Amazing hotel, I enjoyed the view from my room, the staff was helpful especially Javokh, and the Manager Mr Hicham
The hotel is in the heart of Marina. It is my favourite hotel.
This is not the first time I have come and I will come again. The rooftop pool is very romantic.

Excellent location, the metro is close, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach, but in such locations it is a pleasure. Near the canal embankment, shopping center, cafes. The breakfasts were delicious, there was enough of everything, but most of all I loved the omelet (they cook right away), the dinners were wonderful buffet, we had lunch once on the day of departure according to the menu, but everything was decent. I didn't really like the coffee, but it was bearable)))
Cleaning is done every day, everything is complemented (remedies, coffee, tea), the hair dryer is strange, it was difficult to dry our hair, but we managed, my daughter could not use it))). Upon request, they brought an ironing board and an iron, one stopped ironing, the second burned a new dress (it would have been better not to iron))))
We were looking for Dubai chocolate, it turned out to be at the best price in the boutique of our hotel, the prices are decent, a wonderful hostess!!! The rooftop pool is small, warm and has sun beds. But since the sea is nearby, we have been there a couple of times and the sun was already hiding behind the nearby skyscrapers.
A good hotel, everything is decent, we can recommend it!

The hotel is on 5, the location is fire, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea across the bridge, where it is incredibly beautiful, there are a lot of cafes, shops, metro, we lived in a chic place at an affordable price, the breakfasts were delicious, linen and cleaning were every day, the beds are comfortable, light control and air conditioning on the bedside table (no need to get up) Yes, maybe everything is not very new, but our room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite! Of course, the disadvantage is that there is no balcony, but we did not sit in the room practically, the swimsuits dried out overnight! And many thanks to Svetlana from the store, she will always advise, prompt, help in communicating with the staff (many do not know Russian there) . So I definitely recommend it) we will come back again

Very cool location of the hotel) close to the metro, close to the beach) near various shops and even a pier within walking distance)) but there are shortcomings in the service, upon arrival there was a strong smell of cigarettes, they smoked in the room not long before our arrival... in the bathroom, the towel on which there was shampoo, gel and cream was dirty ((I put it on the floor - after cleaning it was returned to the jars again the same unpleasant..and the room itself, of course, already requires renovation, old furniture, a TV with 5 channels without Internet access. And the biggest disadvantage was that the room was insanely cold! And there was no way to fix it.… The food is delicious))) The pool on the roof is warm, but the sauna leaves much to be desired, and repairs are also needed..

The location of the hotel is very convenient because the sea and the metro station are within walking distance. There are many shops and food outlets around.
The food is varied because the dishes change every day, but at the same time the choice of dishes is very small.
The staff does not always resolve issues with changing rooms.
The rooms are clean, but already a little tired.
On the lower floors there is a bar and a disco that are open until 3 am. Music can be heard even on the top floor and it is not always possible to fall asleep. Additional noise occurs when visitors leave after the bar and disco, because double-glazed windows are single-chamber.

