A great hotel , just a huge territory , very clean and well -groomed , friendly staff who are always ready to help and solve any questions . The dishes are clean , there are glass glasses at bars near the beach and some other bars , but mostly plastic ( which is very convenient especially for armless people who break dishes, and there is no glass everywhere under their feet) . There is a disco in the oliva bar , so there is no noise and gamma anywhere , no one is yelling under the windows . the hotel is very family - run , there is a lot of entertainment for children , a good kids ' club , we haven 't been there in the afternoon , but after dinner it 's great to take a walk , there are few children , animators entertain and come up with various games , a chic water park , for different ages from small to large . Very tasty gozleme , ice cream , alcohol is both imported and local , the main thing is to know where to go , the chefs are trying , there is a good choice of dishes , there are also dietary , various vegetable salads , delicious pastries for breakfast , desserts are also not very bad , personally our family has no complaints about food . Personally , the hotel really came to us . A great and large hotel in a green area. A lot of people. The water park starts at 10.30 with a lunch break. Lots of swimming pools and lots of bars and restaurants. Excellent cuisine. Diverse and close to Russian cuisine. Entertainment- there were karaoke, discos from 23.00 to 03.00 in Olives bar. There is a problem of free sunbeds near the pools and on the sea during the peak season. Even in September, this is a problem. This hotel was previously 9 years ago, there have been changes, there are no cola, sprite and beer in the refrigerator in the rooms. There is no mini bar. Just water. And there are no dressing gowns. Just slippers. There is a problem with WiFi. It crashes and needs to be reconfigured several times a day. But in general, this hotel with a large territory is highly recommended.

The beach is clean, there are a lot of sun loungers, but there is a small nuance - all the sun beds are already occupied at 8 am. We need to try to find a free one. If it was not possible, we went to the pools, the hotel staff will always help you find a place to relax. There are active playgrounds for playing volleyball, bocce. In the evenings there are show programs, animators work for children, you won't get bored there!!! The staff is polite, friendly. We liked everything!!! We will definitely come back))

We had a rest this 2023 in July. We lived in the main building, we had a two-room room. Why I put 4: changed the linen in 14 days only once, slippers and bathrobes, shampoos and hair conditioners are not available, room cleaning is one name. There are not enough sunbeds at all, although the hotel administration writes ads so that they do not occupy earlier than 8 o'clock in the morning. The reason is obvious that two more buildings with their own pools have been built, but many vacationers from new territories want to visit the pools located on the main territory. Therefore, where it is empty and where it is dense. The food is usual for the five: nothing special, the fruits this year are not very tasty, even watermelons were not always sweet. You can write a lot of bad and good things, But you still had a great rest, the children are happy. The pools are clean, the territory is well maintained. They didn't have intestinal pain. I had to open the food trays several times to figure out if you wanted to or not. There were no fruits at all, only apples and oranges. But there is a wonderful coffee shop with sweets, where you can get wonderful Turkish coffee and some delicious food. The hotel is designed for 7,000 people, I'm afraid to imagine what happens there in the season. The staff is polite, the rooms are cleaned quickly. The room itself is not bad, a toilet with a bidet (if anyone needs it), a balcony without a roof only on the top floor. The shower is flush with the floor behind the glass. The kettle, tea/coffee is lying. There have been better hotels for this money, but this is also a very good place to spend a vacation.

We rested from 28.10 to 07.11, we were lucky with the weather, but if it wasn't for the warm sea, I don't know what we would do, the pools are not heated, icy. It was already "off season", half of the locations did not work. The nutrition is quite good, except for chicken, as usual, beef, lamb were cooked well in other hotels, there was grilled fish every day-mackerel /dorada / sea bass, fruits were not impressed, mostly tangerines, apples, unripe melon, as they wrote below, children's cocktails, coloring tongue, draught juices (diluted powder), the water park is normal, if not for the icy water. The beach is really small, I can't imagine how it fits "in season". There was a conflict in the children's room, and the hotel was chosen just according to this key criterion that you can leave the child under supervision for several hours, so according to the animator, not the most friendly of all and in fact not seeing what was happening because there was no one with the children at that moment -our child scratched another, the reason is unclear, but we considered it impossible to scratch our palm with a finger without nails and in order to punish us, because my husband brought this animator to a dead end with his questions and anger-they refused to accept our child into the game room))) thanks to their elder Shahriyaz, it turned out to be more adequate and after a few days the conflict was settled. In the evenings, children's animation-dancing for half an hour, then various shows for adults. It's a little boring out of season, but thanks to the weather and the warm sea (the water was +24-26, it reached +33 on the street), we got what we were going for from the rest. I recommend the hotel to couples with children.

