Guided tours with tour operators are very expensive, there are a lot of people on the beach who offer the same excursions for less money and departure from your pier and fewer people, no need to steam on the bus and get up early!!!

Great hotel!
We had a rest in early January 2022. Yes, the hotel is not new, but it is clear that it is being looked after. Beautiful territory, very large beach. The food is good, two restaurants (one without children), cleaned well, towels were changed. In general, all the staff is friendly and helpful. There were no problems at all. I heartily recommend it!
The only negative point is the hotel guide from TUI Mohammed. I cheated on a trip to Cairo (I promised one thing, but in fact there was another). On the claim, he said that we were wrong and he was saying something else (yeah, three people misheard at once). Overall, not a very pleasant type.
there are many families with children, there is animation for them. For adults in general, animation is also available, Wi-Fi catches only in one place. By the way, there are 5 A la carte restaurants, you can choose three. We were impressed by the Nubian cuisine!

We were vacationing with a family of three ( 2 adults and a child of 6 years old) in January 2023. The overall impression is on solid 5, because it completely coincided and we were satisfied with everything that was stated by the tour operator;
Polite, correct, loyal staff throughout the hotel. They smile, prompt , help, guide. During our stay here, there was never a hint of a tip, unlike most of the other resorts we visited before.Therefore, there is something to compare it with.
The room was cleaned every day with the replacement of all bed linen, a set of towels, wet cleaning, replenishment of toiletries in the bathroom.
For this level of hotel, which is recognized 4**** I was especially pleased with the food, its variety and quality. Everything is really fresh, tasty, juicy, fragrant. You can't take food out with you. At least you can overeat in the restaurant. Well, if you really want to, you can take it with you in a container or in a bag in a bag so that the staff does not see it. I did this with oriental sweets because I have a sweet tooth)
We signed up for three restaurants using the al card - Thai cuisine, Mediterranean and Italian. The last two are super, Thai of course, for an amateur. Most of the menu items in these restaurants are free, but there are also several paid dishes to choose from.
The territory of the hotel is large, so small open minibuses drive along it.
The staff is constantly working on site, very clean. The lawn is constantly mowed, watered ...
In general, I would visit this hotel again, but I do not like to go twice to the same place, I boldly recommend it.
Of the disadvantages, I can only admit that wi-fi is only available at the reception and in one of the bars, the Aqua Lounge bar. Although it may be better for someone. You can forget about smartphones a little bit. Personally, I didn't have enough internet in my room.
And of course, there were annoying offers for excursions, you have to refuse here, otherwise you may be persuaded to take an expensive tour from the hotel, it is better to order from third-party operators. For example, for three people, an excursion from the hotel to Paradise Island costs 110 bucks, the same tour, but we ordered it from a third-party operator for 45 bucks. In general, excursions from the hotel come with multiple windups.
I can't say anything about alcohol, I'm a low drinker, I practically don't drink at all.
You also need to be careful, because when you arrive at the hotel during check-in at the reception, they will try to sell you another room, such as with a sea view or in some good place for a few dozen bucks. You can be shown a map of the hotel and your location. Look at it carefully before agreeing or refusing. We almost fell for this trick. I just said I'd think about it, and the manager fell behind with the offer. Earnings in Egypt are small, so everyone around is trying to earn by any means.
Conclusion: If you are not super picky and not a whiner, then this hotel will be great for you to relax with your family and children. And you can find fault with anything. Pay less attention to small things like a crooked seam on the tile, a creaking lock on the door, and everything will be good!

We visited this hotel in January 2022. The hotel grounds are well maintained, lots of greenery, the room itself was clean, the staff responded quickly to all requests. In the main restaurant, the food was cooked quite tasty, I really liked how they cooked fish in batter and beef in any form, the meat turned out tender and juicy. I want to warn you right away that the food is all quite salty. I didn't like the baking at all, it was kind of dry and faded. There are other restaurants, but you can go there for free only 3 times and only by appointment. There are a lot of bars, all free. A pool with slides without heating, and in general, there was only one heated pool, instead of the declared three. Regarding the animation, in the afternoon we were on the beach and near the pool, like zumba and aqua aerobics in the pool, everything goes for 30 minutes. There is also animation in the evening, it changes, it is different every day. There is something to entertain yourself with. The problem with the Internet is that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at the reception and then weak. The beach at the hotel is huge, there is enough space for everyone.

We had a rest in November. The food is great. in a la carte, the food was different, taking into account the cuisine. The restaurants are clean, there is enough of everything. The rooms are not new, they were cleaned well and changed everything on time. Entertainment and animation for 5. I would especially mention Maria, she always involved and told me what was going on and where. The staff was friendly, the problems were solved quickly. For me personally, the biggest disadvantage is the huge territory. To get somewhere, you need to go down the stairs or climb the mountain and so on everywhere. The beach is also a big long walk to swim. I will separately note the work of ANEEX tour. ---- at the airport, they brazenly sold a visa for 27 rubles , although you can pay for 25 nearby. The guides at the Isa and Mohamed Hama Hotel. If you haven't bought an exc. then they don't talk to you and are rude. A meeting instead of 30 minutes. It will be 2h. But we had a great rest without their communication.