I definitely recommend the Marina Byblos Hotel! A wonderful hotel, super rooms, a 20-minute walk to the wonderful beach. And the breakfasts and dinners are simply delicious and varied. The area is cool, there is a place to walk and something to see. The metro is nearby. Blue Waters Island, where the Ferris wheel is located, is nearby, along a bridge from the beach, offering beautiful views, 10 minutes. I visited this hotel 2 years ago, I had some impressions (generally pleasant)
1. The location is great. The hotel is located in one of the central districts of Dubai - Marina. It is very beautiful here, and there is absolutely all the infrastructure nearby: shopping centers, cafes and restaurants, more modest shops, metro, the beach is a 15-minute walk away, a beautiful artificial embankment is a two-minute walk away, it is very pleasant to walk especially in the evening. So the location is perfect.
2. The food is very good quality. There wasn't a single dish that made me feel uncomfortable. A very pleasant buffet. I advise you to take only breakfast and dinner, it is much more profitable.
3. The room itself is quite spacious with a beautiful view, two toilets and a large bathroom (a family room for three), there was a balcony missing) The staff bustled in time and provided another bed, since it is impossible to sleep on the couch) thank them very much for this. The main problem in the room was the air conditioner, there were some technical problems with it, or something else, I still don't understand, but the fact is that it was terribly cold in the room, and the temperature was incorrigible. Remember, there are ENGLISH adapters in Dubai, so if you have any left over from previous trips, be sure to take them. Or you can buy it directly at the hotel in the shop, they are inexpensive.
4. The hotel itself does not look big, while the lobby is quite spacious. I advise you not to pay extra for alcohol in the hotel, it costs A LOT. But we need to understand the realities and culture of the country. It's easier for tourists to enter alcohol shops, as they are usually located at the parking level (at least in the Marina Mall). Be prepared for the fact that there will always be a long queue of tourists from all over the world. But believe me, it's better to buy like this than to pay extra for alcohol at the hotel, the difference is huge.
There is a beach on the roof of the hotel, where you can relax on the sun loungers. Overall, all the interior spaces are spacious and pleasant.
That's why I recommend this hotel to you. Everything is at a very good level here, the main thing is just to know some nuances)

We stayed at the hotel with a child of 6 years old from April 9, 2025. I liked the hotel for its location, very convenient infrastructure, everything is nearby, a bay with yachts for evening walks, cafes, restaurants, shops, Marina Mall shopping center, 10 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace and the DMCC metro station is a 5-minute walk away. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel, they are very responsive and pleasant people, they answer any question and wish immediately, they help with solving issues. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and the guys who help with the luggage are also Russian-speaking. We had a translator on our phone, so we didn't have any communication problems anyway. There is a wonderful shop in the lobby of the hotel, I advise everyone to visit, pleasant prices, high-quality goods, you can rent an umbrella for the beach for the entire period of your vacation for 35 dirhams and the owner of the store is a Russian girl Svetlana. We took full board, buffet breakfasts, varied, delicious, made from fruits - watermelon, melon, pineapple, apple, pear. For a child, you can always take porridge for breakfast, scramble, and fresh vegetables. There is, of course, fried bacon and toast. Lunch according to the menu at the bar on the ground floor. The menu includes soup, salad, main course and dessert. Quite decent, the portions are large. The meat is amazing, fish. There are only spicy dishes, you need to ask the waiter to cook without spices. There is a buffet for dinner, delicious, lots, varied. Special thanks for the pastry table! The child is delighted! Very tasty and always fresh pastries. Regarding the room itself, I would like to note that the room stock is certainly "tired". There are flaws in the bathroom, the windows do not open, the air conditioner is working hard. But we immediately asked an employee and he helped us disable it in a simple way. An employee also came to set up the TV, they found only 1 Russian TNT channel, the rest are in English or Arabic. Regarding the noise, we lived on the 5th floor, considering that there are 2 night clubs on the ground floor, we did not hear any extraneous noises or music. The bed is comfortable, we slept comfortably. Cleaning every day, or every other day for sure. Gels, shampoos, hair conditioners, and body lotion are always replenished. There are also toothbrushes in the bathroom, a bathrobe and slippers were requested at the reception, they were brought immediately. There were no cockroaches or other insects. The Wi-Fi is connected immediately upon check-in, the password is given and it is valid until check-out. We didn't even go up to the pool, I can't say anything, we always went to the free JBR beach. The coastline is large, with sand, but it spoils the view of a large inflatable water park, which makes it feel like you're swimming in a shallow pond. Nearby is Blue Water Island with the famous Ferris wheel. Palm Jumeirah is also visible. In general, it's fine, we would come back here again.

