We were on a tour of 4 pearls on February 27-28, 2024. The tour is super! I liked everything - Vlad the guide, the speedboat team, the food and of course the locations themselves. The tour starts early, which is probably why we were one of the first to get to the Phi Phi Islands, we managed to see sharks on May Bay, and a turtle on snorkeling. In general, a very rich program, we visited, swam everywhere as stated. The room at the hotel in Phi Phidong is quite cozy, although the hotel is not new. The food is Thai, quite varied, it was delicious both at the hotel and in the village of sea gypsies. I recommend it to everyone!

An excursion to the Similan Islands. The transfer was 27 minutes late. The food is disgusting. Snorkeling is a horror. We landed from five boats in one place. It reminded me of the movie Titanic, half of the people can't swim, they flounder, drown each other. It's just awful. Collecting tips in a forced manner, they will stand next to the bag and watch. The organization is disgusting. In fact, the entire tour lasts three hours. It's not worth the money.

We started talking and realized that we took a tour for 400 Baht more expensive than they did on the Chip tour. We took the phone and bought two trips on a Chip tour. It turned out everything was fine, we took the Water Park (the hotel guide was 100 Baht more expensive and without a transfer) and Simon Shaw. All vouchers were sent to us electronically. I really liked the water park and the show. The only negative is that the reservation to the Water Park was in the name of the manager, and not our full name. (It's good that you knew the manager's name :)). The manager answered all her endless questions in detail and delicately. Thank them for their work. We recommended this agency to a number of our compatriots.

We took the following excursions: 1. James Bond Island by boat. The tour is a fire! I'm still impressed. 2. Phi Phi Islands for 2 days. Excellent organization, rich program. A luxury hotel on Phi Phi Don. 3. Racha and Coral Islands. I didn't like it. There are no questions for the organizers. Snorkeling is not bad on Racha, but the beach itself is small, rocky, and cramped. Bringing people to the Coral at low tide is blasphemy! The beach is terrible at this time, not suitable for swimming.

