In the summer of 2020, due to covid-19, they decided to go from Russia to Turkey via the Republic of Belarus, since everything else was essentially closed (Turkey was opened from Russia only in August), and to make sure everything was good, they chose a more expensive hotel - Nirvana. I'll start with the bad stuff. I must say right away, we are not some kind of brawlers who have everything wrong everywhere, I probably can't even remember where in the last 15 years we didn't like something. So, room service - forget about it, it's not here (in a 5+ star hotel, this turns out to be possible in 2020, although judging by earlier reviews, covid has nothing to do with it). If I'm not mistaken, the linen is changed once a week, the floor is also washed. The room service can simply go in, change the laundry, and leave the garbage to another shift. In my opinion, the corridors and stairs are not washed at all, by the end of the vacation, the slippers almost stuck to the floor, apparently some slop was spilled, which could not be removed with a broom. Although it is strange, there is all the necessary special equipment for this. I'm not talking about cleaning the bathroom at all. And this is despite the tips left. That is, the cleaner / housekeeper comes into the room, sees the tip, takes it, if the mood is good, then shakes the sand from the laundry, and decides to end his mission. I have not seen this even in two-star hotels in Europe or three-star hotels in Asia, where swans were made from towels almost to the ceiling for 1-2 dollars in tips. And here, let me remind you, 5*+ with a luxury prefix! You bet on a nap do not disturb, only everyone falls asleep, cleaners break into your room. It is unclear for whom the red button is lit and what it is for at all. Once we ordered food in the room, so the tray then stood at the entrance for almost three (!!!) twenty-four hours, stinking up the entire five-star staircase. Moreover, the staff personally asked him to take it away, wrote to their WhatsApp hotline - no one cares. If your arrival is early, then you will not be checked in before 14:00, even though the hotel is half empty. When checking in, I asked to bring an extra blanket, they brought it only at night after the fifth (!) an aggressive reminder, almost obscenely. The minibar is replenished according to some incomprehensible algorithm. Regarding the room, there was a standard with an extra bed for a child. Well, the number is like a number, 3-4 * at most, but not 5+. For the money they took (about 350 euros/day) there should be antiques on the walls, not two mirrors with an LCD TV, and Kolya Baskov should deliver cookies by numbers and bedtime stories to children to read together with Oksana Fedorova. If you are going to standard rooms, then do not look at the photos of VIP sunbeds and bathrooms with Jacuzzi, it costs from 700 euros / day. Maybe all the forces of the helpless staff were thrown at cleaning these rooms, although this does not make it easier, saving on everything. A la carte restaurants, because of covid, more than half do not work, the remaining ones are almost all paid, and those that are free, you need to book in them almost flying out of the house, some kind of nonsense. It's useless to call the reception, no one is interested in solving the problem the first time, just where to switch and score. Now about the good stuff. There is more good to be said here than bad. A very large and well-maintained gated area of the hotel, with pine trees, ficus trees, flowers, aloe, lighting and other beauties. The gardener is paid a salary for a reason) The restaurant is very good, even the mask mode did not spoil the impression of it. On certain days, they cook crayfish, shrimp, sushi, trout fillets, and so on. Desserts, fruits, salads, grilled dishes - all this is also at its best. I would like to shake the chef's hand. Two water parks and a huge number of pools. A beach with rocks, with loose sand. The water is very warm, if it is not stormy, it is transparent. However, due to the fact that they wash the sand during the day (although they could do it at night), the water near the shore is muddy and it is difficult to enter without kicking off the stones, so they always came from pontoons. There are no more free sunbeds after 8:00. Paid sun beds with promotional photos with white sheets and pillows cost 50 euros/day. The spa area has three communal saunas, an excellent gym, in my opinion there is even an indoor pool. A very good mini disco for children in the evening, although the animation is generally very stripped down. Either because of covid, or because of the economy of the hotel owners. Imported alcohol, cocktails, refrigerators with beer are freely available, drink as much as you want. You can also take unlimited water/lemonades/nuts/chips/beer on the beach/cocktails. In the morning, you can even drink champagne) In general, the impression remained strange. Everything seems to be beautiful, but if you dig deeper ... We had been to other lower-star hotels in Turkey before, but there was no such mess with the staff, and the rooms were not fundamentally different, but they cost almost three times cheaper. The rest of the money spent is definitely not worth it, we expected to receive a different level of service. In terms of price/quality ratio, this is the worst hotel in my memory. I hope the hotel management will take over the head, otherwise with such a rating on the booking, it will be possible to close or change the name / profile. Although I am writing this review not for the management of the hotel, but rather for compatriots who have not yet had time to decide on the choice of a hotel. A little closer to Kemer, there are hotels of similar stardom but with more stable service. I would go here again - I think yes, if they gave me a promo code for 50% of the standard cost, it definitely shouldn't cost more with the service, as it was in the summer of 2020.