This hotel can be forgiven many disadvantages for its good location. Around the corner is Dubai Marina, 7min walk - free JBR beach, 7min walk - DMCC metro station and tram station. From this location, it is very convenient and inexpensive to visit a huge number of attractions using only public transport. The hotel has a rooftop pool, the view is amazing. The buffet is very decent, we took half board, very convenient. There are shops and cafes around, nearby, 15 minutes on foot - Dubai Marina Mall. Also along the same metro line are the Mall of Emirates (inside Sky Dubai) and Dubai Mall (inside which there is a huge aquarium, Burj Khalifa and fountains). There is a rather significant drawback - loud music at night from a nightclub that operates daily. I hope they'll do something about it, because it's hard to sleep. The staff is quite decent, no complaints. There is a wonderful shop in the lobby with an amazing assortment and very friendly prices, it is possible to transfer from a Russian card to a Russian one in rubles, it is very convenient when you have already spent the currency or for some reason you cannot use Union Pay

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, 10-15 minutes to the sea in a straight line. There are pharmacies, shops and cafes along the way.
Overall, the room was clean. Cleaning every day. The air conditioner works well. Breakfast is normal! Scrambled eggs (several types) sausages, bacon, vegetables, fruits and pastries. There are yogurts. Tea and coffee are brought by the waiters.
On the downside, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom. (They are sleepy, they don't run away, they are obviously being starved, the hotel is dealing with this issue)

A hotel with a really great location. On one side there is a road to the beach with a beautiful view over the bridge, on the other side there is a road to the metro and to the marina embankment and Marinamola. The breakfasts are good, I can't say that there is a large selection, but the breakfast is optimal, delicious fruits, eggs, sausages, everything is of high quality. The hotel itself is starvat, but we only spent the night there, we were satisfied. When you leave, the positioner turns on, when you come to the room, turn it off on the panel by the bed, otherwise you will freeze. Cleaning is daily.

Location - 15 minutes from the sea, JBR beach, nearby there is a supermarket, cafe and even a shopping center.
There is an air conditioner in the room, it was good for us, it worked when the balcony was closed.
The only thing that can be noisy is that there is a highway nearby.

I read other reviews, what can I say: I can't say anything about sound insulation - we lived on the 6th floor and we didn't hear the word "at all" from the club. Meals breakfasts and dinners the buffet is quite varied, the child will also have something to eat + for breakfast you can order a variety of omelets from the chef on the terrace. scrambled eggs that will be prepared for you immediately within 3 minutes. About coffee, the truth is only partially true - tea/coffee is free only for breakfast, black or with cream, but cappuccino, etc., will be for an additional fee.There is a fee, but there is no limit, and the second and third cups will be poured. Plus, do not forget that there is a kettle in the room and when cleaning, they replenish the stock of tea and coffee in the room every day, which is also included in the room rate. Once we decided to have lunch, and here I completely agree, it's better not to take lunch here. The rooftop pool is great and small, but I didn't observe the queue there, you can come at any time and there will be free sun beds, because towels are given out only for a key, it's not quite correct, you can leave the key, or you can just leave a deposit of 20 AED for a towel and get them back upon delivery. As for the rooms, the rooms are quite neat and clean, and they are already tired, but what can you do? The staff is very friendly and attentive. In my opinion, the only and main disadvantage is that there is no balcony and there is nowhere to dry things. I can definitely say that I would check into this hotel again. The location of the hotel is very convenient for recreation, hiking and business trips. Metro nearby, bay nearby, restaurants nearby, marina with yachts nearby, bars, karaoke, Marina Moll, etc.