The only thing I did not expect was that it would take so long to sail on a catamaran to Racha, 2 hours, it is not written anywhere about it, I assumed that we would go to Coral at the beginning, it seemed to me that 30 minutes were written from departure to arrival. There is very little time on the Racha, from going ashore to collecting 40 minutes in the end. We took a dip twice, quickly went to the observation deck and back. Snorkeling did not impress the rocks at all, of course there are fish, but you will not see everything else, you want live corals and stars that are on the other side of the island. Lunch was served on a catamaran while sailing to the Coral, decent, everything is delicious. We sailed for more than an hour. We arrived at the far pier on the Coral, we did not see the highlight of the island - toucans. There were a lot of tourists, Russian speakers, they play Russian music there just like on the Black Sea, We swam on the Coral for two hours, great, even here we probably saw more interesting fish, huge shoals of fish swim to the shore, it's a pity that you can't take masks and tubes from the boat, people were given from other boats, they didn't give us. We were gathered at 16.30 and as a result, we waited in line for another 30 minutes so that our catamaran could approach the pier. At that time, I walked along the beach and realized that the statues of toucans were on another pier. At sunset, we were offered to fish, it was entertaining, but elusive. We went on a Phi Phi Khai tour yesterday Minuses: There was no promised Russian-speaking guide (because of which this tour was chosen). cheapTour just gave up on the problem, it's not worth counting on them in case of any difficulties. For cheapTour employees, this is the norm, they didn't care about tourists in the morning, and they don't care now. I am extremely disappointed with this tour and the company in general. Part of the group was lost. Positive: Thank you for being alive. I realized that I still want to live, a good rethinking of life and values. Bottom line: for 1400 baht, we were taken to Maya Bay for 20 minutes (you can't swim there, just take pictures), rode (for free, like compensation for a guide, so 300 baht per person, prices and information about this, of course, were not on the site)), on a longtail (it was not in the program at all it should have been, but there was no promised boat, Viking caves, Peel Lagoon and much more). Lunch - rice, chicken in batter, tom yam, watermelon, water. And snorkeling near Phi Phi, that's all that was from the promised program, they replied to cheapTour's message that they were sorry, of course, but the fact that they didn't see most of it was OK, read every word, it says on the website -we remove what we want, we change how we want, the fortuna system)) thanks for seeing more than just the port) We didn't see Phi Phi Khai or Khai on the tour 👍 There was no swimming except snorkeling, we saw a total of 3 Ostrava (part without disembarkation), yesterday's tour did not match the stated price. Yesterday's tour became our nightmare from the very morning. It hadn't stopped raining in the morning, which upset us, but not so much. It's not clear where we were taken, I'm very glad that Galya went with me from the last tour, otherwise it would have been an even more nightmarish story. We were dropped off in some kind of room with benches, nothing is clear, only an aunt who speaks Thai English, and this is terribly unclear, from the whole speech, including safety, we understood one thing, somewhere we need 200 baht, somewhere 50, and we won't see monkeys. Very informative. We contacted cheapTour, I wrote to the manager and Galya wrote to the manager, we were informed that our Russian-speaking guide had an accident and would not come, but now another one is supposed to come, some kind of bullshit is happening, and we don't even understand, because the pronunciation and speed are just terrible. We met another couple of Russians, the rest were all foreigners. They made it clear to us in a kind of English that we had to go somewhere, so we went. Part of the group was lost along the way, and we almost didn't go there either, as the stream split into two. They discovered (well, as they discovered, the waii guys got through to their operator) that they were missing when the boat had already sailed. They're back. We actually came back three times for some reason. Well, there's no doubt that we won't have an escort today. I originally wanted to go on another tour - the James Bond Islands, but due to the fact that there is an English-speaking escort, I refused it, and now I'm really offended! What we have: cheapTour did not solve the problem, we were informed that instead they would take us for a free boat ride, I saw this boat in the hump, by the time we sailed to it, I dreamed only of one thing- land, and the super guide could not answer the question of how long we would leave. To the shore, there were huge problems with communication! We didn't understand where we were being taken, in what order, there was definitely no part of the tour. But it all sucks, but not the worst, on the way back, as expected, a storm started, the sky was overcast, the waves were huge, so we didn't go to Khai Island at all and we didn't have a second snorkeling trip. But we weren't so upset about it anymore, because we were just scared. One of the boat's engines stopped working, the waves were lashing from all sides, even the loudest and noisiest tourists were quiet, we were all wet from head to toe, the boat was rushing on all the remaining (minus one motor) pores, because of this it was also cold.

Who didn't buy photos in the trash, will they burn them? What is the use of this resource for? While the tour was being booked, we communicated politely, answered immediately. After receiving the feedback, they simply stopped responding.

At the same time, the manager could not clearly answer whether they would come for us in principle, because there was apparently no communication with the driver. They later tried to rub something into me about traffic jams, but there were no traffic jams and the first tourists were also picked up an hour late. The program read as follows: Racha 2 hours, then Coral hour with lunch. In fact, we were brought to Racha and given an hour (and it was for this island that we went). Then they were taken to the Coral for 2 hours, where the guide began offering diving in a spacesuit for an additional 1600 baht per person. Several people agreed, and as a result, we waited for them in the boat for 30 minutes at the time set for departure. The guide was with them. I understand him perfectly, no one canceled the commission. But a total of one and a half hours lost in Thailand is an unacceptable luxury, they can be spent much more interesting. Of course, they refused to compensate for the inconvenience and stopped contacting us. As a result, blurred impressions and stolen time. I do not recommend this agency. Customer orientation is at zero.

The tour does not correspond to either the schedule sent by the guide or the content. They asked for a tour where there would be a maximum of snorkeling - as a result, it was half an hour for the whole day. There is no place for swimming on Khai Island, only parking for boats and jet skis - and you will be taken there for an hour. But on Phi Phi, where there is something to see, only lunch and no free time. The water is dirty almost everywhere because of the boats (but it's not the fault of the Chip Tour, just keep in mind). The most unpleasant thing: the whole trip was delayed first in the morning for an hour, then on Phi Phi for 40 minutes - as a result, on the way back, the boat captain drove like crazy through big waves. It was scary and very unpleasant physically, the next day my back and neck hurt. Before that, we had been on island tours 4 times in pre-pandemic times and now everything HAS GONE VERY WRONG.
