During the autumn children's holidays, the cost of vouchers is raised by 20 percent, there are a lot of children, and since October 23, all children's shows have been canceled, leaving only a children's disco for 20 minutes. A child under 4 years old cannot be left in the children's playroom even with an older brother or sister, only with parents can be there. It turns out that parents don't even go to a restaurant together for an hour. Complete nonsense, very disappointed.

We stayed for 9 days at this hotel Among the advantages, there is a large green area (well-groomed), a large water park, a children's water park, a kids' club, a children's restaurant (the food is delicious), various Alaska maps, good work by assistants (they really solve your questions), an evening program for children and adults (interesting),many different snacks, free-standing refrigerators with lots of beer drinks, soda, water (I opened it myself and took it, very convenient),room cleaning and filling the mini bar,coffee machine in the room. It was the Cosmopolitan Hotel. I liked the hotel, but the territory is small, so this hotel was chosen to celebrate its anniversary. But! The rest was ruined. I like to sleep on vacation, but that's exactly what I failed to do due to the complete lack of sound insulation in the Standard room. It is not on the side of the front door, nor on the side of the balcony. When the neighbors open the front door, there is a complete feeling that they are coming to you, but this is half the trouble. If your neighbors like to get up early or go to bed late and at the same time sit and talk on the balcony🤪 you will hear everything!!! Because there is a thin glass partition between the rooms on the balcony (((( I was shocked. I have been flying to Turkey on vacation for 17 years, but this is the first time for such a presence of neighbors. As a result, the rest was spoiled, as the neighbors got up at 6.30 and went to talk on the balcony. Ate and waited with my husband to go home. I'm not talking about cleaning, it's not really everywhere, but here the bed linen is also made inside out🙈 In general, if you choose a Standard room, then I do not advise you to go to this hotel.