A great atmosphere and a great price tag for food at the Nell Gwynn bar during the long happy hour (for example, an excellent English Breakfast that hardly fits on a huge plate will cost only 39AED instead of 95AED). The waitress girls are friendly and have excellent vocal skills. Live music with karaoke in the evening at Nell Gwynn and at the Molodost club on the 1st floor will appeal to most :-)
One of the inconveniences is poor sound insulation :
1) from the 2nd to the 7th floor, a nightclub is heard until 3 a.m.;
2) behind the adjacent walls of the paired rooms, you are like in the 1st row with a candle for those who are trying to break the bed with rhythmic movements ;-)
3) on the 9th floor, unhappy guests will listen to booming and extremely unpleasant sounds from the energetic actions of people furiously using exercise equipment in the gym from 7 a.m...
Breakfast is a hearty buffet in the assortment, but... the price tag does not include coffee, so at the exit you are caught with a terminal in an attempt to charge 25AED for each cup you drink...
The pool is good with a comfortable adjustable depth from 0.9 to 2.5meters on the roof with a bar and a large number of sun beds. The location of the pool is controversial - with a view of the transport highway and on the opposite side of the building from the views of the picturesque side of the marina.
Conclusion (sincerely) = Settle on the 8th floor and you will have a great time here. Personally, I will come back with pleasure, or I will settle somewhere nearby and visit these cafes and bars in the hotel ;-)

Very good breakfasts for four people. Good location. The price is low. In general, you can spend the night. But I wouldn't recommend living longer than one night. The hotel is old and very shabby. We stay there when we arrive at karaoke (located in the hotel on the 1st floor) and stay overnight when we don't want to return home in the morning. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. I would rate it as a three, but it doesn't pull 4*.

We did not regret at all that we chose this hotel. The location is excellent, 2 minutes to Dubai Marina, there is a promenade where you can walk in the evening, a comfortable road over the bridge is 10 minutes on foot to the beach, DMCC metro and tram stop are 5 minutes away. Drinks in the evening are paid, but juice and water with lemon are included, the rest is for an additional fee. The waiters are very nimble, as soon as they finish, they immediately remove the plates. There is a small pool with sun beds on the roof, towels are also provided there, separately for the beach and separately for the pool. There is a free gym. On the ground floor there are 2 bars with discos, anyone who wants to drink can go there in the evening. In general, I recommend it, if you are not a fastidious tourist and are not used to some luxury and luxury, then this hotel is for you, we have not identified any hard cons during the week of rest.

A great 5 out of 5* hotel. We are currently relaxing with a friend. The staff is helpful and very nice. We met, the room is beautiful. A friend has a birthday, they prepared, compliments from the hotel, Edisa is a wonderful man, they wrote off before arrival, she is the hotel manager, from the Rose restaurant, from Svetlana from the souvenir and gift shop at the hotel, the karaokn club was also congratulated with a cake and fireworks, there was a disco. Everyone is responsive and everyone helps. The room has everything, large, in turquoise tones. Cleaning every day. There is a pool on the roof, a very good idea. Sauna, gym, a lot of interesting things. The food is delicious and varied. There is everything. Excursions can be selected from the tour operator or from the hotel guide. The guide is Russian-speaking, Lena. Lena and Svetlana are great, as moms they all help and prompt, and helped us solve the issue of changing the number.The beach is not far away, it takes 10 minutes to walk, there is a round-trip transfer.

The rooms were cleaned every day, there was a kettle in the room, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream were brought daily, The big plus of the hotel is its location, everything is nearby, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the metro, 2 minutes to the promenade along the bay. On the ground floor there is a small shop where you can buy souvenirs, dates, perfume and much more, the prices are very good, you can safely buy, you will not find cheaper. Special thanks to the seller of this shop, the Russian-speaking girl Svetlana, she willingly helped us, and not only us, but all Russian tourists in all matters, because there is no Russian-speaking staff there, she is very responsive and friendly, You can also rent an umbrella for the entire stay for a small fee. Cons- the rooms are old, they smell damp, the cleaning is good, but apparently this does not help these rooms. Take it with a view of the Marina, it will at least be more fun. Windows don't open, things don't dry. The hotel's triple breakfasts are the weakest we've seen. You can eat, but you've had enough of everything in 9 days. Umbrellas for the beach can be requested at the reception. The rooftop pool is normal, there is a sauna and a gym. In general, the hotel is worth a C, I give 4 stars for good cleaning, every day the guys tried and cleaned. But this did not make the room cleaner because of the old carpets and furniture, as well as the damaged plumbing.

