Good afternoon! We had a rest from May 30 to June 8, 2024. We lived in 4 rooms in building G.At first we thought that it was far from the entire infrastructure of the hotel, but then we realized the beauty.There is no such fuss and bustle as in the main territory. Delighted with everything:organization, staff,instant check-in (arrived at 9 a.m.),daily cleaning, on-demand cleaning, none of the staff will refuse help, a lot of Russian-speaking staff, guides from coral are good, they speak and advise everything on the case; food for all tastes,diet table,children's menu. The animation is simply at the highest level, the evening programs are diverse: a disco with life-size figures and fireworks, an action show, live singing of songs from all over the world in different languages, an acrobatic show, etc. The beach is small, I didn't want to go to it, and at the end of the beach there is a masked drain pipe!!! But there are a lot of people, people are swarming, you get tired of it. And, guys, the main thing! On June 7, our temperature rose, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting began.At the moment, on 06/16/24, we are being treated in the infectious diseases department!!! I ask those who had the same thing happen in June to respond.We can't figure out what kind of infection it is!!The child does not last for the second week, the liquid stool is emerald-colored!!! Those who are going to Turkey, be careful yourself and, most importantly, take care of the children!!!

We had a family vacation in the first half of October 2023. The beach is nice, the sand is clean. We fed the fish at the rocks almost every day, caught crabs with a child. The sun beds have been occupied since early morning, but we occupied 1 each when the people left, it was tolerable. There is a lot of food, but we are not very satisfied with the quality. Meat dishes are delicious, salads are mixed with the same just different cuts and arrangements of ingredients. It would be better to have less variety, but better quality. Cheeses, sausages, juices, chymose chymose are far from being in the best 3. There is a lot of entertainment, slides, an on-site water park, a children's club, animation. For this, a solid 5. The rooms are old, the springs bulge out of the mattresses, it's uncomfortable to sleep. And the cherry on the cake. The children vomited all over the hotel, ours also got sick, as a result, we all lay in the room with fever and rotovirus for several days. The food wasn't eaten after that. We wouldn't go there anymore.

If you like cleanliness, green, cozy streets paved with stone, a gorgeous sandy beach, the opportunity to walk around the hotel as if in a city within a city, then you are here! There is a corner for everyone here. Despite the large number of hotel guests, there is enough space for everyone, there is enough food for everyone, there is enough attention for everyone, there are enough pools and the sea for everyone too! The only thing that perhaps surprised me was the presented line of wines - both red, white, and pink are very mediocre for a hotel of this level. Pomegranate is generally a solid chemistry. Although, there are quite high-quality wines in Turkey. Otherwise, it's just a song! We never repeat ourselves in hotels, but I would like to come here a couple more times😍

Water park ,mini zoo , swimming pools , playgrounds , animation , kids club , kindergarten , panda park , mini disco for children every evening , etc. Clean rooms, cleaning every day. This was our first time in a hotel of this type. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, the sea is close, the beach is clean, the staff is friendly almost all (thanks for the staff - although their work, but a kind attitude improves the mood), the rooms are comfortable, there is everything you need, the water park is large, many pools. But the downside is much greater. Well, first of all, if you want to relax, then you're not here - music is blaring and a disco is going on until 23:00, you can hear it from any end of the hotel, it's useless to complain (no one reads reviews and nothing will be changed - those who drink and dance late will come to the place of people like me). Food - in general, you can find something to eat. But desserts are all for the same taste - palm oil and sugar, there are no traditional delicious Turkish treats. Alcohol is not tasty, one kind of beer is light and bitter, and the local wine tastes terrible. It's time to update the plumbing. There are a lot of tenants on the territory, so if you want entertainment, then pay (and it's expensive). In general, the hotel can be visited if you plan to eat, drink and dance. There is no quiet family vacation here.

Guest communication is a profanity, only when visiting a fish restaurant (200 liras). In the main restaurant, there was a live bug in the vegetables, while I was Googling that it was the waiter who jumped up and took the plate. He said that it was necessary to approach the girls of the guest relationship from the chef, they were aware and would offer some compliments. The girl said, I don't know anything. There is no video, there was nothing. The second question is, crocs were stolen on the beach. Definitely stolen. Evening, the interval is 5 minutes. There are only a few people. The same girl- personal belongings are your responsibility.We don't look at the cameras. Look in the boxes. They didn't find it. We searched several times. We bought new ones. Because of the disregard, I do not recommend it.

