They don't like slow and unpunctual people here) If you are like that and you always don't like everything, then it's better to take an individual tour High-speed boats, in my opinion, are a bit crowded. We took a one-day tour for a company of 6 people on the islands of the Phi Phi archipelago (package for 1800 baht/person). There were no problems with booking and payment - everything was explained, told through the telegram channel. The voucher was sent electronically. The payment was accepted through a courier (this was the most profitable way for us). It was even possible to pay by transfer to a card in rubles or cryptocurrency! The price for the tour was slightly cheaper than in street stalls. The transfer was on time, the car was comfortable. We provided a light snack/breakfast before departure, provided those in need with motion sickness pills and sachets. Absolutely everyone liked the tour. There were many beautiful places/landscapes/views. Those who wanted to, were able to take a lot of great photos for a family album and social media.networks. There was enough time to swim and relax. There were quite a few people on the islands, but there was no feeling of crowding either. Lunch also suited us all: There was a delicious Tom Kha soup (moderate spicy), very spicy Tom Yam, rice, pasta, tomato sauce, delicious baked chicken thighs, steamed vegetables, very fresh salad with delicious sauce, watermelon slices. Of the drinks, however, only fresh water and coffee. I would like to add, it would be super! It is clear that the food is not of the restaurant's level, but we finished all the dishes with pleasure. The guide is Ivan, sociable, friendly, with a good sense of humor. The information about the islands and places was brief, nothing superfluous. An excellent program and location where the film was shot beach and bounty island , swimming with masks on a coral reef where there are many amazing fish , but the main highlight is life on Phi Phi don island. We were lucky, the three of us lived in a bungalow. Excellent room with two beds and air conditioning, amenities right in the room. A freaky fire show on the beach. 5 out of 5 . 29.01.2025 attended the James Bond + Longtail tour. Minuses: 1. A huge fat minus to your manager, who oversees WhatsApp. The free transfer is only included in Patong (which is not mentioned on the website).My hotel was located in the Kamala area, and I wrote the full name to the manager. The manager advised that you can take a taxi to the Patong Pier or to any hotel in the area. And so she did. I spent 250 baht to the nearest hotel in Patong, AND WHAT A SURPRISE TO ME that after collecting all the guests, we drive ALONG THE MAIN ROAD TO KAMALA, through MY HOTEL!!! I could just go to the main road at Villa Market, save money and time. I don't understand why the manager couldn't see the location of the hotel on the map. On the way back, the driver dropped us off on the main road and wondered why he was picking us up from the hotel in Patong, if I live here)))) 2. IT's a VERY VERY long road, 2 hours to Khaolak and 2.5 hours back. In total, 4.5 hours were spent on the road. (plus half an hour by taxi to the hotel, in my case it took 5 hours on the road) You need to be warned about this too! maybe my mistake is that I didn't look at the location of the province myself))But it's worth warning about the long road. 3. Food. I didn't expect super delicious food) but everything was cold, the pineapples were green. Positive; 1. The guide was English-speaking Cindy, explained everything, took photos to the guests. 2. Contacts with the Chip Tour are available only via Telegram or WhatsApp chat. After contacting the Chip Tour from Russia via Telegram, Alexandra's manager answered me, who subsequently answered all my questions, organized excursions, and solved all my problems. Besides her, during non-working hours, the manager on duty, who was always in touch, solved the issue at night. Upon arrival in Phuket, I bought a local SIM card and at a meeting with the hotel guide from the tour operator I heard the prices for the excursions of interest, which turned out to be 2 times higher. On the streets of Kata, we visited several kiosks of travel agencies, were interested in the cost of excursions of interest, they offered prices 20-30 percent more expensive than in a Chip Tour, but promised to give in a little more. We talked with them, it turned out that they bought three tours on the Chip Tour and received these shirts. An ingenious marketing solution for the Chip Tour!!! Walking live billboards that advertise the Chip Tour on their own experience. After that, I contacted my manager, clarified with him the excursions, their contents, cost, ... and shirt sizes. I sent a photo of the passports of the address of residence in Phuket. A Thai courier arrived, took the money, gave nothing in return (previously, when organizing the tour, he received paper vouchers). The Thai made a call and electronic vouchers for all excursions and performances came to me on Telegram. The next day, shirts were brought to the reception of our hotel and we were happy to wear these shirts all the time we were in Phuket!We chose excursions to Semilan (early departure), Phi Phi (Khai Bamboo Kaiton). Excursions to the islands are amazing! And the islands themselves and the tour support! Transfer, excellent guides (well done, they told everything without importunity - they showed it), food, juices- water - lemonades without restrictions, everything is at its best! The organization of the tours was excellent.!We have been to Thailand many times before, we are familiar with the local flavor, including the business one: "sanuk and sabai". Relaxation and frivolity in the conduct of business. When we were at the Siam Niramit performance, several people could not read electronic vouchers from their phones at the checkout. The Chip Tour managers promptly solved this problem and sent a message with these vouchers to the Siam Niramit office and we were allowed to attend the performance. Great company!