A good hotel, lived in 5 rooms, but you can safely take 4 rooms, the territory is shared, the difference is only in the room and food, friends were in 4 rooms, they say they fed well. A huge territory, a beautiful beach, many swimming pools, the aqua center is cool, there is something to entertain yourself, tennis tables, volleyball courts, animation and much more, I advise you to watch the video review. The alcohol in the bars is local, the cuisine is good, there are a lot of things, there were crayfish and king prawns for dinner, but this is in 5k and not every day. The room is nice, freshly renovated, everything is intact, cleaned regularly. The service is at a decent level, you feel comfortable.

Everything is fine with the food, fish and meat always, seafood twice a week, lots of desserts, everything is delicious. There are not very many fruits( THE SEA is crystal clear, turquoise, bright, calm.The entrance is a little pebble, then sand, gently sloping.Extremely uncomfortable sun beds!Hard, uncoated. We were lying by the pool - there are just super beds - huge, comfortable!! The hotel is quiet, calm, animation is not intrusive., 5 minutes nearby- it is always noisy there, you can use all services (except the main restaurant), and the beach too, there is sand at the entrance, very gentle, the sun beds are already better, with mattresses, BUT they stand side by side, without any interval at all, no benches,It's creepy! When the hotel was full, it became a problem. The hotel staff are friendly, especially I would like to mention Olga - smiling, attentive, professionally solves all tasks. Yes, and separately by currency - dollars issued before 2000 are not accepted everywhere - this was a whole problem.