The location of the hotel is great, it's a five-minute walk to the sea. Nearby there is a grocery store and an alcoholic (MMI). The staff is friendly and always ready to help in any situation. The kitchen is good, we took breakfast/dinner, it is possible to change for lunch if you go out somewhere in the evening.

A wonderful hotel. We did not regret that we chose her. The location is top. The excellent free beach is a comfortable 10-minute drive through the urban landscape. The metro and trams are 7 minutes away. There are trams on different routes, but we managed to use only those on the subway. You can easily get to Palm Jumeira, to the monorail. There is a free shuttle service to Outlet Moll. There is a beautiful promenade with yachts nearby, where you can just walk, run or ride a water tram for 7 dirhams to Bluewaters (there is another inexpensive route, but you did not have time to try it during your stay). The room itself is good, something old and shabby was not noticed. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water, refrigerator, safe. They cleaned every day, towels were changed as well. A cockroach was spotted and killed in the bathroom. The air conditioner was turned off more often than it was turned on, because, apparently, centralized air conditioning was still working. The breakfasts are mixed. Unfortunately, there are a lot of delicious pastries (in our opinion, cinnamon buns turned out to be the most delicious). There were always good fruits, fruit salad (even the youngest son ate, although it is difficult to get him to eat fruit). You can comfortably observe fasting/veganism if necessary and desired. Tea and coffee for breakfast on request. We haven't tried coffee. The children were leaning on the juices. I only drink tea for breakfast, I was a little stressed by the need to ask for tea every time, but this is uncritical. There is a rooftop pool, the water is warm, visits once a day, open until 23, towels are provided. There is a sauna, a gym, but not used.

The hotel is not bad, good service, food, I really like the location, but there is a big wish, the rooms have been in need of repair for a very long time!!!
Rested for the second time in it after almost ten years, the feeling that during this time there was nothing updated, thank God the TV was not lamp-mounted, but the one that was just not shown. 3+ only for the location and food.

A wonderful hotel, the location is super, it is convenient to get to any location, the metro is 8 minutes, the beach is 10 minutes, shops, cafes are all nearby, and if not, you can get there. There is a free bus from the Atlantic to the Marina Mall and the hotel is 10 minutes away, gorgeous. I was afraid for the food, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and taste of the food. The chef has a separate respect, someone wrote about the eviction, they turn off wi-fi, there is no such thing. Go to the reception and everything will be connected. The room stock is tired, but if you don't bother, everything is fine. We will definitely be back, thanks for the hospitality.

A great option for a budget holiday in the center of Dubai, the surface metro is across the street, it is convenient to get to Burj Khalifa and other attractions, malls, etc.
The room is spacious, old, but everything is there for a comfortable stay. It is better to take the hotel for breakfast, and then the breakfasts are simple to put it mildly. If you are fans of five-star hotels with red fish, you are definitely not here. The hotel is urban, I just spent the night here and left 👌🏼 for the very fussy

The breakfast buffet is varied, but not very tasty, except for fruits, however, this is the case with all food in the UAE. The service is good, the staff is polite, an iron is brought on request. They put us in a smoking room and, of course, it doesn't smell very nice. There are no adapters for sockets in the hotel, but there is one connector in the room that fits our plug, + 1 USB connector. For the first time I searched for light switches for a long time, it turns out that the panel on the "phone" next to the bedside table)

We took a room with a view of the Marina, it was gorgeous. There is a swimming pool on the roof, sun beds, a bar (there is beer). Towels for the beach and pool are different, you can take them every day.
The hotel has a mini-shop with a Russian-speaking hostess, she will always help and tell you, please contact. There is a sale of excursions, prices are the same as everywhere else.
The hotel is a little tired, but not critical. We didn't notice any more of the disadvantages.
