Pontoon repairs are, accordingly, brain-gouging (imagine repairs at the neighbors' house) constant during your stay at sea. The fact that the pontoon is not working has not been indicated anywhere, so swimming is only in shallow water. If you are a fan of long walks, then this sea is for you. The rooms are not cleaned, the room is separated from the other by a door, so the neighbors wash, blow their noses, fuck almost with you, the audibility is 100%. There is no variety in food. Upon arrival, they don't explain anything, they hand you a check with a Qr code and figure it out for yourself. You download the app, set the language to Ru, but the app does not translate, everything remains in English and it is not known where any entertainment is without translation. The representative of Biblioglobus is just a boor, rattled off his "mandatory" excursion program and ran away without answering a single question, you're vacationing without children, so have fun as you want. We didn't get to the restaurant by appointment, we were offered the evening of the departure day, we fly out in the morning. I stayed at the Long Beach 4 Hotel in April 2025, SunFun tour operator. It feels terrible: 1. On the day of arrival after 14, I was not checked in - the room was not cleaned on time. By 15, the meeting took place: the phone does not work (there is no dial tone), the safe does not work, the door opens on the 5th attempt. The children have already managed to get burned, because there is no opportunity to open a suitcase somewhere and get the necessary things (sunscreen) to start their vacation. 2. On the second morning we went to the dWhite restaurant.they occupied a table with glasses, half of the people occupy an iPhone. In less than 20 minutes, our glasses were stolen! She spent her nerves trying to find them, and it turned out that the receptionist was wonderfully "collecting" them from the table, because it seemed so to her! And you will not be sent to her, but to the department of lost things and for 3 rounds of searches. And only after yelling that you get the police out, because the points are worth 10k+, you will get your own thing back under the painting. 3. They came to the pool: 5 adult men demanded to take off white cotton sweatshirts from the burned children, claiming that they were not environmentally friendly. And they don't care about your health, a grandmother, an expert at the 100500 level resort, joined the dialogue next to them, suggesting that the sweatshirts should be removed because someone had suffocated with their sleeves. All that was needed was her help. 4. The wind hadn't let up all week. Even an adult is reluctant to leave the water. 6. Cleaning: on the 5th day, an ekibana was built out of towels. Should I put it on my head? 11. dwhite restaurant: waffles and pancakes outside in the morning: listen, it's exclusive, but they give you 2 pancakes and pretend that's enough, get out! Tired of standing around and explaining more, it's for 3 people. 12. I went on an excursion with SinFun, to an Elite Luxor. I allegedly paid $195 for 3 (2 children) while the child was vomiting on the bus, as a result, they stole $140 from me because they were crying in my things! The organization of the evening at the cascade is terrible, there is nowhere to sit, the wind blows everywhere, it's very cold and the staff doesn't care. Just wasted money. There are 8 swimming pools on the territory, many animators who conduct lessons: modern dances, bachata, zumba, etc., conduct games on the beach and on the water (in the pool), many entertainment events, sports sectors, spa, bars, restaurants, there were fire shows, festivals of Egyptian culture, African, fruits of Egypt, live singing in the evening recreation areas, discos. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is varied: dishes, from a variety of dishes you can choose what exactly you like, everything is always delicious, freshly cooked, omelette, scrambled eggs, meat, Egyptian meat pie, fish, etc., many desserts and fresh fruits and vegetables are prepared with you. There are changing cabins on the beach. In general, the hotel, the hotel staff and the rest in it left a wonderful pleasant impression. This was our first time in Hurghada. I was warned that there were winds, but I decided that the wind would not be hot, but in fact the wind was such that it knocked me down and of course, with such a wind, lying on the beach (even behind the screens), walking around the territory was impossible! The result is that three days were lost, it's a pity (now as for the hotel: the territory is very large, there are many villas, in order to get to the restaurant or the beach, if the villa is located remotely, transportation is provided. We were lucky, the villa was located between the beach and the restaurant (main building). I don't know about the new houses (for which the reception said you need to pay 20 euros extra per day), but ours had very old repairs and furniture, and sometimes the house smelled of sewage, I would rate the room at three stars! The room is cleaned every day, but the bed linen has not been changed once for 10 days of stay, towels and linens are gray, very dilapidated. There is plenty of food in the main restaurants, there is a variety, sometimes shrimp and strawberries were served, I was not hungry. There are also restaurants on the territory, three visits were included in our package for free, I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant for those who love such cuisine. The beach is good, justifies the name of the hotel, the screens protect from the wind. The sea is not deep, there is a pier for those who like to swim deeper. In general, I would rate the hotel at four, but with a big minus, I have no desire to return to it!