If you always rent paid bungalows, eat in a la carte restaurants and live in separate houses, it will be much better, but it will come out in a round sum and then it is better to choose the Maldives. Towards the end of the rest, they asked our impression, who is interested, I will leave a review below. It is sad that even after the review, the cobwebs in our room were not removed. They pretentiously assign you two online assistants (in our case, Sufyan and Olga), who do not provide any information, the only thing they did was sometimes send a poster of the evening show. After the eviction, they called with displeasure and DEMANDED to come to the reception to pay for services, when asked what kind of paid services we had, they answered - and how do I know! Go pay, and then go to the beach. It should be noted that we did not use paid services. The mess is complete, the service of these assistants is completely at "0".And an hour before leaving the hotel, they asked us to find an employee who was rude on the first day of arrival and tell them his name, they decided not to do it on the cameras, the guests will do it for them, funny)) It is better to completely remove this empty "Personal Manager" service and increase the staff of waiters in the main restaurant. After all, when you come to dinner after 19:40, you will definitely not find a free clean table, you will have to run after the waiter for cleaning. The food is rarely delicious, you need to look out, once you were poisoned by desserts, good service and food in the Italian restaurant ala carte, in the 24-hour Filini restaurant there are always dissatisfied waiters, but there are delicious dishes. There is a very pleasant Furkan at the pool bar in the evening, for delicious drinks and a sincere smile, turn to him. After 22 hours, there is sometimes a terrible stench on the street next to the main building, the smell of something rotten and it gets into the room, closed windows and doors do not help, then they found out that this is the smell from the spa area. I would like to note that just before leaving, apparently one of the main managers came up to us and apologized for the rudeness of the concierge, just for that)) Although there are much more problems in the hotel, and this is a small drop. There is hope that the situation will change and if you forget that this is a 5-star hotel, then the hotel is quite normal, and if you also drink alcohol (the choice is good) all the time, then you will really like the hotel! Everyone has their own way, maybe we were just unlucky. Full review: We chose this hotel because of the reviews of good service, beautiful grounds and delicious food. Alas, not all expectations were fulfilled. Svetlana met us, gave us the paperwork to fill out and escorted us to the room. The first impression is very important and I would like a little more kindness, responsiveness and a few smiles at the first meeting. I got the impression that we needed to get rid of us quickly and leave. We practically did not receive information about the hotels from her, we had to go ourselves to ask where we can eat and what is where. Of course, there is a map of the hotel, with all the bars and opening hours, but we did not immediately open it, pointing to it would not be superfluous. It also turned out to be unpleasant with the luggage, we went into the room, examined it and the person who brought the luggage went deep into the room and did not leave, waited for a tip, and when we thanked him with words, he quickly left dissatisfied without closing the door. Then Svetlana returned, apparently understood the situation and silently closed the door. I want to thank you when you see sincere responsiveness, but obvious extortion causes the opposite effect. Cleanliness in the room requires special attention, someone else's black hair on the bed linen, in the shower and near the sink. Cobwebs in the corners below and above, a dirty coffee saucer and ants on the floor. This number greeted us) Daily cleaning is making the bed, replacing used towels and almost every day they did not forget to put on cosmetics (not all of L'Occitane) and replenish the bar, but not all, they had to go to the maid themselves and ask for standard things (ear sticks and cotton pads). The toilet, shower, sink, all surfaces, mirror, plumbing are NOT WASHED or even simply wiped. On the wall in the shower near the faucet, you can find that ill-fated hair after our departure)) But one day they washed almost everything for us and even changed the bed linen, it was after leaving a tip. It became clear the difference that this is the only way to get a clean room)) The food for us leaves much to be desired. It seems that there is a choice, but in fact the dishes are almost the same and the taste is the same. Some fresh drinks are heavily diluted, they won't pour you coffee in the bar if you come at 8:55, and it opens at 9:00)) Service)) In the main restaurant, the waiter came up to us once and asked if we wanted drinks. The inconvenience is not all the signed food, sometimes you just have to choose intuitively. This also applies to the main restaurant and coffee shop, where the reception is, it is especially difficult to express yourself there, because you do not know what range of drinks there is, there is a lot of tea, but it stands far behind the bar and it is unclear how to choose it, you have to ask to show all the jars, desserts are also not signed. Having a menu would simplify everything. We went to the fresh bar on the 1st floor at 17:30, but the bartender had already left and apparently left even earlier than that time, as the spa employee was trying to cook something for the girl who came before us. When asked if we could drink fresh, we were told with displeasure that the bartender had already left and we could go up to complain to the reception, I understand the employee's irritation, because he was trying to do the wrong job, but if there are any quarrels between colleagues, then it should not be shown to the guests, we definitely would not like to interfere in such a thing. We went down to this bar for 4 days in a row to drink fresh and the employee was always absent. The territory is beautiful, almost everywhere is clean, it's nice to walk. The friendly bartender Furkan works at the pool bar in the evening, he is always friendly and it feels like he is sincere, almost