Drinks, dinners, masks, etc.-everything is as promised. At the same time, the prices for excursions are competitive (we compared them). I want to say to those who are dissatisfied - if you purchase an Economy tour, do not require any super conditions. Thanks again to the company. And a small "fly in the ointment". Free masks are transferred daily from one person to another.Naturally, there is no need to talk about any hygiene here. Not everyone thinks about it on the shore. Therefore, a big wish is to give out some antibacterial napkin along with masks, wipe the mouthpiece.It seems like a trifle, And secondly, when you go to the water park there is no guide, and you immediately get lost what awaits you at the entrance and exit. At the first stop, a man ran up to our car saying, "your guide is sick, I'm for him!", and the man is clearly not a guide. It reminded me of the dashing 90s and the wedding of a relative, when the left aunt came with the words,, your toastmaster got sick, I was for her,, , ,, guide,, did not get into our car, but rode my bike. Ie. we drove in silence, no one told us anything about the country, not about culture, about anything. We just arrived at the point, looked at it and drove on. I immediately wrote about it in the chip tour. They kind of started fussing, finding out, but it didn't solve anything. Then, the guide, nevertheless sat down with us after the fourth stop, told us something that he knew about elephants and the statue of the Big Buddha. A sightseeing tour, and that's what the tour is for, to give at least some information. The price also includes a guide, but it turned out like this. Phi Phi was much better organized. Despite the large number of people, everything is clear, prompt, the boat is comfortable, the guide Andrey is generally well done, he gave information very succinctly and interestingly. It was possible to ask questions, and he could answer them competently. The dynamics of impressions are excellent. I really liked this tour! You can put 5 stars for it. But I can say this, if problems arise, this organization does not solve them, does not bear any responsibility, will not give compensation and will not even apologize. So it's a lottery. If you're lucky.

The result is that I liked the tour, I would also like to add some kind of location, because we arrived home about 16 o'clock, well, to improve the quality of nutrition.

Complete disappointment. We took a Phi Phi tour + Khai for 1,500 baht per person. The tour itself was organized not by a chip tour, but by a certain company Smiles Tours with a guide Nikolai. It all started with the transfer being an hour late (the chip tour operators could not contact the driver for 30 minutes), then an hour-long wait for the next bus with tourists. Upon arrival at the boat station, the organization is zero, and the guide receives the answer "I won't repeat it a second time." I sold a half-hour extra trip on a longtail around the bay for 400 baht per person, as a result, swimming from it takes place 20 meters from the main catamaran in some corner where it is impossible to take normal photos, and the ride itself lasted 5 minutes. They also didn't get to Maya Bay because of some waves, to which the guide said "you'll come again, it's okay." The monkeys were not allowed to go to the beach because of the threat of bites (although people disembarked from all other catamarans). In general, we paid over 10 thousand rubles for two people and in the end received nothing.

I went on a two-day excursion to Cheolan Lake. At first, the name with the word cheap (cheap tour) and the standard program were a little confused, at a price lower than deluxe (for which there were no seats, and indeed in many companies there were no seats on the date I needed). But everything went in the best possible way: a small bus, a wonderful settlement on the lake (considering the circumstances of the lake), a rich incredibly interesting program, everything is included (food, transfers, accommodation, except for a very small fee for entering the temples). Rafting was a special delight. I imagined it so that our whole company (11 people) would be invited to the raft and we would all swim there standing together. To my pleasant surprise, the rafts were separate for 2 people, with chairs!! A third chair was delivered to us for my daughter. The views are stunning, birdsong, nature, silence. We were given a bamboo cup of tea on the way and in the end we took it with us as a souvenir. The lake itself is, of course, very beautiful, framed by mountains all around. There is practically no service there, it takes longer to go by speedboat. We had a tour company of some kind. (all photos are attached) 3. The food is just terrible (photo attached). "Pad Thai" deserves special attention, you will not be able to find such a terrible thing anywhere in Thailand. Lunch, 2-3 squares of chicken fillet, which is obviously old, not hot, and has been in the refrigerator for I don't know how long. And it was the most delicious of the lunchbox, which also had rice, spaghetti (without anything), and undercooked vegetables (raw crispy potatoes, a slice of markovka, a small piece of broccoli and rotten cabbage, (not to be confused with fermented Thai, it is normal, but it was not there). 4. P.s We are not stuffy, we really liked the nature, snorkeling is gorgeous, the water is too, the beaches are awesome. But is there any merit in this to the company that got you there? I think the answer is obvious. Especially for "Vanya chiptour": you may not know that tourists in reality are given the cheapest tour operator, and all these inspections that you conduct, they do not show what is really happening, but if you are aware, then at least warn people that the tour company's service will be very low and indicate the departure pier. I would really pay extra money for a better service if I knew in advance what would happen. For vacationers: Be sure to specify from which pier the departure to the islands will be, and which company will make the tour and transfer. You can organize yourself for any show, but why bother so much on vacation, it's not the first time we take this scheme from the guys from the Cheap tour. The tour to James Bond Island was with an English-speaking guide, but in principle our level of proficiency was enough, we were more than satisfied with the tour, a varied program of snorkeling and canoeing around the "floating islands" with internal grottoes and caves. On February 10, 2024, we went on an excursion of 11 islands (4 Pearls of Andaman), 2 days. A well-coordinated team, a Russian-speaking guide, visited all the places that were written in the program. The beauty is incredible 😻 on board, plus for lunch there was also a fruit snack twice and always cold water and carbonated drinks for free, for which special thanks ) I recommend it!

We arranged an excursion on February 19, 2025 with a catamaran trip to two islands: Ko Racha and Coral Island The organization is disgusting When we arrived on the first island, we were dropped off from a catamaran onto some kind of dead boat. They forced me to go out on a scalding pontoon barefoot. And walking on this floating miracle is still a pleasure. It took only 1 hour to get to the first beach. We went snorkeling because we promised a bunch of beautiful fish. They certainly were, but few and nothing unusual. An hour later, as mentioned, we were already standing on the pontoon and waiting for our "gondola". As a result, we stood for 20 minutes waiting under the scorching sun. On the second island, they allowed me to wear slates before disembarking, thank you. Also 1 hour, we managed to swim a couple of times and back. At least this time, there will be no delays. On the way to Phuket, we stopped for the promised fishing trip. No one caught a single fish, apparently the place is not very good. When we got off, they gave us the numbers for which taxi to take. One taxi driver (ours, of course) got lost and the guide searched for him for 15 minutes. It turned out that he had eaten somewhere. All this "adventure" cost 1600 baht per person. I don't recommend it 1 star for beautiful beaches and 1 star for a delicious lunch
