Rested from September 15 to September 25, 2023. I highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day.The territory of the hotel is very huge and very beautiful, everything is so cozy, all the recreation areas are beautiful, there is a separate area for kids with a swimming pool and all the slides. The water park is a fairy tale, it's big and there are enough slides for everyone. All restaurants on the territory are huge and diverse. There are water activities, there you can ride a boat, parachute and at the same time they will make videos and photos of your entertainment, I recommend it. You can write a lot, so I recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once.

IT'S NOT FIVE STARS! Excellent food. The staff is trying their best. In the recipe bar, the girls are golden, but the men's shift is ugly. The spa is falling apart, literally! The drawers are falling apart in the locker rooms. The locks don't work. The railings are falling off at the children's pool in the spa. The hot tub was washed today (not working) yesterday, the trunks floated with mold. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there are absolutely not enough sun beds! Those who give 5 stars deserve pity. I've never seen anything in my life. We came with the whole family. They invited me to a restaurant, then refused. Asian cuisine is only in Asia. I regretted a bit that I chose Turkey. I haven't been here for 15 years, it's a disappointment.

For a long time I could not sit down for a review of this hotel. We had a family vacation at the end of June 2023. For some reason, it was the rest in this hotel that killed my desire for a "hotel" holiday in Turkey. About everything in more detail: 1. The very star rating system of hotels in Turkey ... in general, it's more of a good four than a five. 2. Our room was spacious, with a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. I can't say for sure that all this space came in handy. 3. The bed linen seemed damp. 4. Shower and personal hygiene products are at a height, as it should be in a 5 * hotel. 5. The food is quite varied and delicious, but still tired on the fifth day, if not earlier. 6. Bartenders do not know how to make cocktails from the word at all. Before my eyes, an inexperienced employee was flipping through the menu in search of the right ingredients and proportions of the cocktail, or they turn to more experienced colleagues for help. 7. I didn't like the beach at all. The sand being washed is such a luxury. The colors of cement or something... the beach is dirty. Poorly cleaned. Until I threw off the photos of garbage to the manager, no one came to clean up. 8. The water park is good. There are many different slides. 9. We went to entertainment shows only a couple of times - very loud music. p.s. All my photos with garbage on the beach were rejected by the moderator

The food is delicious and varied, lots of seafood and fish, there were even oysters! There are 15 types of olives. Yes, well, what can I say - there are a lot of temptations! Some sweets and ice cream, what are they worth!) We visited 7 restaurants. All are original, with their own cuisine and atmosphere. In the steakhouse, beef steaks of three types are huge, with any kind of roasting. Rolled out of there barely breathing)) Marine club - you choose fresh chilled fish on the counter from 10 types and you bake it right there. Italian restaurant - buratta is excellent and the atmosphere of Italy! Each restaurant has live music on the theme. Everything is thought out) According to our concept, all restaurants are free. The beach is not very wide, the entrance to the water is sandy, gradual - for children and the elderly - without problems. The water near the shore may be cloudy - the sand is the same. But you sail off a little bit and it's transparent, clean, lots of fish) The room is cleaned very well, bed linen, towels, slippers are changed every day, the mini-bar and cosmetics are replenished. The place is a hangout). Almost every evening there are parties and parties - either near the bandstand, on the pier, or near the pool. Yes, those who live in that direction are probably noisy.. We are in the Lagoon room, we are calm, we can't hear anything with the windows closed. You can still tell a lot of good things, but in a word, I recommend it!

He works the night shift and since we were walking privately at night, we crossed paths with him. A very good employee, always helped, answered all questions and did everything possible that he could. And generally a good employee. Once I sat at the reception at night and saw how people checked into the hotel at night and Bayram checked them into the hotel.