It's just an incredible hole. There are no bathrobes, slippers, soap and soap. I had to buy everything, because you can't interrogate here. Everything is dirty.(now it is clear where the epidemics of every infection among tourists come from). Public places are in terrible condition. Food....just pain. It looks like someone has already eaten it. We go to have lunch in a cafe outside the perimeter, and this is money again. The lights are constantly going out. Ahahaha. One of the advantages is the incredible sea, warm, gentle sunset. But people shit in it-shit floats in the truest sense of the word. The fish restaurant on the premises is the only place where you can eat, but it's impossible to eat the same thing for the whole vacation. In short, life is bad without a sucker, it's about us. 5 stars here can only be found on cognac, which needs to be disinfected.

The best hotel I've ever visited in Turkey. It's great for kids, a huge territory, lots of activities. From three to five pools, I just didn't have time to reach the rest. There is a water park for children with lots of slides on site. But the coolest thing is the beach. Sand and a very smooth approach. No rocks and undergrowth like on Cleopatra Beach. There is so much food that plus 10 kilos is provided. Alcohol flows like a river here, although I don't drink it myself, but it's what you need for connoisseurs. In principle, it no longer makes sense to change the hotel in future trips.

We have just returned from this "five-star" hotel. 1. I liked the superior room. It's big and cozy. A large double bed and a wide single bed, as well as a folding armchair-bed. The TV shows Russian channels. There are gel and liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner were added only once in 7 days...Fortunately, we had our shampoos with us. The mini-bar has only carbonated and non-carbonated water, which is added every day according to the number of guests. The room is opened with a bracelet on a ribbon, which is put on the hand of each guest upon check-in. If the child is under 8 years old, then he only has a ribbon, and therefore, the child will not be able to get into the room without the older ones. And now about the disadvantages of the number: - the room greeted us with worn-out views, no longer white at all, and no fluffy towels at all. During the 7 days, however, my favorite "crisp" boiling white towels were found a couple of times among the replaced towels, but on the whole I was surprised that there were washed towels in the "top five" - I was surprised and upset by the lack of bathrobes in the room, maybe I should have asked someone for them, but I would like to see them in the room right away. - the curtains must have been opened by one of the guests before us with dirty hands... that's how those dirty fingers stayed on the curtain....no one sees them with the naked eye and, probably, they will meet more than one family of tourists. - what is a blanket??? They're not in the room. Nothing! A waffle blanket lying on a sheet is not a blanket. Considering that Turkey greeted us with a crazy thunderstorm and it was also very cool the next day, I was freezing at night for the first few days...I sleep under a blanket at any time of the year, and the lack of it in the "top five" just knocked me out of college.As a result, I managed to catch a cold in a warm country and am reaping the benefits of this vacation upon arrival home. Judging by the reviews, which occasionally contain information about the lack of blankets in the rooms, I concluded that a request at the reception would not solve anything anyway, because if it was brought, it would be by the end of the vacation. Consider this fact. - a small drain button was "hanging" in the toilet and only the big one had to be pressed. I tried to warn the reception about this while waiting for the return transfer, I was told that everything was checked after the eviction and would be eliminated if necessary....but this button has been hanging with us since the very first day, which means no one checked anything after the previous tenants....and they didn't even specify the room number to pay attention to such a "little thing". 2. Food There were crowds of people in the main restaurant and there were days when there were simply no places to eat.These same crowds, moreover, are not always polite, serve themselves food and have to stand in line!!! In the evening, you can eat more or less calmly in the restaurant on the floor above Panorama, but one of the disadvantages is that smoking is allowed on the terrace of this restaurant, and therefore, for non-smokers, dinner in a snuffbox becomes uncomfortable ... The food itself....indistinguishable from the word at all....and the worst part is that it's also tasteless....A lot of vegetable slicing, but in fact it's all the same... Just in one place with plain cabbage, in another bowl with purple, in the third without cabbage.... It's not seasoned, and then you need to go and look for something to pour and fill it with.... Meat is either fried to the point of insanity, or mixed into goulash in different