the only employee who knows what service is. It's always nice to go to Starbucks and get ice cream, too, the girls are sweet and smiling. There is not enough animation during the day, but apparently it is not the season, there are good shows and concerts in the evening. A good water park and staff in it. The gym is small, but everything you need is there. A free beach is very different from a paid one, it's about sand. There are cigarette butts lying on the free beach, and the paid one is much better cleaned, the sand is cleaned. The waiters throughout the hotel are rarely friendly for the most part, but in the general restaurant there are smiling and sociable guys at the distribution. All of the above can probably be attributed to the little things, but they make an impression. Perhaps initially our expectations were overestimated, but we have what we have. The hotel has great potential, although the rooms are not new, but they can be clean and you will no longer pay attention to the bathrobes from which threads or stains stick out on the sofas. The main hall at the reception also attracted attention with stains on the carpet and sofas, dust on the surfaces. As for the service, its improvement does not require additional investments, here you can work with what you have. Smiles, responsiveness, cordiality are all worthless, then this is the most expensive thing in hospitality. I would like to wish prosperity and success to your hotel, the place is good, it feels like it has a soul! The most interesting thing started next , he started driving past our hotel, it was a fiasco, we shouted to him stop, nirvana , after that he started to back off , bliiin , so what kind of premium are we talking about ????!!! Everything is OK enough with the driver , now around the hotel , the territory is very green , in the morning many ran , walked , the territory is huge , slides for children under 6 years old , and there are also cool slides for adults . The hotels have assistants, it is convenient, as in max Royal, they will solve all problems. There was a problem with cleaning, then they would forget to put ear sticks, then slippers, but there is no trace of them on the balcony, towels were not cleaned on the balcony at all, the pillow was lying on the chair and lying all week))they took away one bathrobe , and they didn't bring a clean one for the whole stay) the bed linen and towels were stained (( food : well , not everyone will probably like that everything is behind glass , and you need to ask for what you need . My child asked for nutella in the morning , they are small in miniature , she asked for three things , they did not give her three , they said no ; -stop , this is generally whatoooooo! My daughter burst into tears , well , I think it 's utter nonsense if she loves nutella, and then for a minute ultra is all inclusive, and they don 't even give nutella to children , it 's some kind of madhouse !!!! If you are interested: Territory - 5 Food - 3-4 (almost nothing tasty, but you can eat in general, a terrible battle for the tables, get the waiter to remove the dirty table found, - a whole quest) The drink - the wine is lousy, it tastes like some kind of Pinocchio, they couldn't even serve a table ..., low-level strong alcohol, vodka, JB, Red Label, almost everything... and you have to run after everything, look for it, go to the bar yourself, etc., - 2 Beach, sea - 3 (there are not enough sunbeds, the sea is not the cleanest), Room and service - count! In short, these are bad 3 stars, colleagues in misfortune and smart, reading only negative reviews (and not rating cheat from holivars-employees), and it costs money like a good 5+, in no case do not buy a vacation in this hotel!!! Attempts to solve on the spot (well, you know, Russians they always try to inflate, settle worse, which, by the way, has already got where Rostourism is looking!!!), did not lead to anything, Coral also participated sluggishly .... In short, they give you food....

This is paradise. For children and adults. You can talk for a long time about the huge green area, about a large water park with various Slides, about a children's area in which you can leave children at least for the whole day. In the children's area, which is fenced and there is only one entrance and exit, there is a children's restaurant and a children's water park and various slides, rockers and toys. The number of places to eat is simply huge. These are restaurants and cafes, and separately coffee and ice cream (and very high quality), there is even a 24-hour restaurant where we regularly ate with the children. Including late at night. The coastal area is long. There is an entrance and there are stones and sand to choose from. Entertainment is new every evening. If you come for two weeks, then no performance will be repeated. The food is good, the staff speaks Russian well, and there are some who don't. But there are no problems with understanding. Only pleasant memories remain from the rest. I want to come back again. But prices are too high in the season.

One of the advantages is a good location, green, well-groomed territory. The main restaurant - the dishes are monotonous, a lot of dirty tables, the waiters lazily wander and do not serve. I liked Fellini's restaurant. A la carte restaurants - for unknown reasons, you can't get into Italian (they don't record it yet, then there is no record and it doesn't matter what time you try to sign up), Turkish is not bad, but not all dishes were brought due to the large load, Paella restaurant is not bad, the choice is limited. There are problems with towels on the beach, the waiters do not serve, the pier is peeling. Online assistants - in general, this is more information about the hotel, they do not solve problems. In the lobby bar, they are constantly trying to pour something that is not original. The hotel is not interested in feedback. Therefore, 5 can be placed only outside the territory, otherwise 3 - the main problem is the lack of service.

A green area. The food is great. Loose sand on the beach. This is relevant for Kemer. The large area of the hotel, there is a place to walk. Lots of fruits and free ice cream always! There are no drunks. There are many Russian Germans. The rooms are good, the plumbing is excellent. The rooms are cleaned so-so. Almost all the staff speaks and understands Russian.
