Well, the cleaning: it seems to be there, but it doesn't get any cleaner, the floors are dusty, plumbing, mirrors, showers... Even if you ask for a portrait, they won't add a soap dish. Another disadvantage for those with children is that there is a super cool, but paid, play area with vending machines and cars... Children are attracted there by a magnet, but guys, the hotel is not cheap, and spending money on these pleasures every day is such a pleasure. It would be possible to do without all this, I'm sure that's not what everyone is going there for! On food and drinks: I sincerely admire the Lanisera team, which is responsible for catering, very decent, clean, fast, tasty, varied. Fruits are not enough, except that. The hotel itself is big, sooooo big, several buildings (another one is being built), the design is cool, there are a lot of things, everything is beautiful with the eyes. But everything else was in no hurry to open.* The animation is very weak, some of the animation guys did not understand Russian at all, according to the schedule, volleyball is written- as a result, it is not at the appointed time. There were shows in the evening, but they didn't come to us because the child was bored in the evening. There was a lack of atmosphere from the animators or something.. The children's animation here was top notch. The child can be left in the nursery with nannies (there are several of them). The girls are all polite, they treat the kids well, they held master classes every day according to the schedule, went for walks around the territory (for example, they went to the animals at the zoo). The child gets bored - the children's animator notifies us about it by phone. In general, the children's animation is cool, But again, in the evening there are always the same songs, the same stream)) About the scale of the hotel. It feels like you're at a rally somewhere, where there are a lot of people, 1,000 people (it's really designed for that many people) - this noise, the buzz, the queues in the cafeteria, the queues in the elevators. We're tired of it, of course.. And we were there at the beginning of the season! Food - well, you won't stay hungry, but it's not food for a 5-star hotel. There is plenty of food, a large assortment of unknown things. Alcohol and cocktails are 4 stars, maybe even 3, but definitely not 5...In general, those who have been to this hotel will understand me. Fruits include bananas, apples, pears, oranges. The fish was not tasty. Service : yes, they're being cleaned, but those swans, who's in the pictures there- we didn't have them))) although tips were left) The waiters never brought anything to drink at dinner. - where can they go, serve so many people. Although it's possible that they tipped someone. Russian Russians don't speak, and they don't want to learn 10 words of Russian. The general feeling is that everything is being completed, expanded, improved for themselves - these are shops inside the hotel, all services (these are cars) are paid. Everything is done so that we can pay from our wallet. It's the same with the service. In general, I have never regretted it. I'm not sure about the trip during the season, I liked it at the beginning of May, closer to May 9-10, there was already an influx of people. Great hotel!!! There is everything and even more!!! The territory is huge! A lot of pools, a children's water park, super animation for children, bars, restaurants with excellent food, staff for 5+, the sea is fabulous, the beach is sandy. I recommend it to everyone, the best place to relax with children! I rested for 10 days, it didn't seem enough!
