The WORST HOTEL with terrible quality of service, disgusting canteen-level food and an absolute lack of customer orientation. On the territory of the hotel, almost everything is paid and almost everything is impossible, they try to save money on everything. There is no alcohol in the hotel. Wine is diluted alcohol! We almost got hurt like that once. Apparently they forgot to dilute one bottle, and they poured us just alcohol from their branded bottle. There is no imported alcohol from the word at all. If there are any questions or complaints, the staff just don't care about you. There are a lot of children with intestinal infections. There are a lot of patients. The hotel is overcrowded, there is nowhere to fall on the beach. And it's the end of the season. The staff is mostly Kazakh (which is probably why such a service and attitude). Think a hundred times if you are ready to come here and ruin your vacation. By the way, if you celebrate dr, they won't even take out a piece of cake for you. If you are used to a comfortable ultra all inclusive vacation, then this hotel is definitely not for you. For the first time, we were completely disappointed in our vacation because of the hotel. The hotel itself requires renovation… The service is about nothing - every day you need to ask the receptionist to put hygiene products, because no one just puts them there. Everything on site is paid, except for the zoo, the water park, everywhere they just beg for tips, they don't want to do anything without them. The seafood restaurant, which is free for a room in all hotels, is paid here. The bar has terrible alcohol and imported, which is implied in the ultra all inclusive is completely absent. Changing towels is also a problem, if you want to hand in towels or change them during the day so that you can go in the evening with clean ones, then you will not be able to do this, because here you can only hand in towels according to a schedule that is far from convenient for everyone. Nothing from entertainment. The evening program is not well organized. Every evening we went to the nearby premium hotel, but there was a delicious bar and interesting concerts. The beach and the dining room are always packed, and there's the same food in the dining room, which is mostly tasteless. We do not recommend this hotel chain to anyone!

Services: from the free main water park (decent), lawn tennis (tired surface), table tennis (rackets were not updated). Unfortunately, most of the services for children are paid: rope park, billiards, slot machines. And only for cash. In 2025, it was still possible to go to the territory of the Lonicera Premier Hotel, it is also interesting there. When we came home from work, we started looking at hotels, reading reviews, and when we liked something, we immediately contacted the operator, but while we were thinking, many hotels were in "Stope". Having once again offered 3 hotels, we began to choose, chose, I call, the answer is: "The hotel is SOLD", I can offer the same hotel but 4 * .... And the prices, I will tell you at this moment begin to grow by leaps and bounds and we already doubt whether we will get into this a year at sea, but our child is waiting for more than ourselves! And we agree to the Lonicera World 4* hotel - ultra all inclusive! And Evgenia did this work in a week!!! We've arrived! We were met, taken to the hotel, fed, although it was almost 23:30, placed in a distant building, we immediately did not really like that it was far away, but because the road was long, we were all tired, we just wanted to fall down and fall asleep! When we woke up the next day and looked around, we decided that we were staying here! There are few people, it's quiet, which can't be said about the main building and those that are nearby (although someone likes it)! 5 minutes to the sea with a child, taking your time, your own water park, for children and adults! The food is excellent, tasty and not spicy, I will say more, we were in different hotels, but this one really sunk into our hearts! We would like to come back again, YES! Unfortunately, we have been resting here for the last few days, but I will say that it is good to rest, but I want to go home! Today I've been in the room all day, it's been raining since night and the sea has been stormy for the second day, but it doesn't affect our mood in any way! You can still write a lot, but it's better to see once than to read and hear a lot! I am very grateful to our tour operator for offering this hotel!!!I'll attach a few photos from the territory and the sea!
