It's not 5 stars! It's 3 stars! They probably got 5 stars 20 years ago. But for people who just want to sleep, relax and not be whimsical... this place will come in. We had a family vacation with our parents. My parents vacationed here 6 years ago... and then they liked this hotel. I've never seen a worse hotel. I recommend it. 5+ . Everything was cool at the end of May. There are plenty of free places , by the sea , on the pier , under a palm tree, Alco drinks and bartenders 5+ ( attentive , polite ) . Everything is cleanly cleaned, the territory is looped (for jogging and walking. A lot of shadow ). The dining room was thrown up ( to stand waiting for the food to be put down ), something was opened during our vacation , perhaps the aquariums with food will be completely removed , ( funny at first ) All Ala carte restaurants are super, I recommend signing up right away / you will have assistants / by whatsapp, very convenient. Car rental -40$ clean fresh machine Horseback riding in the mountains for 3 hours ($ 200 for 4 people) The guide offered the same for 700€. Body rafting, and much more can be ordered from Mirali (+90 539 471 42 95 ) we met that year 5-6 excursions + took a car several times , Vito airport transfer 50-70 $ total I don't remember exactly , in general , everything that we ordered from him for 5 +. Yes , fishing in the nerd - the children are delighted . The result is a cool hotel, really 5+❤. Excursions and any questions to Mirali (we liked everything)

They don't know how to make pina colada - they make it with cow's milk - it's blasphemy. (rested at the end of October 2024 ) There is no entertainment except in the evening for adults during the day - all that they covered the clearing was for conferences... zero attention for guests There's nothing for kids over 7 - the club is naked for kids, there's no animation - this is the first time I've seen such horror There are NO snacks on site except for shrimp and unsanitary tacos!!! Packaged ice cream was completely hidden from the territory! The lobby bar is just awful! And the lobby itself is old, small and dark - it looks more like the crypt of Count Dracula. The a la carte restaurant in the lobby is just a nightmare! They don't know how to cook at all, especially lettuce (a leaf of peking cabbage, walnuts, physalis, a piece of tomato, a slice of avocado and all this is filled with jam) - food for piglets! From + -beautiful territory -normal food (there's not much of it) -cool alcohol - normal but uncomfortable rooms in the bungalow -gorgeous sea and views That's it! He's not worth his money... we really don't want to come back here again!

Because of the mountain, it gets dark early and cooler than in Antalya. We arrived early in the morning, no one met us, no welcome table. The room was superior 2125 in the building where the central restaurant is. There is no view from it, but it was quiet. The main contingent still wears diapers), the central pool had the feeling that it was in kindergarten. To take a seat on the pier, you need to go there at 6 am. My husband went at 7. Everything was already occupied. Wi-Fi doesn't work there from the word at all. The dishes in the bars are all dirty, the glasses are stained, the tables are flooded. They carried it under the shower to wash it themselves... Waiter service is a separate story. There were a few normal ones, but most of them had unhappy faces so much that they did not want to take food or drinks from them. I decided to try the tortillas, so the two aunts who cook them looked at me so that I turned around and just left there. Personal assistants do not solve almost anything. On the second day, we decided to sign up for an Italian restaurant, and they tell us that everything is busy for the next week. When asked how this is possible, they replied that the restaurant is very small, and there are a lot of people who want to go to it. After telling them our thoughts, they wrote it down. No information about what is going on, what is available to us at the hotel-nothing, find out for yourself, it's called! If you have been to hotels like Voyage, Barut, etc., then you definitely are not here. Even Nirvana COSMOPOLITAN is much better in terms of service.

