I really enjoyed the 4 Pearls of Andaman tour for 2 days. Despite the fact that it was raining on Patong, there was no rain on the islands themselves, the weather was sunny. The hotel on Phi Phi Don Island is beautiful, but it is located too high, you need to walk up there. The coral slippers that you are offered to buy for many baht are not worth taking, they are already being sold for 150 on the way to the pier. The same applies to protective covers from seawater. However, you will need the slippers themselves, because you can stay on the boat either in them or barefoot. It is not necessary to take protection from mosquitoes, they are practically not there. Take bags or backpacks with you that don't get wet, there will be plenty of water and nowhere to dry. Keep in mind that you will spend most of the day in the sun, so wear or take protection from it with you. Otherwise, the markers taste and color different. To be honest, it's going to be hard to swim somewhere all the time and be in the sun all the time, keep that in mind.

The "chip" tour put more people in the boat than possible. 4 people rode on the bow of the boat until they were tossed up on another wave so that they almost flew away! It turned out well without injuries! They were all put in the main part of the boat on the floor, because there were no more seats. The others were huddled together. Since the pitching was very strong, many people felt bad. And it wasn't even possible to take a bag and spread your elbows normally. Moreover, after 30 minutes the boat broke down a bit. I had to stop completely, it's good that it was fixed within 5 minutes. Naturally, we ran out of time. The guide Evgeny seemed to be with us, but he caused a lot of unnecessary fuss. Either this was his first trip, or it's really difficult when the whole boat is bad. They gave 40 minutes of time on the island. This is very little. But then they waited for the boat, then they waited for tourists, and in the end they stood on the shore for almost an hour. And you can't go anywhere else, because the boat is about to sail! Of course, there were questions about the seats back, since the tourists refused to go on the floor. Well, others agreed, otherwise how the issue would have been resolved is unclear. The trip left a mixed impression on the organization. Really, as they say, cheap and angry.

Only during the briefing, it is strongly recommended to wear corals, in which you can stay on the speedboat and protect yourself from frequent injuries, according to the instructor. It seemed to me that it was quite safe and pleasant to walk on the sand without corals. They also recommend phone cases at the briefing. Coral as well as phone cases are sold there for 300 baht. You can buy 100 of them on the way to the pier. A case or a special case is needed for shooting fish on snorkeling.

A2 tour program - elephant riding and swimming with elephants, cost 1400 baht. After visiting the company's website, they clicked on WhatsApp and Katerina's manager quickly and clearly answered all their questions and sent a voucher for the trip. Payment can be made by card, but we chose the cash form, and the next day a courier arrived at the hotel and accepted the payment. We liked the tour, they picked us up exactly at the appointed time, and brought us to the elephant farm. There we had a personal elephant with a mahout! We rode for 30 minutes and then swam in the pool for 30 minutes with an elephant. The teamster took a lot of great photos and videos!!! The return transfer to the hotel was personal, we were traveling in a car just the two of us! There is no point in writing about the excursions themselves here, because whether they are good or bad depends on other campaigns that conduct these excursions and the Chip tour has nothing to do with it at all. A better option is to buy excursions directly from those who conduct them, rather than from a reseller desk, which is Phucket Cheap Tour. Then everything will be clear - from the sale to the solution of your problems. Chip Tour resells many excursions by buying them from Atime Nature Tours. I advise you to purchase these tours directly on the Atime Nature Tours website: www.atimenaturetour.net the site has a switch to Russian and everything is simple and clear there. Apart from the fact that Phucket Cheap Tour is a reseller, you need to be prepared for the fact that it treats the minimum obligations assumed in bad faith. It's our own fault that we didn't want to cut our legs!!! Immeasurable concern for the client is evident. Similarly with the fins, everyone was warned except for the Chip Tour customers, who had to either swim on the reef without fins or rent, again at a scrap price. When they went to the observation deck on the island, where there are angry mosquitoes, everyone had mosquito spray, because they were warned. And who didn't have sprays??? That's right - from those who bought an excursion on the Phucket Cheap Tour. You can continue, but it's already clear that if you don't want to encounter all kinds of "surprises" and waste money on eliminating them, then don't be fooled by the beautiful words on the website and in the videos of the tour reseller, Phucket Cheap Tour.

I should immediately note that I do not require the guide to tell any story or anything else. And it's elementary to say, for example, where the toilet is, how much to go, and so on. So the guide on our tour was just a dumb ballast who didn't say anything at all, didn't even introduce himself, so I don't know his name. And I answered all the questions, I don't know anything either, it's just really serious, in general it's completely surreal. It felt like he had also come on a field trip with us and didn 't know anything . And the tour itself without a road was supposed to be 4.5 hours, but in the end it turned out to be almost 3 hours, and when asked why, the guide replied, "I do not know." We wrote to the organizers, and at first they began to twist my words and deny it. That's why they said they heard you, they also said that everything is organized by a Thai carrier and a Thai organizer, then why they are in this chain is not as clear as possible. The first tour went well, without any problems, but the next two left an unpleasant aftertaste. On the second tour, the boat was crowded, and the seats we occupied were occupied by people who were not even part of our group. This caused discomfort and created a feeling of complete confusion. In addition, lunch, which was expected to be on time, was delayed, and we had to stay hungry for a long time. The third tour was even more disappointing. 16 hours before it started, I contacted the company to cancel my participation for health reasons, providing a certificate from the hospital. However, I was refused a refund, arguing that the start time of the tour is determined not by the schedule on the website (10:00), but by the transfer time specified in the voucher. Thus, according to their logic, I reported the cancellation only 20 minutes later than the deadline. I explained that it was impossible to write before, because at that moment I was in the hospital where my wife was receiving medical care. However, there was no understanding or even an attempt to resolve the situation on the part of the manager. Such an attitude is unacceptable, especially when the client has objective reasons and supporting documents. And even if you live in different hotels with a company, even on the next road, it is far from a fact that you will be traveling on a long transfer together. And again, the manager cannot influence this in any way. Instead of the expected professional approach, I was faced with indifference, confusion in the organization and complete disregard for the needs of the client. I really hope that the company will review its service standards, because now the impression of the service is extremely negative.

We took a 2-day excursion from the guys (4 pearls of Andaman). The price is lower than that of travel agencies, and the quality is no worse!!! The Russian-speaking guide, the quality of transport, rooms and meals are all at a good level. Do not believe the travel agents who will say that you will get better service from them, this is not the case at all (the excursions are all the same, the service is the same, just overpay). I really enjoyed the tour, the guides are friendly, the locations are interesting and very beautiful. There were some problems with the transfer, which were later resolved. Everything is well organized, thank you very much, at first we were confused by a lot of negative reviews. But I don't know about the others, but we had everything super, we booked before the trip. They were picked up on time for excursions and always answered questions. Thank you very much for the guided tours!!!! We chose the Amazing Phan Nga tour, rode elephants there, washed the elephant with a brush in the river. We visited the beach with airplanes. We also went to the temple cave, they fed monkeys there, just great!!! We took an excursion to Racha+ Coral Island. We spent two nights in a bungalow on Racha. On the island on the other side there is a beach where there are almost no people, white sand and clear water. Monitor lizards walk around the island, which are interesting to watch. We also bought an excursion to Yao Yai Island. Two of us were taken by a good passenger car to the marina and five of us were taken to the island on a longtail. Mila, a Korean woman, runs everything there, she speaks Russian perfectly. We were greeted very warmly. We had a great lunch. There are many locations on the island for beautiful photos. The water there is clean, but since the brown sand is imported, it does not look blue. But the island itself is very beautiful, with a large palm grove.