The hotel makes a generally positive impression, but not without drawbacks. But about everything in order. Let's start with the undoubted advantages, of which there are a lot: 1. The location of the hotel. The hotel is located in the village of Beldibi, the nearest resort town to Antalya in the Kemer area. The territory of the hotel is located approximately in the middle of the village, which is approximately 2.5-3 kilometers in both directions. There are many small shopping malls and small shops outside the hotel, but most of them are quite far away. The Kemer-Antalya bus runs past the hotel on the way. It goes quite often, but it takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest stop (in any direction), probably, but bus drivers stop on demand almost anywhere. So getting to Kemer, Goynuk and Antalya from the hotel is not difficult even using public transport. 2. The territory. A large, well-maintained, green area. The hotel is built in a pine forest. Moreover, it was built in the forest, inscribed into the existing landscape, and not trees planted in an already built hotel, as sometimes happens. To the team of gardeners and gardeners - great respect, as they say. Of course, you can find fault with the fact that there are not enough flowering plants on the territory (in all other hotels of a similar or similar level that you have visited, there are much more flowers), but this is a matter of taste. 3. The housing stock is different, ranging from single-storey wooden(!) bungalows, which personally appeals to me very much, to 2-3-storey buildings. I.e. there is no crowding of the population here and you can only guess that hundreds of people are resting in the hotel during lunch at the main restaurant or on the beach, and the territory itself looks completely sparsely populated. We lived in a room at Cedar House Fores View (these are just single-storey bungalows). The number is clearly not new, it looks like it is definitely 10 years old, but everything is neat, it works properly and it looks like it is maintained in good condition. All the furniture in the room is also made of wood. They clean well and daily, linen and towels are changed regularly, and in general I had no complaints about the staff serving the rooms. 4. Nutrition. I won't say that the variety of dishes is amazing, I've been to hotels with a large assortment, but everything is cooked superbly. Seafood is constantly present in one form or another and not only on Thursdays (many hotels in Turkey sin against this). Meat eaters, fish lovers, and even vegans will be satisfied. There is no shortage of a variety of fruits, nor of cooking methods (steamed, over an open fire, etc.), nor of drinks. In addition to the main restaurant, there are a large number of a-la carte restaurants (I did not count, but subjectively not much less than a dozen, probably), where you need to pre-register. During the 12 days of rest, 4 of them were visited. The quality of the food and service is beyond praise. You can find fault, except that the menu is too plentiful. If you choose one dish from each category on the menu, then there is a risk of simply not eating everything you ordered. Meals are available on site around the clock, so even if you arrive at the hotel at 2 a.m., you will not be hungry. 5. The sea and the beach. I won't say that the beach is very big, but if you come here before 9-9.30 in the morning, then there are always free sun beds. The beach is very clean, it is cleaned not only in the evening, but also several times during the day. With the sun beds on the pier, the situation is worse: especially cunning tourists occupy them here at 5-30...6-00 in the morning and safely go to bed almost before noon. Sadly, the hotel administration does not fight this in any way, and a tiny advertisement printed in small print, asking not to occupy the sun beds in advance, is so inconspicuous that I noticed it only on the penultimate day of my stay at the hotel. I myself do not always prefer to relax on the beach, not on the piers, but here is another matter: proximity to Antalya, alas, affects the purity of the sea. When it is calm, the water is very transparent and seems clean, but once a wave rises, the entire surf zone is covered with foam or, rather, a film consisting of very small pieces of plastic, which, apparently, in the absence of waves, simply settle to the bottom and are not visible. Frankly speaking, after what I saw, it was just not pleasant for me to enter the sea from the shore, I went to the pier and there I went down into the sea bypassing the surf zone. It is clear that the cleanliness of the sea is not the fault or merit of the hotel specifically, it is, alas, an inevitable consequence of the neighborhood with a city of three million. 6. Water parks. There are two of them on the territory of the hotel: an adult and a child, so fans of this kind of entertainment will not be bored either. 7. For the first time I came across the system of personal assistants practiced in the hotel, who, through WhatsApp, phone call or personal appeal, help solve any problems of the guest: book a table in a restaurant, order a taxi, solve problems with the room, etc. Well, what can I say... I liked it! 8. I would like to mention the staff separately: extremely polite, helpful (but not intrusive) and always ready to help. Almost all the staff speaks Russian to one degree or another, and many speak it without an accent at all. However, according to my subjective impressions, the contingent of vacationers is also 70-80 percent Russian-speaking. Under the "curtain" of our stay, we also had our room extended for 2 hours. It is free, although according to the price list it costs 20 euros per hour. It's a trifle, but it's nice! Now about the disadvantages, which are not many, but for someone, like for me, some may be significant. 1. Like many hotels, this one has its own mobile application, which, as I believed (and as I have already got used to), saves a lot of time and makes life easier for the guest. Alas, this is not the case. In fact, this application only duplicates the hotel's website. There are no familiar opportunities, for example, to book a table in a restaurant for the right date and time by looking at available places and dates/times available for booking. There are no actual restaurant menus here either (and, let me remind you, there are quite a few of them here), and for some there are none at all. The usefulness of such an application is highly questionable. It feels like they wrote it just to make it happen. Well, like, "others have it, but what's worse for us"? I understand that the same personal assistant can book a restaurant at my request, but this does not replace the possibilities provided by a normal application in which I can instantly see the available dates and times of visiting any restaurant and choose the appropriate one without lengthy correspondence and coordination of dates/times. In general, we believe that the hotel simply does not have an application. 2. For the first time I came across a hotel of such a high category, which has such monotonous evening show programs. No, the programs, as far as I could understand during my 12 days here, are practically not repeated from week to week, as is customary in many other hotels, but they are all of the same type, representing a dance show with more or less acrobatic numbers. Moreover, the quality of the dance part of these shows does not even pull to the level of backup dancing of our pop performers, and hardly anyone will watch a pure backup dance for 30-40 minutes. It's corny boring, and "diluting" this action with acrobatic numbers (which often have nothing to do with the idea and theme of the show) works only 2-3 times, all further similar performances are simply not interesting to watch. 3. Music shows held almost every evening in the concert area at 22-30 are generally something. It feels like the local sound engineer (or whoever they have in charge of the repertoire and/or equipment setup) has serious hearing problems. No, not with a musical one (he just doesn't have one, it immediately became clear), but just with hearing. I personally can't explain anything else, why raise the low frequencies and turn the volume up to a level when even in the back rows the ears are stuck? People came to listen to music, and as a result, any composition of any genre turns into a "boom boom" that shakes everything around and inside a person. These figures even managed to turn jazz compositions, where the bottoms should generally be very delicate, into a ridiculous semblance of rock. A side effect of such amateur activity is the eerie nightly "boom boom", audible throughout the entire hotel (and neighboring ones, too, I think). The trick is that the vast majority of vacationers come here with children of primary school and preschool age (in any case, at the time of our presence there were clearly more than 50% of them) and before midnight it is not just not to sleep, but even simply not to be able to stay quietly in the room, this is at least a big problem for both children and parents. The bottom line is that many rooms (all bungalows for sure) have old and very noisy air conditioners. If you want to fall asleep in silence until midnight, you will not succeed: either opening the balcony / terrace and "enjoy" the monotonous "boom-boom", or fall asleep to the roar of the air conditioner with the same, but somewhat muffled "boom-boom" as a secondary background. The saddest thing is that instead of funny children's songs, such a banging was heard every day and from children's discos in the children's club, next to which we lived. In general, I did not expect to find this in a 5* hotel, positioning itself as a luxury hotel and promising that (quote) "You will be surrounded by luxurious service in an atmosphere of peace" (end quote). I have never seen such a thing even in 4* hotels that are 2-3 times cheaper. 4. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 7-00. I want to clarify (no one will inform you about this in advance) that by this time the main restaurant is opening, but the full staff arrives at work at this very restaurant only at 8-00. No, you can have breakfast even when you arrive at 7 a.m., but: there will be practically no waiters in the restaurant and you will have to bring drinks yourself; there will be no freshly squeezed vegetable juices; there will be at most a third of the required number of employees at the distribution, and therefore the waiting time when you are given your chosen dish or ingredient will be increased. 5. I was unpleasantly surprised by the almost complete absence of the opportunity to drink normal freshly ground coffee in the hotel. The dominance of "Nespresso" with its tablets/capsules is all around. When such a coffee machine is in the room, this is normal, but when in a luxury hotel restaurant, and even in Turkey, a country with which good coffee is associated like no other... I don't understand this for the life of me. The situation is aggravated during breakfast (see paragraph 4), when you have to pour coffee yourself in such a vending machine: both vending machines in the common room work somehow, all the time giving a message that they need service. If you want a cappuccino, he will pour you one milk foam with water. If you choose a large espresso cup, you will pour half a small one, etc. During the 12 days of my stay here, there was not a single (!) day when these devices worked completely properly. In addition to this, tablets with normal coffee were laid out on the strength of every third day, and the rest of the time they lay only with different exotic flavors. And at first I wondered why there are always queues at the Starbucks kiosk? It turned out that this is the only place where you can drink normal coffee beans... In general, the hotel left a pretty good impression, although, in my opinion, it is not worth the money it takes