ROOMS: we arrived at night, so there was not much time to choose, we immediately paid $ 30 for the first line, we were given a room on the ground floor in villa 9, yes, the rooms are too big, we did not like it. But the next day we had a meeting with the guide, we were moved to villa 1 on the 2nd floor, without additional payment, so I advise you not to get excited about the additional payment right away, talk to the guide. I don't know about others, but we have a bunch of mosquitoes in our room on the 2nd floor, either from the ventilation, or when the room is being cleaned, they arrive, you can ask them to clean with the door closed. There is a desert around the hotel, there is nothing but other hotels. NO supermarket, NOTHING. I was pleased with the restaurant-bar, which is new, located somewhere along the way from the villas to the beach, they didn't tell us about it, they found it by chance (it was nice to spend the evenings there), if I'm not mistaken, the cascade is called. Cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes. Alcoholic drinks are local: Pharaoh and cocktails, beer is normal. The quality of cooking and generally the ability to make cocktails is not given to everyone!!! Snack bars are not located nearby: pizza is edible, burgers are not edible (bun and cutlet without sauce or anything), ice cream, French fries. The beach is big, there is sand, there are always places. Sellers of services go and get bored: boat trips, massage, diving, pigtails, etc. Animation is organized on the beach, in which few people participate. In the evening, various events, contests, concerts, and performances are organized at different hotel venues. It feels like most of the foreigners are swimming in the pools-everything is packed there!!!!!!! Places where towels are issued / replaced in convenient places, you do not need to carry them with you. There are shops with cosmic prices on the territory. There is one for the sale of oils and perfumes near the water park, where you can negotiate a good price, including for freeze-dried tea. The seller Mustafa speaks Russian and is responsive to friendly communication-I recommend it. The food surprises the first 3 days, then trying everything out and realizing that everything is kind of tasteless, eat what you are used to at home. The advantage can be attributed to grilled meat and fish right in front of you. There are enough restaurants. There is a restaurant where children are not allowed-there is more freedom. There are restaurants by appointment Podium, Italian cuisine (the number of visits depends on the days of rest and the level of the "package tour"). The food there is cooked by the same chefs as on the buffet-such a feeling!!! there is no smell of Italy and exclusivity...Even the third visit was refused... We had a rest in November 2023. The room had a great view of the pools and the sea. It was very cozy, in the evenings after a hot day to sit on the balcony, admire the view and drink a cold Coke. The territory of the hotel is very large and this allows you to get to any point on a shuttle service that can be caught every 15 minutes. Thanks to the animation team, I learned how to play Cubes. A simple game in the likeness of a Bocce. It was exciting, especially agreeing to a rematch with foreigners. I will note one more highlight, these are several restaurants. And most importantly, they are not allowed to go to one of these restaurants with children. This makes your writing technique in a calm and not noisy atmosphere. We will definitely come back.

I love this hotel, I visited it in 2021, 2022 and just now I have returned from there again. Large territory, good food, smooth entrance to the sea. A large number of pools, this year we were pleasantly surprised that additional pools appeared between the villas, a new beautiful Cascade restaurant. We lived in Villa 89, a large family room, with updated furniture. Pleasant, friendly staff. There will be an opportunity, we will definitely come back again!

We had a rest from December 15th to December 22nd, and we really enjoyed everything. The number was first given on the second line, but after some negotiations it was moved to the first line. The food, restaurants, and beach were all very pleasant, but the animation at the hotel is weak. Evening shows of a good level. The cascade bars are excellent (in terms of the same level as in Riskos). Rating 5 out of 5!

A very nice hotel with a huge beautiful well-maintained territory on the Red Sea coast. With many bars, restaurants and swimming pools. The long coastline of the hotel is complemented by three lagoons and a pier. There is a coral reef behind the pier where you can admire its inhabitants. A great place to relax!

Nice hotel, all inclusive. Good coastline near the sea, large territory. If you are lucky with the room, then the rest will be more pleasant) Minus one star, because there are a lot of people in the dining room and it's noisy, it won't work to eat in silence (and this is important to me!), it's very noisy, because the dining room is large.
