The hotel is strangely divided into 4* and 5*. The main building is 5*, the others are 4*. We had a rest here with my daughter (4 years old) in 4* from 30.08.2025 to 05.09.2025.I liked everything.There were some problems with the food, there was a lot of it, and you didn't know what to choose.Everything is either salted or peppered. After two days of staying, we decided what to eat.The main restaurant served seafood (squid with mussels) 1 time, trout steaks 2 times.Mostly a lot of meat and chicken. The territory is large, at first it was a bit annoying, I had to walk on the map.The beach is too small for so many people.During rush hour, people were jostling in the water. The sun beds are very tight. We got used to walking at a time when there were few people (early in the morning until 8, at lunchtime from 13 and in the evening after 17), there were enough sun beds and places in the water))) The water park is wonderful. In general, there were only good impressions of the hotel. There were some minor flaws, but they didn't change the impression.

We arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m., only the world reception was open, the resort started working from 8.30. We waited until 8.30 until we were checked in, they gave us a very good room. We were fed at 7:00. There was no toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or slippers in the room.I had to go begging, they gave me 3 times after I turned to the girl who works with clients (a brush, slippers are not allowed). - Ala cards are paid 8 USD.per person, but it's not worth it, the birthday is free for all guests, but do not expect that there will be any decoration (it costs a lot of money, the cake costs 5000 rubles.) - There is no live and background music on Sunday evenings, it's a day off. - Tuesday and Saturday at the Oliva bar from 17.00-19.00 bottled beer, nuts and chips are served without restrictions (please specify). In terms of food , there seems to be a lot of variety in vegetables and meat (beef , lamb, turkey and chicken),there are various fish (dorado , sea bass , trout , etc.) fruits in September are 25 g much more than the previous 2 years, alcohol is a balancer ,the rest if someone is finding fault , then let's say not very , a cocktail every other time, more or less disgusting swill, which is made not for quality, but for flow , Tues,Thurs,Sat at the oliva bar, bottled beer with chips and nuts is unlimited, drink as much as you want. It seems like I'm eating a lot, but after a couple of days it gets worse and becomes monotonous. The hotel is very nice, but there are nuances of rest at this time, which we did not know about and overpaid for nothing! 1 - The water park was closed from November 1 until the new season. 2 - it turned out that the hotel itself would close on the 15th, and therefore, every day, something was closed on the territory of the hotel. Starting from the ice cream and ending with the beach bar. Since the 11th, there have been no more than half of the sun beds on the beach. The food in the main restaurant has been greatly reduced, both in quantity and variety. It felt like they were just being fed leftovers. And everything seems to be logical. But we arrived at 5. And we paid for it properly, we definitely did not expect such an attitude and were unpleasantly surprised. We are unlikely to come here again in the fall.

Sun beds are always available on the left side of the beach facing the sea. In a large building, the elevators cannot cope with the load, but we, who live on the upper 6th floor, had no problems. It is quite possible to have lunch in snack bars, there is a lot of variety and there are soups, and a room with orange juice crushers is something! There is no La carte restaurant. Animation is a C grade, but for us this is not the main thing. The abundance of food has already made us very happy, although these are not even the main meals. They settled in. We had a family room, as there are five of us - a corridor, 2 adjacent rooms, a bathroom and a balcony. There are 3 chairs and a table on the balcony. The rooms are clean, there are enough towels. The rooms were cleaned only if you press the room cleaning button. Among the disadvantages - there is no overhead lighting in the rooms, only bedside sconces, sometimes there was not enough light) And instead of one single bed they put a cot, we asked to change it, but this did not happen) Although this did not affect our rest) We lived next to the water park, but the view was on the courtyard, so there was no noise, of the cons - we lived next to the zoo, and every night, especially in the morning at five o'clock, peacocks constantly screamed and we did not really get enough sleep) There are 2 restaurants for our hotel - one is the main one, it is very large and there are a lot of people, and the second one is very cozy, with a terrace on the street and a wonderful view of the sea. We ate mostly in the second. The abundance of food is certainly amazing. It's not that much, it's just a huge amount. Different, delicious! Of course, the tables were full of food. Alcohol is very different - from beer to Baileys (we mostly did not drink, but the list is huge) The sea is clean, the beach is narrow, but long enough (where the central exit to the sea is, the water and the beach are the cleanest and sandy, in general, sand everywhere and very comfortable, but closer to the end of the beach (next to the hotel there are small pebbles in the sphere when entering the sea) we are very happy with the sea - it was always warm and clean, because we swam to the buoys and still saw the bottom) The weather was pleasant, it was always sunny, but there were days when it reached 49 degrees. The water park is great! Both adults and children, everyone was delighted! There are enough slides and shallow pools for children. Again, there is an abundance of food! The ice cream is incredibly delicious! A maximum of 2 at a time in one hand, but you can take it at least every five minutes. Fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, all drinks in unlimited quantities. 5 pools including a water park, we didn't even swim in one) The hotel is very family-run, there are a lot of children) A huge territory, which makes it feel like there are a lot of people! The staff understands almost all Russian. The territory is a huge advantage of this hotel, it is large, there is a place to walk, a lot of fruit trees. We really liked the separate low-rise buildings, we did not live there, but we liked to walk around them in the evening. There are many pools, but when they were, the water in them was cold. The water park is great, cool slides, but also cold water, probably very good in summer. Near the water park, you can take ice cream and make fresh orange juice-it's just super, both children and adults liked it (the only one closed before we left) Food - you definitely won't stay hungry, but you won't get much pleasure either. A plate can be taken off the table without asking, and in general, it feels like you are not welcome. Past the hotel restaurants (4*, 5* and the beach restaurant) there are 3 more locations with fast food, it seemed to us that it tasted better next to the water park. The hotel has a lot of greenery, exercise equipment, a zoo, food courts, delicious land, a pastry shop, fresh juices and excellent ice cream ! I chose it .considering the interests of the child . The child was delighted, and everything went well for me too . The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, the kitchen is also something to choose from. There are fish near the islands with algae, you can swim with a mask. Lots of pools. The food is varied, without frills, but delicious and everything is fresh. There are a lot of snacks, there is a place to squeeze yourself an orange juice (near the volleyball court) , ice cream, a coffee shop, a gozleme, a kebab house. In short, they feed everywhere. Entertainment is also varied, especially in the evening. There is dancing music in the olive bar, where there is a performance stage, and live music like a concert in the TV bar, everyone is dancing too. The water park is great, the kids are thrilled. In general, the rest was a success!!! We were lucky with the weather, the water is about 20 - 21 °, everyone swims. The air is 23-25, it's also normal, but we sleep without heating. There are 4 days left until the end of the rest, I don't want to leave. I will be happy to return next year if the price is adequate.

During the 10 days of rest, they came three times, threw out the garbage, brought water. We will not return to this hotel again, I do not understand how people come here repeatedly!