We visited the hotel last year in October and we liked it so much that we decided to return. There is everything that we love so much, a beautiful well-groomed, very green area, the air is saturated with the aromas of pine trees. Warm sea in October, delicious food in the restaurant in autumn. We have a very nice view of the pool and the mountains from our room. Of course, there are disadvantages, they have been written about more than once in reviews, but for us all the advantages outweigh. I was very pleased that a heated swimming pool appeared this year, and the beach was expanded. It is pleasant that the owners of the hotel are developing and improving it. However, this year, almost the whole family fell ill with intestinal infections here, all except for our 9-year-old son (he is very resistant to such viruses). My 2.5-year-old daughter got the most. I had to visit the hospital because she couldn't drink at all. Where the doctor said that now a lot of people are sick with this virus on the coast. The friends who came with us also caught this virus. Then we talked to the neighbors on the veranda. It turned out that they got sick a little later than us. And also a friend who stayed at this hotel a week before us. They all had the same symptoms. And the acute period is 1-2 days . It is clear that it can be difficult to insure against such viruses, even if you follow all hygiene rules, but I really want to ask the hotel administration to return the food behind the glass in the main restaurant, as it was last year, because children run around touching plates with their hands, putting them back, grabbing bread with their hands and putting it back, sneezing right on the food and so on . And it definitely does not contribute to the health of the guests.

The hotel is beyond praise - we lived in separate wooden houses. The houses in the distance are quiet and there is a lot of shade, but closer to the sea it is already noisy from the music program and will not suit everyone. I also do not recommend houses near the restaurant, as strong food odors will haunt during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. The food is varied and very tasty. Each restaurant is delicious in its own way - I liked the meat and fish! Powered by 100 out of 100! A very tasty pastry shop. The staff is polite, but you need to remind yourself. We had problems with the number and had to write to the manager on our own. Whether the level of service corresponds to the cost remains a question. We really enjoyed relaxing on the pier! I also really liked the presence of sun beds along the entire sea line - it was almost always possible to lie down under palm trees on the lawn and hide from the heat.