In December 2022, we unexpectedly went on a burning ticket to Egypt, Hurghada, and the Long Beach Hotel. I liked absolutely everything.

But! And we swam and sunbathed and even tanned ourselves.

We flew Azur Air for the first time. The planes are old, there is little space between the legs. The service on board is excellent! Both tea and coffee, drinks and hot meals to Hurghada are provided very well. I recommend the airline company. Anex tour is also well done, they work with a bang!
The hotel is very big. The car runs between the small buildings along the route he likes. Few people understand either what is in Russian, they speak English through one. They put up good slides where the water is freezing. In general, this hotel is not for the month of December. There are only 2 heated pools out of 4 or 5. In the Family area and near the beach. The corps is just fear and tears, at first they put you in such a deep hole so that you come to the reception and give money. We had a family room booked. And in order to get it, I had to swear for 20 minutes at the reception, where they immediately pretend "my mother does not understand", and so the cherished $ 20 solved the issue. The family building is the best, the terrace opens directly onto the pool, close to the main restaurant and reception and an area with Wi-Fi, which barely breathes. Huge cockroaches are running around the room! You can enter the room through the balcony without any problems. You press the door and push it back. The room stock is very old. We visited this hotel 10 years ago when it was still a Hilton. For old times' sake, we went again hoping that the rating that is now being given to him corresponds to the previous impression. What can I say the hotel has changed a lot, it has aged, practically nothing has been repaired and has not changed. The orientation of the hotel used to be towards Europeans, now towards Arabs, despite the fact that it is not the season, their number was about 60% of all guests. Accordingly, the noise of the queue in restaurants, the lack of seats in the restaurant, had to wait and look for a table. Of the advantages, the sea and the coral reef can be noted, this has not changed, otherwise the hotel no longer corresponds to the four stars that it had 10 years ago. There is a separate story with bed linen, it seems that the sheets have not been changed all these ten years.

We went to an Italian restaurant by appointment - I didn't like it, it was tastier at dinner)
The beach is cleaned and cleaned by the staff daily, the tides are almost every day and it is decent to go to the depth, in the afternoon the tide is high, the pier is 3+ with a half-dead reef, but there are enough colorful fish, we also saw a stingray.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, beautiful, there are many places to create spectacular photos.
The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed 2 times in 7 days. The bed linen was also changed. We left $1, we didn't twist the figures, but we liked the janitor, a very smiling and polite young man.
We bought excursions on the beach from Amurchik, for which we thank him very much. I really liked the reef diving trip. Everything that I promised, it was so. The impressions are amazing. The crew on the yacht is just super.
The only thing that spoiled the impression on vacation was the guide from Anex tour, the guys from the hotel said that many tourists complain about Anex, not only are they trying to sell excursions 2 times more expensive, but also on the return flight we (6 people from this tour operator) were not notified about the transfer time, in as a result, we got to the airport by taxi (thanks to the hotel employee with a quick solution to our problem)

We rested in hotels in mid-November with a family with a small child of 3 years old. I would like to leave the most positive feedback about the hotel. Excellent reception work. The staff speaks Russian and will be able to help you with any question you have. After the overnight flight, we were immediately checked into a beautiful, cozy and spacious room with a view of the pool. Cleaning is done every day, there is bottled water in the room.
Restaurant. A varied menu for every taste. Lots of sweets, always fresh fruits. Local alcohol without restrictions.
The territory of the hotel is huge. Very well maintained, beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers will not leave anyone indifferent.
The beach is big, you can always find a free place to bask in the sun.
Animation. Active and unobtrusive. You can dance, play, exercise, or just listen to pleasant music.
My child got sick and I was immediately treated right on site, as they have their own doctor.
I liked EVERYTHING, I will come here again and advise everyone)

The hotel is very good, I would have put all 5 arrivals, but one star was removed from the rooms…
The only thing that's not great about this hotel is the rooms themselves. Very old, the balcony doors were banging in the wind at night, the refrigerator did not work, you sleep on a mattress in a hammock.
But let's not talk about the bad, since this is a standard room for which they paid $ 20 upon check-in, perhaps the better the room the better the conditions.
Meal:
The food is just wow, the food is delicious, they give strawberries for dinner, everything is fresh and very tasty, but by the 7th day of rest the food gets boring.

The hotel is confidently good. But if you have a lot of small children, it is better to immediately book rooms with a deluxe room type tour operator at least - but in the main building. According to the description, they have a standard room in their villas. It takes a long time to stomp from the villas, and if you also from the renovated villas, you will not return to the room once again. Families can also be offered a family building next to the playground - but there are a lot of stairs everywhere - you get tired of lifting a stroller. So from my experience, only the main building is from it and the beach, and pools, bars, everything is nearby. It is not easy to solve the issue of the number on the spot. These villas and the family building are being pushed all the time.
