Vacationed at this hotel with a family of 3 people in early October 2023. A very cool hotel, we were very satisfied, we even want to come back. We lived in the main building, standard room, everything is whole and working. We settled right into a nice room without extra charges at 10 am, the reception works very well. For those who have little time or are too lazy to read, I will say right away - I liked the hotel, the sea is excellent during this period, the water is warm, the beach is sandy, the entrance is gentle, there are enough sun beds, the food in the restaurant is delicious, alcohol is acceptable, coffee from vending machines sucks (although Turkish is brewed in a couple of places, it is delicious), the territory nice, green, lots of seals. In general, I recommend the hotel, 8.5-9 points out of 10 for their money deserves quite honestly. Further details. The hotel and the room. Lonicera is a large complex of several hotels, with a common (or partially shared) territory and its own sandy beach, located about 1.5 - 2 hours drive from Antalya Airport. The hotel has several hundred rooms offhand, so several thousand people relax here during the peak season. They say that during this period there are long queues at the restaurant, and sun beds on the beach should be occupied at 6 am. In our case, there were no such problems in the off-season. We took a standard room for four - two adults and two children, the room is about 25-30 meters, there is enough space, overall OK. Of the cons: there are no additional pillows (one was not enough for me), poor water pressure in the shower, plus the temperature is constantly changing, it's not particularly convenient to wash, so you can't stand in the shower for a long time. There are also very strange bedspreads, they look like big waffle towels, some kind of uncomfortable ones. There are few places to store things in the room - one closet for hangers and one small closet with a shelf depth of 15 centimeters, so how and what to store in it is unclear. There is a free safe in the room. Beach. The beach is quite long, but narrow, 15 meters wide, there are a lot of sun beds that stand close to each other, so there is no privacy. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is comfortable and smooth, it's the best for children. The buoys are 100 meters from the shore, there is already a depth of 3.5 meters, there are fish. There are changing rooms at the exits, there are also showers to wash off the sand. Meal. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, there is always a variety of meat (chicken, turkey, beef, lamb) in a variety of types, grilled fish (trout, dorada, sea bass, mackerel), salads of different types and types, olives, many different desserts (some delicious, some not so much). At lunch and dinner, you can take alcohol at the bar (wine, beer), plus something like diluted juice. The breakfasts are standard, edible, but quickly boring. The wine is ordinary, pomegranate is quite tasty. Beer is the inevitable EFES. There are a lot of seals in the hotel, which roam freely everywhere and even lie on sofas in the lobby. There is a large water park with lots of slides, a mini zoo for children with birds and rabbits, which you can go to feed and pet. In general, we liked the hotel, we came here for an autumn vacation at sea, and for this purpose it was perfect due to the mild weather, excellent beach and delicious food. I'm still at the hotel, I've had the last day, and by the end of my stay, the whole experience is ruined. Room 8336. From 04/17 to 05/01. 25. In the beginning, everything was more or less, the first impression was pleasant. But further along the service, it turned out that the service was very lame. They began to suspect and on the evening of the 6th day they finally realized that we had never had our bed linen changed. We noticed this in the evening, so we left the question for the morning, but in the morning we left for the city, hurried and forgot again. In general, we made it to the 10th day with such movements, but the bed was not changed on the 10th day either. As a result, we went to the reception to inform them that it would be nice to change. Our bed was changed. And they promised to continue to comply and change it on time. On 04/28/25, when they arrived at the hotel, they noted that the bed linen had not been changed, the towels had not been changed, the room was poorly cleaned, the towels were hanging on the balcony and in the bathroom on a hook, and the foot towel was just wet left lying on the floor. We were informed at the reception, they promised to do the cleaning in the morning, change the bed linen and towels. The next day, 04/29/25, nothing happened. The room was not cleaned (they only swept the room and made the bed with old linen), dirty towels were simply rolled up and put under the guise of clean ones. The bathroom was not cleaned, not even the moisture was wiped. I've already talked to a representative of the hotel. They promised to fix everything while we went to the beach. As a result, nothing was done, the bedding was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned. And the clean towels were just thrown on a shelf in the hallway. We went to the hotel representative again, but it's kind of late and there are no cleaners, they won't be able to until tomorrow. As a result, on 04/30/25, on our last day, after much walking and reminders, we finally changed the bed linen, towels and washed the bathroom. In general, the level of service in the hotel does not correspond to the stated level of 4*. A weak three at best. If we abstract ourselves and look at the situation in a detached way, then if we hadn't stated and pointed out the poor quality of cleaning, then in 14 days we would never have changed either bed linen or towels, and there are doubts about the quality of cleaning in the room as a whole. From the looks of it, and from the results of cleaning on the last day, it seems that apart from sweeping, taking out the trash and making up the bed (well, as they did, they just folded the blanket neatly on the bed), they didn't do anything else at all. The same toilet bowl doesn't look like it's being washed every day, or that it's being washed at all. Although after each cleaning, the lid was closed, hinting that it had been washed. It also becomes clear that the overall condition of the hotel is average, not because there has been no renovation for a long time, but just very mediocre cleaning. Because of this, all plumbing has a limescale coating and ingrained dirt. And if you come for 5-7 nights, then with such a level of service (although there remains a residue of doubt about how well they clean between the change of tenants), you can still put up with it, then in the case of 14 nights this level of service is no. He's gone. In general, you live in a room where they don't change your bed linen, towels, or clean. The hotel is not worth it and does not match what it claims. Apart from the territory, the hotel actually has nothing else to offer.

It takes place on the terrace of the hotel, in the right wing. Accordingly, if you have a room in the right wing as close to the sea as possible, you will not fall asleep before 23-30. We had a room with a large balcony and a view of the sea - I did not sleep. The family was sleeping, and I waited every day until it was over.
