A great hotel for your money! The food is 5 stars without frills, but it is always delicious. At first, the infrastructure seemed very tired upon arrival, but everything is working.
The staff is very friendly. Waiters, bartenders, receptionists, cleaners.
I applied for insurance to the hotel medical center with my daughter's temperature (they couldn't lower it for two days). There is a Russian nurse. They helped me quickly, put on an IV, and it immediately became easier.
The main thing is the mood for rest and rest companions.
Beautiful reef at the pier, fish, rays, hedgehogs, shellfish and corals.
I would come back here!)
Before that, we were at the Desert Rose Hotel. The food and staff there are terrible in comparison. They didn't know what to feed the child, sometimes the food just ran out. I don't want to remember.

It's a great place. There is direct access to the sea, delicious food, two restaurants, a gym, free access, you can wash things for a fee, there are rooms and bungalows of different levels. For an additional fee of 20 bucks, we were accommodated in a better bungalow., of the disadvantages, the reception smells strongly of perfumes, which even felt bad, I found a humidifier type sprayer with a perfume smell there, I unplugged it from the outlet and after it was comfortable. Wi-Fi is available at the reception, there is no Wi-Fi in the bungalow. Not all rooms have Wi-Fi.

The villas are located a little distance from the "rhythm center" of the hotel. This is definitely not a minus, everyone chooses their own vacation. At the same time, many villas have their own "6 acres" - a separate swimming pool, Playground, etc. The hotel territory is very large, there are small buses. They go according to the schedule, but somehow it turns out that they are always there. A very long beach (the sea is definitely enough for everyone), its own pier. The sea is shallow, in order to reach a depth of "chest deep", it was 250 meters. For children, such depth is the best thing. There are a lot of pools. Of various shapes and depths. For March, there are plenty of sun loungers, both on the beach and by the pools. There are many restaurants that are free to visit for breakfast-lunch-dinner, age restrictions only (some from 14 years old). A cool restaurant and evening bar in the back of the hotel, they are clearly new and the audience there is different from "with children". There is a huge pile of entertainment in the hotel: from getting drunk and foam shows to a sports bar and SONY PS. Minus: aqua park for children from 130 cm and 10 years old. There are no small slides. There are very small hills for children about 3 years old. Where are the water slides for children 3-10 years old? I had a rest in October 2022 and again in May 2023 I chose him! A chic hotel with a huge territory and a variety of food: two restaurants for adults + children and a second for children 12+ and older! I didn't swim in the pool (it looks great)! The sea is warm and shallow, there are artificial saltwater pits along the beach, as well as a beautiful coral reef with fish! Friendly staff: the reception solves all problems promptly! I definitely recommend it (the hotel used to be Rixos)!

The service is lame and intrusive.
The rooms seem clean, but the chair is stained, the curtains are dirty, dust in some places, the bed is not changed, the windows are dirty. Repairs are only in the bathroom.
There is food, fish, meat, but the cook does not know how to cook. They spoil everything. It is not possible to eat crabs, mackerel is terribly cooked. Only vegetables are perfectly cooked. There's not much fruit either.
The annoying sphere of spa, marine entertainment. Got it. The animation is normal, yoga, I liked Zumba.
You can't beg for a ball in volleyball. They complained. In general, tourists should demand, then the service will be better. They moved into other rooms, went around swearing. I want to rest somehow, without swearing.

But the sea is only for parents with young children. A small ankle. It is necessary to walk 1 km and it is not known whether it will be deep. The entrance from the pier is periodically closed. The lagoon is a bit dirty and it's not the sea.
I do not advise swimming enthusiasts.
Also, the hotel is far from the center, there is a desert outside the gate. The nearest point is 10 minutes by taxi, which is also not convenient.

1. You will be accommodated in a bungalow. This is a two-storey mansion with several rooms, with collapsed plaster outside (renovation is still underway) and very shabby (but serviceable) furniture inside. I will specially note: mattresses, although with holes, are comfortable, there are no insects. The view from the bungalow can be on the courtyard, resembling an abandoned sandbox; or on the playground with artificial turf; or on the pool; or on the real lawn (which is cool).
2. The next day, the hotel guide will offer you to move, and if you haven't relaxed yet, take advantage of this and move into the family building. Get a much better room with a view and close to the lobby. But the furniture is the same.
3. Entering the sea. But you will already learn about this from the operator. The beach is well equipped.
4. The wind. There are even special fences on the beach from him, very effective.