We stayed at this hotel from May 26 to June 2, 2023. with her husband, sister, parents and children aged 11 and 5. We were picked up from the airport by a small bus for 20-25 people from Biblioglobus. We drove to the hotel with one stop and check-in at one hotel for a little less than 2 hours. Alanya can be reached from the hotel by bus (stop next to the hotel) in 30-40 minutes. The hotel itself is clean, large, and beautiful. The territory is large, but very convenient, everything is located clearly and organically. There are many pools, bars, trees, greenery. The hotel is most suitable for families with children of any age and for older people. Young people from 18 to 30 may be bored if they need discos and movement. Among the advantages of the locations: first of all, this is just a magnificent water park, with slides for every age and taste. Even the children's slides are very cool, long and there are many of them and they are different. For the youngest, there is a beautiful ship with small slides, which is also great. And for those who are 8 years old (the height is indicated from 140 cm - but really no one measured the height there with us) there are 6 slides, they are all good and children and adults ride with pleasure. The queues were small. There is also a cafe with food, desserts, ice cream and a bar. The water park is open in summer from 10 to 18 with an hour break for lunch. The second huge plus is a wonderful beach, soft sunset, sand, clean enough (but they won't let you in with food (if you don't hide it), only drinks). There are almost no waves, since this is a bay, although it is large, the sea is warm in early June. We were swimming. The beach of the hotel is long and narrow (5 rows of sun beds), it is necessary to occupy it early. The beach itself is, in principle, very long, you can walk far, far away, everywhere the sea is about the same. There is a children's club for children, it worked from 10 to 16:00, you can leave the children under the painting and take them only to feed. They look after the children, they are engaged with them, there is also a small playground for children. Between the hotel building and the beach there is an area of shops inside the hotel and an area with all sorts of slot machines, a race track (you can ride with small children), a 9d cinema attraction, a trampoline, a location for sand painting - all this is for a fee. Prices from $5. You can take tickets in bulk, it will be cheaper. There are also outdoor exercise machines, they are free. The children were delighted. Next to the stage of the evening show, the bar is there, there were enough tables in the evening. The shows are different, but not AH. We liked to walk around the territory more. As for the food: in the children's menu in the morning there are 3 types of milk porridge: rice, and two similar to oatmeal. Cereals, cold milk next to them, look for hot ones where the main dishes and soups are, different yogurts, buns, omelets, eggs. In general, the breakfast is of the same type, but delicious. Omelets are fried with different options for your choice of additives. There are always vegetables and fruits, good and delicious: peaches, apricots, pineapple, kiwi, apples, oranges, sometimes something else. Lunch and dinner are similar in composition: there is a dietary department: there are usually boiled potatoes, chicken and vegetables. For the rest: there is always spaghetti without everything, French fries, mashed potatoes or rustic, fried meat, stewed, hot and very tasty cold baked chicken, turkey, beef, lamb in appetizers. Vegetables are different hot and cold. Fish is usually 1 kind, usually not tasty. There is virtually no seafood. You definitely shouldn't go here for shrimps and delicious fish. There are a lot of cakes, they are almost always of the same type, sometimes there is a delicious brownie or carrot cake. Really delicious desserts like cheesecake can be caught in the coffee shop of the water park (it's free). Turkish tortillas are also baked next to the water park, which are delicious in autumn with cheese, potatoes, cabbage, meat, herbs. Summing up the food: you won't stay hungry for sure, but not everyone will experience super delight. If you are not very picky, not moody - you will definitely like it. As for alcohol and drinks in general: in all bars and restaurants there are delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, delicious wine, especially pink, pomegranate, neutral beer is not bad, milkshakes for children can be asked with syrups, special cocktails for children like Mickey Mouse or spider-man, delicious tomato juice. I won't say for strong ones - in my opinion, my husband only took whiskey a couple of times. All bartenders are attentive and positive. Coffee in bars and restaurants is bad, normal coffee is only in the coffee shop in the hotel building. As for the rooms: everything is different here, as you are lucky. We had rooms 8367, 8369 - the rooms themselves are spacious, absolutely everything worked properly. Cleaning consists in making the bed and changing towels), well, the floors may be wiped. The shower is comfortable, there are enough partitions, the water does not flow much further. The hair dryer is serviceable, not very powerful. There is soap and shower gel, there are no shampoos and balsam - take your own. The paper is replenished every day. Towels are changed if you leave bad ones on the floor. Upon arrival, there are no warm blankets in the room, who needs them, call the reception 2000, 3000. Slippers are available on request, there are no bathrobes. Wi-Fi catches everywhere in different ways, it doesn't catch on the beach, there is in the water park, in the rooms where it is. In general, it is weak. Our rooms had just terribly uncomfortable beds, I woke up with a wildly sore back and just because of this I couldn't rest properly, because the mattress was bedsore, uneven and soft. The child had a nice hard one on the bed, apparently new. The child gave me the bed for the last two nights and I finally got enough sleep and got up as a human being. Our grandmothers in room 7339 had all the beds with good new mattresses and they had excellent Wi-Fi, but the window just looked out onto the wall of another building and onto someone else's balcony. We had a view of some technical parts and a road and a mosque. A call to prayer is issued from the mosque every morning at 5 and no closed doors help - everything is audible. Sometimes I was woken up by the call, sometimes not. Here, consider the sensitivity of your sleep. They are unlikely to move you, usually the hotel is very full. I told her everything I could. I recommend the hotel for families with children, if you are not very picky. The children will definitely be satisfied. It makes sense to come here for them. The sea and the water park are great.

The keys to the room have already been given out before 11 o'clock (although you know the rules yourself after 14:00). Our room overlooked the central pool. The view is beautiful. A wonderful hotel. The territory is simply gorgeous, very large and beautiful. The staff is friendly, they speak Russian. The food is delicious, but there is a specific seasoning, apparently local, for an amateur. Salads are monotonous, fresh vegetables cucumber, tomato, cabbage, onion in different variations. The beach is wonderful, 1 line of sand. There is a water park for both adults and children. There is also a children's room where they will look after the children. There are a lot of pools on the territory, there is always a place to swim.

Nice hotel. On the territory of the hotel there are: 4 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, 10 bars, 5 cafes, a zoo, a fruit room, an ice cream room, children's attractions, bowling, billiards, a volleyball field, a hammam and much more. The food is decent. Lamb, beef, turkey, chicken are given daily. I recommend visiting this hotel.
