work. There were only two types of cheeses, not counting cottage cheese, and they were terrible, apparently we in Russia are spoiled by quality and assortment, I'm not talking about Europe. I also expected more and better fruits. There were only bananas, dates, melons, oranges and pomegranates. More persimmons. Everything is kind of immature, small, and doesn't look very good. But the taste is normal, of course not super, but not bad.
We didn't have time to go to a la carte, but according to my mother-in-law, who has been to this hotel many times, there is nothing special there. Perhaps this is a subjective assessment.
At a price per person, it is democratic.
We also visited the hospital at the hotel with a child's temperature. They refused treatment and treated their nurofen successfully. We were recommended an injection of another medicine. As a result, they took medicines with them. We didn't use them. But it 's good that there is a doctor in principle .
There are many Russians there, among the visitors. The staff knows some Russian at a basic level, at the reception. There are also Europeans who have often heard German, the French also come and others.
In general, I recommend it for a vacation, and it's good for a family vacation too. It is probably better to buy fruits at the markets, to which you need to take a taxi, it is far on foot. It takes 40 minutes or less to get from the airport to the hotel.

We had a vacation with a lady of the heart in January 2023. Huge territory, many swimming pools, 2 heated. 2 dining rooms. Normal varied food, a lot of things are cooked in front of you. There were no queues in the dining room. There is a huge beach where there is enough space for everyone. There are barriers against the wind. You have to go to the pier with a mask to swim, the descent is steep - not very convenient. It is convenient with small children, since the sea is not deep next to the sunbeds. There is a pharmacy at the hotel that does not breed like a child. In Egypt, the price of the tablets is indicated on the package. In this pharmacy, they sell without packages and do not provide packaging. If there should be 4 blisters, they sell 1 5 times higher than the cost of a package in a regular pharmacy. There's a big fine for that. I should have called the police, but there was no time to bother about this issue. From the hotel you can take a taxi to Hurnada, it takes about 30 minutes and $ 5 to drive. If you order a taxi at the hotel, then 15 round trips . If by minibus, then a maximum of 1 dollar.

We had a rest in December 10-18 and had a lot of impressions:

6. The rooms themselves: we arrived at night in the morning and were settled in one of the distant villas-I did not see such horror, it feels like Tutankhomon lived in this room, it is so ancient. Closer to lunch, when the rooms are already vacated, the reception decided to improve the room for 20 bucks-we moved to an updated villa near the basik and the main building.
7. Medicine, in no case do not listen to the incompetents in the "clinic", if something happens, go to a normal doctor. I had a sore throat and half of my head was swollen-they gave me ear drops. In general, they found their doctors, made an appointment that allowed me to return to Russia alive and relatively healthy
8. The hotel itself is located on the border of the city, if you need a noisy Hurghada, then this is not your option. And if you want a secluded, comfortable rest, I recommend it!
9. The merchants who are in the hotel are arrogant and will sell 5-7 - 25 times more expensive than you can buy the same thing in Hurghada. We stayed at the hotel from April 4 to April 12, 2023. The overall feeling is great!
The territory of the hotel is huge, well-groomed and beautiful. Even with a large number of vacationers, there is no fuss.
The food is varied, but without frills. The service in the restaurants is excellent.
The beach is large, there are no problems with sun loungers and umbrellas. The sea is clean, but shallow. There is a pier with a beautiful coral reef, for those who like to swim there is an entrance to the sea by stairs.

Ala kart restaurants serve almost the same food as in the main hall.The territory is large, beautiful, 2 heated pools, the service is good, but if you want even better, then leave a tip (then cocktails will be better and room cleaning). All the staff is friendly. The rooms are old, but clean. The beach is huge, there are enough sun beds. A very beautiful pier, there is something to see in masks.

We had a vacation with the children in February. We moved into the family building on the 3rd floor, the location suited me. There is a sea view from the window. At first, I was upset that there was no balcony, but in fact we were almost never in the room. Just go get your things and change. There is everything on site. Friends moved into the main building for $ 10 per day of stay, it's officially on the receipt. On our first day, too, they often asked if everything was fine and how the room was, I don't know, maybe they wanted us to pay extra too. The guide said that according to the rules, if you are not satisfied with the room, you can change it three times for free.
You need to go to the sea, for me such distances are normal, but for some I think it will seem a bit far. Again, if it's hot in the summer, then it's probably better to live closer. The pools are heated ok, warm. Once they couldn't get into the room, it was already night time. The neighbors called, after 2 minutes a man arrived with a different key, unfortunately it did not help, I had to wait another 7-10 minutes, the repairman arrived, replaced the batteries in the lock. In general, it is quite fast.
We were satisfied with the food, there is a variety, but there are several varieties of rice, legumes, this is for an amateur. For some reason, it is difficult to just beg for pasta for children, they are only available for pasta. There were strawberries every day, and lots of them. There are no complaints about fruits. Juices with some kind of wild dyes. The cocktails are delicious, the bartenders make all kinds of colorful ones for the children, they are delighted. Animation for both children and adults is very average. But the kids liked it anyway. They say the tide is out at sea, we walked for a long time and knee-deep, I don't know maybe there are tides)) but swimming is not real. We swam a couple of times from the pier, but we still have to go to it. We were there for 7 days and out of season, we didn't really expect to go to the sea, and overall we were satisfied with the rest.
