Arrived on January 6, 2022 at 9 a.m., check-in at 14 o'clock. At 14.30 the room is not ready, they offer to wait, but it is unknown how long. One Russian-speaking manager, it is very difficult to communicate. A lot with children and everything in such a situation. I ask at least to feed the child as compensation for waiting - but no, it is impossible. That is, the whole day did not work out - while we are settling in, it is already evening and we will not go anywhere. And what were the plans! Complete lack of service. And the prices in the cafe are just wild! Instead of a suite, they offer a cheap room to make it faster, with an extra charge for a bed for a child. In general, there is nothing good so far. I asked for a computer - the keyboard was never brought, but someone carried it to me and, apparently, got lost. That's how it is! Maybe later, when we settle in, the impression will change, but for now it's creepy.
After checking in, I want to add a review - I liked the hotel as a whole, large and clean rooms, good view, not noisy in autumn, pleasant staff, pleased with the pool, good cuisine. If it wasn't for the local mentality of living in the moment, then everything would be great. The child with this check-in was so tired that she just fell asleep in the room and slept until morning.
I also want to add about the business center - it simply does not exist. The documents were eventually printed out to us, but they also tried to charge almost 600 rubles for it, but then, however, they changed their minds.
Water is given to the room as much as you need, so you can take it for dinner. But water is almost always absent from the evening menu in hotels.
Overall, the hotel is not bad. Russian Russian area is considered, there are a lot of Russian tourists in the hotel. There is a cafe in the area where you can have a snack that is not very expensive.
What is even more joyful for our tourists is the opportunity to buy beer in the hotel bar and other alcoholic beverages in the shops near the hotel.

They require 500 dirhams of a deposit in cash or from the card with which the hotel is paid. On the first day, they did not have time to change the money and leave a tip for cleaning - so the staff stopped cleaning until they hung up a sign that cleaning was required. The room is large - there is a kitchen with a microwave, a living room and a bedroom.

We were at the hotel before the New year. I liked everything. But the only thing the room was not cleaned until we told the reception. After that, they came to clean up every day.
The food is delicious, everyone is polite and smiling.

Very cool hotel. Clean, cozy, the staff is very polite. It was difficult to talk (as it turned out, our English was not very good), but we found a common language.

I would add another star for the pool. Locker room, shower with shampoos and gels. It's all clear. They give out towels for the pool. The water is warm. There are additional ones for children and a Jacuzzi. The water in the Jacuzzi is very hot. But many people liked it.
Near the metro, the transition to the subway is right behind the hotel. Taxis are on duty near the entrance. If you walk behind the hotel, a couple of high-rises deep into (not towards the sea) there is a good Indian restaurant and a shop. The prices are very affordable.
There is a transfer to the sea, to a very nice open beach. Where there are changing rooms, shower and toilet. Footwashers and lots of coffee shops.
I don't know if every season is like this, but when we were, free games (volleyball, cricket and something else) there are also free sports classes. Several zones with exercise bikes (10-15 pieces), fitness. We didn't take an umbrella, I don't know how much it costs. There was an area with sun beds and umbrellas not far away, but we didn't get there. It wasn't very hot. The water is warm, transparent, several starfish have been found.
One day there was a storm (for example, in Anapa it can hardly be called a storm)
They didn't let me swim. Rescuers kicked everyone out of the water and did not let them swim, only near the shore.
There is also a transfer from the hotel to some malls. Very pleased. On Wednesdays, a walk around Dubai, but we didn't get there.
In general, I recommend it.

There are 2 people living in the apartment, but there is an eternal problem with replacing towels, or they will bring one, or they will not put it at all, you have to pull the reception desk. Great room with two bedrooms and a living room. The small kitchen pleased, surprised by the absence of a sink and a microwave oven. The metro station is just around the corner. The beach is exactly 2km away, specially checked. The big problem with the elevators was when the hotel was fully loaded, we had to wait a long time and because of the demagnetizing cards from the room, we often could not press the button of our floor. The first time we stood in line for breakfast for 40 minutes, then the staff quickly got their bearings and opened a pool bar. It is better not to approach the reception at lunch, there are a lot of people, preferably in the morning or in the evening. Two times we signed up for a shuttle bass to the beach and everything was fine, and the third time we just weren't recorded. They said that we didn't sign up and immediately sent the family that had just stopped by. Hurtful. I really liked the New Year's dinner, there were all sea delicacies.