I would also like to highlight the see club institution in particular. During the 10 days we visited this place 4 times. Everything is very tasty, in a la carte, in general, the staff is quite friendly everywhere and always attentive to guests! - staff who really love their work and try to find an approach to the hotel guests are always ready to help, etc. (but there is also a downside) - additional advantages are provided for people with special holidays (birthday, wedding, etc.), it is necessary to clarify via mail and then discuss and ask at the reception) When dining in honor of the holiday on the catamaran (which is located near the dolce Vita), you will need to pay extra for a round-trip transfer! - if you thank the service staff, they will notice you and try to meet your needs with great enthusiasm, and in general, they will remember you and your habits. It's a little sad that some people who make coffee or serve ice cream are so surprised by the tip they receive. Minuses: - very annoying and intrusive people who offer massage services, photos, excursions, etc. It was frustrating when every day someone broke into your vacation, wherever you were, and persistently offered, haggling when it wasn't interesting at all. - not all the staff goes to meet the guests, not everyone knows all the aspects and so on in their work. We are people from the catering industry ourselves, we understand how necessary it is to thank people for their work, and we also did not forget about all the staff, including the room cleaners. They always left tips, but the very quality of the cleaning was never high-quality, unfortunately. The floor was always either sticky or greasy, and the mirrors were always streaked. Overall, we had a 7 out of 10 vacation. All the food is behind glass and the staff puts it on, it may be inconvenient for someone, it's convenient for us, everything is always clean and you can't put too much on your plate. There is no shortage of sun beds on the beach (it makes no sense to run and occupy early in the morning), nor a place in a restaurant (there is no need to come to the opening), nor a place for evening shows (there is always an opportunity to sit at an empty table). Basically, the reviews write about the presence of Starbucks, but the coffee is for an amateur, bitter, with a high content of Robusta. There is also a Nespresso on site, the coffee is milder in taste, with a high content of Arabica. In general, any coffee lover will be satisfied. There is a sufficient amount of entertainment during the day, from live music, a piano (I recommend listening to this musician play, no hack work), to shows in the evenings. The staff is friendly, the assistants solve all issues promptly. The only drawbacks were the mentally and physically outdated rooms, there was a superior. But against the background of everything else, we didn't pay attention to it. I recommend the hotel. We'll come back by ourselves.

The neighbors can be heard talking. You will not be able to sleep in general. Flies... in the canteen, not everything is fresh. At 7.30 am, all the sun beds on lines 1 and 2 are occupied, by 9 in general it is difficult to find a sunbed, because the hotel beach is not large and more than half of the beach is given to VIP bungalows for 130 euros per day. Ordinary servants who have paid a lot of money are forced to occupy sun beds at 7 a.m. Many are forced to go to the beach for animals. Cleaning - 1 time in 2-3 days after the fact.

(rested at the end of October 2024 ) There is no entertainment (except in the evening) during the day for adults - all that they covered the clearing was for conferences... zero attention for guests There is nothing for kids from 7 years old - a naked kids club for toddlers, there is no animation - this is the first time I have seen such horror. No one has ever worked with children. The air conditioners in the room are something! If your neighbor turns it on, you won't have to fall asleep or you'll get a really bad headache! There is no sound insulation! There are NO snacks on site except for shrimp and unsanitary tacos!!! Packaged ice cream was completely hidden from the territory! The lobby bar is just awful! And the lobby itself is old, small and dark - it looks more like the crypt of Count Dracula. Inside, the pool is small, the room is narrow and old, the entire main building is old, the hammam is far away and the pool is not convenient to walk. If you live in the main building, then be prepared for the fact that a piano will be hammered right under the door, because the exits overlook the lobby with a well. The a la carte restaurant in the lobby is just a nightmare! They don't know how to cook at all, especially lettuce (a leaf of Peking cabbage, a walnut, physalis, a piece of tomato, a slice of avocado and all this is filled with jam) - food for piglets! From + -beautiful territory -normal food (there's not much of it) -cool alcohol - normal but uncomfortable rooms in the bungalow -gorgeous sea and views That's it! He's not worth his money... we really don't want to come back here again!