Food---everything is of the same type, one herb to take pasta with pasta, you need to stand in a whole queue, in the morning with an omelet is the same, there is practically no meat, some kind of bony fish every day, which is impossible to eat. The only food on sweets went out, the sweets are very tasty. By the end of April, a lot of people began to come and the canteen simply could not cope , there were not even places to sit down . If the tray with food is over, they no longer carried the second one, eat what you have.. Beans, beans. The distance to the sea is not close in such heat, the sea was also not happy, icy as in an ice hole, it's a pity to hear children sneezing and coughing, they bred at the hotel for money, absolutely pay for everything! And the most interesting thing is, when leaving the evening, we were told 03:20 to be at the reception, a transfer will arrive and take us to the airport, we arrived at the appointed time, but he did not leave. The hotel has a huge territory (but only 30% of them are useful). Conventionally , the space can be divided into 4 sectors:
1 Main one is the reception, dining room, swimming pool, Aqualounge
2 Beach line
3 Villas (separate two-storey houses). Everything is complicated here, I will write separately.
4 Let's call it the “Gallery". This is a place where a children's club, a water park, and something else is very far away. We didn't even go there.
Of course, it's best to live in the Main Sector, but these rooms are the most expensive. At the reception we were told the figure of $ 25 per day. Decide for yourself.
Villas: definitely take the second floor. I'll explain: we lived on the ground floor, there are a lot of ants, a lot of animals crawling under the windows and in the room.
The location of the villas is also ambiguous. We lived in Villa No. 10! The nearest villas to the beach and the Main Sector are villas with rooms: 1-13. The higher the room, the further the villa is from the Main Sector. In other words, you will have to go to the dining room and AquaLounge longer (all evening events take place there). Then there are villas with rooms from 20 to 30 and from 30 to 100. Villa No. 20 is located on the second line from the beach, and the larger the room, the further the villa is from the beach. If you take the farthest villa, you may even find yourself in a situation where it will be unbearable to live, and buses rarely run.
Therefore, literally fight for Villas No. 1-10 in the literal sense of the word.
It is also important to note that the villas that are closer to the sea are old renovated, but they are close to the beach. Then some villas go with a new renovation, living there is probably more comfortable. But they are much further from the sea.
How we solved the issue: when we checked in, they gave us $ 25, and we were settled in the 10th villa on the first floor.
We were given a spacious room with lots of windows, very bright and close to the sea. The only negative is ants. If you rate the number on a 10-point system, I will take 2 points for the ants. Cleaning is a separate big plus! Apparently, we were very lucky with the staff (general about the staff later).

Beach. The sea is flat, even too ... you need to walk 300-400 meters to go at least to the waist. For this reason, I didn't even go deep. There is also a "puddle" (everyone would call it that). The water there is much colder, it is unpleasant to swim, no one swims there. But this puddle helps out a lot with big waves, when a child needs to play on the sand. We spent almost all 10 vacation days playing with the child on the sand, the sand on the beach is quite hard, perhaps this is even a plus. My child and I were building some incredible sculptures. One minus is dirt and garbage. If you dig a little deeper, you can find a bunch of glasses, bags, papers and even rags – very dirty. But outwardly the beach looks clean.

A kids' club is something. On the last day, the child was given felt-tip pens and scissors, and they cut something there with some girl. We've just seen children's animation and better. I'll put a score of 3, just because there is some kind of maintenance staff. The aquagrim is terrible (we still can't wash it off), we've been scratching something with caustic markers), the evening disco is about nothing.

Animators. They are not imposed, probably even too much. I saw the guys playing volleyball, water polo once. Once we were even invited somewhere, but it was somehow very sluggish, you feel uninvolved and there is no sense of openness. I don't want to ask for it. Evening animation is every (10) day live-sing show. But the singing is very weak, it is difficult to watch such a “show”. The animation does not change in any way. No guest artists or musical groups. I put 3 points simply because it exists in some form.

The food is absolutely monotonous. I thought there would be theme nights… But no. Meat: sausages that not everyone will eat and will not digest. Kafta (local kebab) – it is difficult to eat, sometimes impossible, a very tasteless thing. Boiled and fried steaks – they can make you vomit right into your plate. The chicken is tasteless, it's too tough, it's terribly cooked. Fish – all very low quality. Pasta – I think the Italians would burn down this restaurant after trying this pasta! Our pasta company “Red price” is many times better. I can't even give 1 point for this mess. It's terrible, period.
The Council: do not eat on the beach in any case! Seriously, you can get poisoned by burgers or hot dogs.