versions.... There is no salt at all from the word, then it is over-salted. Soups..... there is no normal soup....just stews.... Next to the soups are bowls with herbs, pepper, lemon and crackers....But they are not replenished in a timely manner, and therefore, there are constantly no greens, crackers, or lemon....something that can slightly enhance the taste of this stew.... Seafood? Salads made from them or something similar....Unfortunately, we did not come across it...apparently, this is in a seafood restaurant, a place where you need to book in advance and pay an additional 250 liras. The fish itself was there, but it tasted the same as the meat. The salads are just awful....If this is Turkish cuisine, then I'm not a fan of it... 3. Spa There were an insane number of people there on a cold day. The saunas did not warm up to the required temperature, as guests were constantly rushing back and forth. On warm days, we visited 2 times without people and it was nice and comfortable. I don't have enough disposable diapers and it's unpleasant to go into the sauna without slippers ... an indoor pool that you can plunge into after saunas, it smells sooooo strongly of bleach, even my head is spinning 4. Alcohol There's a lot of it everywhere. 10 types of cocktails,light beer, dry red and white wine I wanted dark beer and champagne, unfortunately, there is none. 5. Animation The free kids' club provides entertainment for children under 12 years old, and our son was no longer attracted there, but vending machines, a rope park, bowling and billiards for an additional fee.the fee 6. Water Park Not bad. Even we spent 1 day in it, rolling from the bottom of our hearts. It works from 10 to 17. Break from 12 to 14. They just don't let you go on the slides during the break, but you can stay on the sun beds. There is a problem with sun beds everywhere, they need to be occupied in advance and it is good when people are occupied and really lying down, it is bad when towels are occupied and no one comes, and there are not enough places. One of the disadvantages of the aquopark: the stairs to the slides by the end of the day, forgive me, it started to smell like urine!!!! There's a toilet below, and it doesn't look like it's pulling from there... when leaving the toilet, there's a shower with which you can rinse your feet, but only a few do it. 7. The territory It's just huge.I walked 20,000 steps a day without leaving the territory, considering that our room was on the 3rd floor, and I couldn't wait for the elevator. 8. Smoking Smoking is allowed almost everywhere and even on the balcony... that's what the neighbors used, and we had to close the doors to the balcony, smelling their smoke break. 9. The beach Very narrow and cramped with other guests. I got used to it and got high in the morning like this: on the way to the beach, I went to the restaurant for coffee and a croissant, because despite the fact that breakfast is officially from 7.30, the restaurant is closed at 7 a.m. Later, there is almost no point in going to the beach-everything is busy. One day we went to the nearby Lonicera Premium beach, which you can get to by leaving the hotel and crossing the road. There's a bay there. You can also, as guests of the Lonicera, take drinks on their territory at the bar and swim in the pool. There is a mini water park with 3 slides and a children's water town. 10. The market Nearby there is a small mini market, pharmacies, you can buy souvenirs and goodies without going far beyond the hotel. In general, the hotel is not bad for those who like such a holiday with a lot of people. I described the disadvantages that were important to me. It doesn't look like a top five to me.

We had a vacation in May 2025. The territory of the hotel is very large and very beautiful. The food is very tasty and varied. There are a lot of restaurants. During the week of our stay, we couldn't even visit everything. I liked the animation around the pool. I didn't like it: there are very few Turks serving the staff, mostly from Central Asia. But...all the food is very bland, not salty, and salt does not pour out of the salt shaker, I had to open it to add salt.The alcohol is of poor quality, only the wine in the restaurant is good, try the pomegranate. The staff is calm, they work mainly from the CIS, they know Russian, there are locals, they do not understand any language. The territory is large, as described in the guide, there is a place to take pictures, relax, take a walk.The water in the pool is cold, much colder than in the sea, the animation is bad, even the aerobics is amateurish, we went to the neighboring hotel to watch the evening show, too, from lonicera, because we didn't like it in the top five. A very good LC Waikiki store, a large selection, decent prices, the luggage is decently heavier.I was pleased that many shops accept the transfer of our rubles to any bank, so we spent not only dollars, but also money from the card. If the hotel guides offer to go to the hammam for 25 dollars, do not buy it for anything, the mess is complete, we were very dissatisfied with the service.