From the third day of our stay, our whole family began to experience severe pains and abdominal pains, diarrhea, nausea, a lot of food, but it was all monotonous, there were flies on the food, and the room was poorly cleaned. The beach is dirty, it stinks, diapers are used everywhere. There were families on both sides of our room with children who were always screaming, and their dads were also smoking like crazy! You leave the room and stumble over the strollers, so leave it – round-the-clock screeching, screaming and tobacco smoke! And this is despite the fact that we also paid extra upon arrival to be provided with a quiet room. At first they brought us to some kind of creepy crypt, then they moved us to another one - it was a little cleaner inside, but I repeat, we were suffocating from tobacco smoke (we came to breathe the sea air, damn it). We were treated for an intestinal infection for more than a week, we ate a lot of medicines, it's kind of creepy! It was a little later that we found out that rotavirus is everywhere here, and this is in a premium hotel in Kemer! There is information on all websites that the Vibrio bacterium has been found in the sea. The reception staff is generally purple at you, they go there purely to process newcomers. The tour guide is generally a separate topic, divorce, deception. In short, instead of relaxing, there is illness, stench, diarrhea, and no rest. And all this for a lot of money. The rest is ruined, I do not recommend this hotel categorically. You can find it much cheaper and with better service, but never set foot in this hotel again!

(But again, this is purely my purely subjective opinion) and further, my assessment is also based on the price-quality ratio, because in my opinion, the hotel is not cheap. Meal. For me, eating under glass was a huge disadvantage. I asked for Brussels sprouts, they put 2 pieces on a huge empty plate, I asked for more - they put 1 more piece, but that was basically all I was going to eat. Well, somehow begging for a cabbage is not comme il faut. It seemed to me that, in principle, there was not much food, at first I thought that it was probably not enough, but of high quality, but in principle, nothing special. Surprisingly, sweets, even Turkish ones, are not particularly, There were some delicious cakes, but I had to look for them right away. The most delicious for me were French fries, pasta, watermelons and pineapples. There are also fresh drinks in the morning, but this is the standard for Turkey in principle. Delicious shrimps are fried near the beach, but there is always a queue. But you won't stay hungry. Beach. The biggest disappointment is the beach - cobblestones in the sea. Even where they seem to have been pulled out, you take 2 steps and step on a stone. It is possible to descend the stairs from the pier, but there are always a lot of people hanging on it, especially you have to wait for the ascent. And due to the fact that only in certain places it is possible to enter the sea, there is a crowding of people in these places. And the pier itself would somehow do well to have it painted already. Until now, the cards on the towels are not a very convenient system. In general, lying on a sunbed and enjoying the scenery creates the feeling that you are on the beach in Gelendzhik. Territory. Everything seems to be green, there are so many birds singing in the morning that it's like waking up in a zoo, but I didn't have enough rest areas when walking around this large area, there's not much place to sit down, only closer to the beach. The lawn has not been mowed for a long time, on the beach on the lawn you are just ankle deep in grass. In addition, there are somehow few areas with shade on the sun beds on the lawn. A sister with an 8-month-old child could not be checked in from a night charter flight. The operator wrote a letter, the hostess said that he would be able to check only an hour after arrival. In the lobby, they left him on the couch, while they allowed Staf to rob him with a noisy vacuum cleaner. After an hour of persuasion and additional payments for each hour before the official check-in, 25 euros per hour. 25 * 12 hours. 300 euros. For 3 days, my sister's husband went and asked to change the room. After 5 days of arrogance, I already came. After 7 days, they offered a room 2 nights before departure. 2. They settled in a room at the very beginning in a house near the roadway. Regular staff cars, noisy celebrations of delegations with drums. The child overslept all the time. Poor sound insulation. 3. The room on the 2nd floor of the house was cleaned late. With a cleaning signal. An infant must comply with the regime. We didn't manage to get to the 2nd floor on time. 4. I advise fastidious people like me to book all Ala carte restaurants right away. In general, the buffet is varied, but not perfect. The waiters are slow (not all, but mostly), take a long time to approach. It's easier to pour the drinks yourself. The food is behind the glass. The cooks themselves put one piece at a time and you stand and ask for more. 5. A couple of waiters at the bar are great. But everyone else is super not friendly. The alcohol seems to be diluted. Rooms /territory / meals for 4+!, but the price is beyond reasonable. Sea by 4- (color, transparency). Beautiful mountain view is a bonus.