Room cleaning according to schedule (we left a dollar on the bed every day). One day they made us a beautiful swan. The daughter was delighted with happiness. After communication and interaction, a pleasant impression of people remains. I haven't met a single bad person.

Unsanitary conditions. I decided to highlight this item separately. At the hotel, all drinks on the beach are served in reusable dishes. It's not uncommon to see someone's lipstick on a glass. In the dining room, when cooking scrambled eggs, everything flies in different directions, everything is dirty, you can't look at this wretched sight without tears. Forks, spoons and knives are difficult to find, they are brought by waiters, rarely in a napkin, there is nowhere to take them… Coffee cups are all with chipped edges, you always need to look inside to see if there is something black and unwashed there. It is clear that the staff is trying to do something, but it turns out badly because of the large number of residential rooms. I'll add a couple of points for trying.

We visited this hotel in August 2023.
The territory is huge.
1. The beach is long, but the sand is all packed. It is not comfortable to walk barefoot, it is normal for children not to play in it, only at low tide, in the sea sand. The normal entry is only in one place and everyone hangs out there, the sunbeds are very old and very few.
The sea is shallow, very shallow.
Children are happy, parents are calmer.
2. Because of the huge territory, you will walk a lot, because you will be specially settled away from the whole civilization so that you pay extra and you will be settled close.
The rooms are very tired.
If you are settled far away, do not worry too much, there are mini buses that take care of "according to schedule" (mostly you had to walk) or wait a very long time.
The territory is dirty, they are not willing to remove garbage and dirt of various kinds.
Greenery is only in the main parts of the hotel, by the main pool, reception area and not much along the first houses to the beach.
3. There are problems with food. We went with a company of 6 people, 5 people drank, it all started mainly with rolls, which were given on the 3rd day of our stay.
Then we found out that other vacationers were suffering from the same problem.
The set of food is like everywhere else, but tasteless, a lot of rice, a lot of rice.
You will learn how many things can be stuffed with rice. We've had enough rice for several years
4. Since the hotel is located far from Hurghada, the sellers bend the valuables as they want.
In this regard, an Uber and a trip to the nearest mall saved the day. The price of the issue is $ 2.
I suggest: get a local SIM, download Uber, link an Uber account to a local SIM and change the name to Arabic. Then the drivers almost do not try to make money and take them for the appointed price and do not ask for more.

We had a family vacation in June 2024.
The food is good and varied.
The room stock is old, of course, but the hotel is undergoing a phased reconstruction.

Only before there were freshly squeezed free juices for breakfast and breaded squid, but now for some reason there are none. Annimation is above all praise. The rooms are a little tired, but in general everything is fine (cleaning every day). We visited Egypt, after a long break, the choice fell on this hotel because the priority was a large area, a good rating (not lower than 4.5 on the tour.the site), the presence of the sea and meet a reasonable budget. Turkey was excluded because in March it is still cool there.
The area is really large due to the large number of villas scattered around it, but in fact all the movements take place around the aqua bar, beach and pool. There are a lot of places to lie down, along the pools, in the water park, by the family pool, on the beach, along the lagoons, you can always find a suitable place. Bars and snack bars are open during the day, drinks are all locally produced, for people who do not drink alcohol, the bad news is that you will not find good tea or fresh coffee here. Tea - Lipton in a bag, coffee - burda from a vending machine, in all bars of varying degrees of tastelessness, there is also no ayran and they don't even know such words.
There is technically enough food, after 3 days I had the feeling that I had already tried everything and the menu did not change at all. There are two simple restaurants and 4 or 5 themed restaurants (alyakarta or whatever they are), the number of bars near the recreation areas is at least 7, maybe even more. There is very little space in the lobby for evening gatherings, there are only 2 aquabar sites and a bar at the reception.
As for the restaurants in Alyakarta, we went to the Chinese, there is also tea in bags... Well, as you might guess, as a result, the same food as everywhere else, only on black plates and with Chinese sauce))).