We were at the end of October and about the middle of October they were turned off. But nothing saved the situation. The child really wanted to go to the pool more. Regarding purchases, they can be made near the hotel. Driving in the direction of the guide is not a good solution. The prices there are much higher than in the hotel itself. If you speak English fluently, you can get to the city and buy there. Otherwise, the vacation turned out to be normal, better than at home.

A great hotel, it really pulls for 5 minutes.large well-maintained territory.there is a large dining room, the food is delicious and varied, for every taste.there are many bars, different spirits for every taste, vodka, baileys, various cocktails, beer without restrictions.The rooms are very cozy and spacious.there are Russian channels on TV.I recommend.I think it is one of the best hotels in Turkey.

The hotel is SUPER. Advantages: large territory, LARGE swimming pool and a HUGE beach. The cleanliness is top notch, and the kitchen is generally cool. We took a ticket to the ultra all inclusive and ate our fill. There is a shopping mall downstairs and there are shops nearby. There is a children's playroom and animation. I can't say about animation, as well as in all hotels. Cons: I didn't find it, except for the noise from the evening animation and instead of bed linen, a pillow and, LITERALLY, a towel. I bet 4/5 (sorry for possible mistakes, I wrote it in a hurry)

Good day to everyone. We were here in 2019. (November) Compared to this year (2025-May), the impressions are not very good. On 6 out of 10! That year at Utopia, from April 26 to May 7, 2024 (9 out of 10), it was great! They don't have such a thing that the season starts on May 1st. And then I would say from May 3rd....it turned out that the hotel started operating on May 1, and even then it wasn't fully operational. In general, everything was fine, there were things that I liked and disliked very much. Rooms in 4* are not very good. (We moved into the old four, 2 rooms) Although it may be better to eat in the main 4. But I want to note that when we had a problem with my grandmother: she had bad legs and couldn't climb to the 4th floor (there is no elevator!), they went to a meeting and moved us to 5*, which is a big bonus. But again, there was a problem with the sewage system on the first floors, a friend lived there, and he had a blockage and all the water was in the room, got out of bed and almost broke his head, fell with his whole body. This is trouble ( 0 out of 10) Their beach is beautiful 10 out of 10 The weather was great!!!! One day of rain, but it was still warm. The animation is an adult 3.5 out of 10 to be honest. I repeat, it was better in 19. The children's animation is good. I liked the kindergarten, they work with the children there (aqua makeup, crafts, control, they take the children to the zoo, they generally study, you can leave them alone from the age of 4) Meals are 7 out of 10. I want to point out: I really didn't like the fact that they gave out strawberries once and that was roughly enough for 20 people out of 1000!!!! This is terrible! You either import a lot so that there is enough for everyone, or you don't import at all-my opinion! There was no such thing in utopia: strawberries were almost from the first days of arrival, there were watermelons, melons, ice cream... We were just gorging on berries! It's terrible here! The bartenders also seemed to be making cocktails for the first time, my husband told me what to pour and how much. We had access to the premium Lounge, of course everything is much better there, both the bartenders and the food, but only the beach cafe is not allowed in the main restaurant. The bomb's pizza tasted better even in Moscow. And by the way, there was no such thing that something opened on May 1, everything was working, we went there for ice cream. Well, for imported alcohol ;) In general, the withdrawal is unlikely to return! Rating 3+

Pros: warm sea, clean rooms in 5* (resort), there is a children's club, in general, food was provided. Polite staff, answered any questions. Cons: the sun beds on the sea have been occupied since 07:00, although the beach opens later. And we were in the low season, the end of September. I got tired of the food, which was already sick at the end of the rest, I had to go to a paid store. There are no sauces such as mayonnaise. The first days there was a dirty sea because of the waves, the sea was not cleaned.

There are enough sun beds. There are umbrellas.There are changing rooms. Toilets near the beach. The hotel is large, very noisy, you can hear the service in the mosque. I liked the massage therapist.Girls from Indonesia. There is a sauna and a hammam. We lived in building B, the furniture is old, the room is a little cramped.
