I really liked the hotel. We were vacationing with a 3-year-old granddaughter. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock, the room was ready, and we were immediately checked in. I didn't have to wait in the hall with the child. In the children's club, all animators speak 3 languages: Russian, English, Turkish, (which, by the way, surprised). The child not only rode the roller coaster, but also enjoyed playing with club balls, making crafts out of paper, under the guidance of animators. There was an opportunity to drink some water, eat cookies. Everything is naturally free. To the children's club - there was an opportunity for parents to give the child away for a while. The children were followed, if there were any questions, they helped to solve them. There was a situation when the boy got bored and started crying. They immediately calmed him down, distracted his attention, and called his parents. The parents took their child away. But this was an isolated incident. Most of the children didn't want to leave. In addition, there is a paid kindergarten. With English-speaking educators. There are many restaurants in the hotel. You can eat around the clock. Moreover, a late dinner is a full-fledged dinner of hot dishes, just like at a regular dinner. The food for adults is good, for children it is spicy, then not tasty. Although the children's menu was present. (but maybe our child is selective about food).One of the disadvantages is the lack of cottage cheese and juices for children in small packages, as we are used to. We had been vacationing since April 14, 2024, for me the water in the outdoor pools and the sea was cold, although other vacationers were swimming with children. My child was swimming in an indoor heated pool. It's not very big, but it's just right for kids, especially if older kids (6-10 years old) don't run into it and start splashing, shooting water pistols in all directions, or jumping off the side without stopping 20 times in a row raising the maximum amount of spray. (this is just a lyrical digression, I understand that children are children, and everyone's upbringing is different, after all, and mental health is also different). The beach is good, there were enough deck chairs for everyone, the coast is flat. The rooms are large and bright. Cleaning every day. I really want to return to the hotel in the velvet season - to swim in all the pools, go for a ride in the water parks for adults and children. There are a lot of water activities for children. In addition, there is a small zoo. There are chickens, rabbits, peacocks. Nothing unusual, but you can watch it once. Animation for both adults and children is also available in 3 languages. We expected to rest for two weeks, everything was beautiful in the photo of the hotel and the photos were of the new 5* building. But we were settled!…The room is old, the furniture is battered, the appliances are all yellow and worn. The shower room, I'm generally silent! We were asked to move to another building for an additional fee, but we were refused! At first they said there were no rooms, then they said Russians are not settled there! A madhouse! Imagine living in this horror for 2 weeks! It was very unpleasant to find out from the couple we met that they live in the luxury building for the same money as us! After a couple of days of waiting, we were still moved to a new building, a new room and everything, BUT! There was a huge hood outside the window that was humming 24/7! I went with two children aged 8 and 15. From the good- they feed all day everywhere, you will never stay hungry. There is a lot of food, it is delicious, but monotonous. The menu has not changed in two weeks. No cheese/fish or anything like that, not to mention seafood. There is also a powerful water park, but there are a lot of people, so there are long queues all the time. There are not just a lot of people, but a lot. On the beach, they are stacked up to the water, there is no way to pass. It is better not to go to the spa, in the steam room and in the hammam as in the subway during rush hour. The filth is terrible. Two cockroaches were seen in the room. Some huge cockroach sat on me in the elevator, it was a nightmare. The rooms are not cleaned at all. We stopped at an unmade room, called them, asked them to clean it up. But linen / towels are also changed only after urgent requests. Shampoos /conditioners /pastes - they don't put in 5 stars, I had to call several times within 2 days (and so every time) so that the cleaner threw a bag with bubbles of cheap cosmetics at me. But we were going to five stars, we didn't take shampoos with us. The staff is not friendly, no smiles, no responsiveness. They look tired. The sea is ugly and dirty in this place. We did not spoil our vacation - we rented a car and went to the neighboring beaches, where it is calm and beautiful. We only came here to spend the night and hid on the slides.