We have been to Egypt 13 times and believe me there is something to compare it with. After reading the reviews, I did not hesitate to choose this hotel.
I'm just wondering who writes that there's a gorgeous beach there. For me, the first criterion is the sea and the beach. But apparently people don't understand what sand is when you can burrow into it, or what a crushed, worn-out beach is. It hurts to walk barefoot .
I have never seen such a thing anywhere . The sea may be beautiful, but you will not be able to swim at least in December. It 's just icy.
The pool of all 7, or how many of them are declared there, is heated by 2 . One for adults and everything is there ( and the hotel is not small ) and one for kids.
All the others are empty with ice water .
The water park is icy . It works very little in time .
Food. You won 't be hungry . But men who eat meat here are only chicken or hard beef.
Everything else is tolerable .
There are no shops nearby or anything . Therefore, if you need a tanning product, then it costs $ 13-15 at the hotel you can buy it. We stayed at the hotel in the summer of 2023. I will immediately write down the pros and cons clearly and to the point.
Minuses:
1. Tips decide. If you pay extra, then the rest will be tastier and cleaner.
2. A bad show program in the evening. It is not at all incendiary, there is no dance floor or disco. It's boring.
3. Food for 3 out of 10. Dishes are mostly fatty or sweet (especially drinks!! Sugar is everywhere). Don't expect variety, it's the same thing day by day. Uneaten food is reused, as can be seen from the set of products.
4. Poor room cleaning.
5. The condition of some rooms is far from ideal. The sun beds are dirty. But the hotel is currently undergoing renovation.
6. Local touts/promoters are terribly annoying! It is impossible to have a good rest, every 10 minutes someone comes up!
Positive:
1. The sea! A wonderful sandy beach, clean, beautiful and diverse, because there are several trips into the water. The water is warm, sometimes boiling water. High!
2. Clean cool pools. There are about 4 of them on the territory. All are good.
3. Water park. Fun slides for both children and adults. But there are only 5 of them.
4. There are many restaurants that can be accessed by appointment. There are also entertainment options: billiards, tennis, a game console, water activities and many excursions.
5. Friendly staff. Almost everyone knows Russian, helps, and communicates.
I really enjoyed my vacation, but, of course, in many ways this is due to the sea, not the hotel. According to general impressions, after a week of rest - 4 stars. Travel more often!

The hotel meets the criterion of price / quality, comfortable villas, near the sea: the entrance is shallow, near the pier-you can immediately descend to the depth. A very good 4k.
A huge well-maintained territory (minibuses run to get to the beach / restaurant), descends in tiers to the sea.
The rooms are not too fresh, but in decent condition. From cosmetics - only liquid soap.
If you booked a standard, you will probably be thrown into the most remote upper tier. But $20 works wonders - and you can move to a more spacious room in the lower part, close to the sea and the pool.
The cleaning is good. For a dollar tip, they will put as much water as you want and try very hard. The linen was changed after 2 days.
The beach is really long - there are a lot of sunbeds. And by the pool too. There is no need to borrow in the morning, everyone has enough.
Sea: the lagoon is very shallow (200 meters knee-deep), there are 2 artificial lagoons up to 3 meters deep, you can swim completely.
There is also a pier, from it directly into the sea to the reef and the fish. The sea world is not super rich, but it is quite decent for Hurghada.
Food: quite high-quality and tasty, the choice is not super large, but there is enough of everything - and harmful potatoes / pizza, and pasta, and delicious stewed vegetables, and grilled. There were a lot of eggplants, they are cooked deliciously.
The restaurant on the top floor is less crowded, there is no queue for fried eggs in the morning and there is porridge (2 types).
Very decent rose wine (in the restaurant for lunch and dinner).
A good selection of desserts.
A selection of seasonal fruits - in October there was guava and persimmon, well, melon, orange, grapes. Dates, of course.
During the day, ice cream is served in bars on the beach and by the pool. It's good with coffee))
Alcohol is common. The juices are powdered.
Plus, the hotel has a windsurfing and kite station right on the beach, you can ride / learn. The guys speak Russian. I got up for windsurfing, I had fun.
The sea in October is the most pleasant, +28, the heat is not exhausting. It was a great vacation.
And finally, Egypt is a poor country, the guys who work at the hotel receive 120-200 dollars a month, work seven days a week.
Therefore, 1-2 dollars of tips make them terribly happy, and the attitude towards you will be great. Although everyone is very friendly just like that, they have not forgotten the Russian language yet))
