Great hotel. We booked a standard room, but we were given a two-room room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an area of about 70 meters. The bomb!

Very nice hotel! The employees are responsive, they will always come to the rescue, there are Russian-speaking guys at the reception. The rooms are large, daily cleaning, linen change every three days, plumbing, TV, refrigerator.. everything is in excellent condition. The rooms have excellent Wi-Fi (they will give you a code) . The mattress and pillows are beyond praise. They take you to the beach in large comfortable buses, clearly on time (the schedule will be given upon check-in), if there are more people, they immediately adjust the second bus, go 7-8 minutes. The food in the restaurant is very diverse, very high quality (meat, fish, chicken, lamb .... etc.) and delicious, and there is everything for healthy lifestyle lovers, even steamed vegetables are present every day. There are always a couple of authentic spicy dishes with a 🌶️ icon. 👌👍👍.

We had a rest at the end of October, the hotel is good, the rooms, the service, the food, the beach are all great. As soon as the waves appear, rescuers are not allowed to go to sea. After cleaning, they forget to leave a towel in the room. A slightly unpleasant impression remained: we arrived at 6.00, did not check in, did not let us in for breakfast, said only after checking in, somehow changed our clothes in the toilet and went to the sea, left our things at the entrance, since there is no special room. We arrived from the sea before 12.00, checked in, but we did not find a package with shoes, which we left with luggage, and eventually left in flip-flops. No one wanted to help, to search, to watch the video. Everyone pretended that they did not understand and did not hear us. There were in many places, but there was no such treatment anywhere. They didn't even try to help.

I liked the hotel , 4 stars fully justify themselves , large two-room rooms with a large bed , TV , refrigerator , microwave , cleaning every day , towels are changed every day , snow-white linen , the food is just great , like in a restaurant , its own beach , transfer to the beach on time , before that we rested in Sharjah - it was worse there , there is a liquor store nearby that has everything and at affordable prices. We had a rest in January 2024. And again we took a tour to this hotel - we will have a rest from 16.01.25! I really liked it! There wasn 't even a question about choosing a hotel! The staff is above all praise - polite and helpful.
The rooms are spacious with a kitchen and a microwave. The bed linen is changed every other day, the mattresses are new, thick, and it's a complete relaxation. The location of the hotel is convenient - there is a Lu Lu supermarket to the right, an alcohol market to the left in 5 minutes, many shops and pharmacies. The bus to the beach is always on time, to the Dubai Mall at 15.00 and back at 21.00. Excellent restaurant - abundance of food, for every taste, everything is replenished, 2 coffee machines.

We were in the middle of November, the hotel was very nice, the room was spacious, though without a balcony, but we only slept there, we really liked the kitchen and went for breakfast and dinner with anticipation and pleasure. There is a small swimming pool and saunas. Among the disadvantages is a remote, small fenced beach, construction on all sides, the entire coastline in Ajman is under reconstruction. A wonderful hotel in its price category. A decent 4. Compared to the good 4 of Turkey and Egypt and the not very good 5 of Egypt and Turkey, this hotel is definitely the leader! Huge two-room rooms, snow-white towels, daily cleaning and replenishment of drinking water. Russian-speaking reception staff. A wonderful buffet: everything is always fresh, clear food, meat of different types and cooking methods, fish, chicken, delicious pastries (there is no incomprehensible mess of salads from what is not finished and desserts for the same taste, only painted in different colors). The location is urban, within a five-minute walk of the large shops of the Sapphire chain (I recommend buying mangoes there in the October-December season, you can take them home). There are free buses to the beach and to DubayMall. No one rides standing up, when filling up, the next bus is immediately served. The beach is clean, the entrance is beautifully sloping, beach towels and sun beds are free. There is a gift shop in the lobby with surprisingly low prices, ATMs in the lobby, but a 10 percent commission for withdrawals. The Belarusbank Visa card worked everywhere (in shops, at the airport, at an ATM). There are many foreigners vacationing at the hotel, there were Germans, British, Poles, Cypriots, Indians, which is also an indicator of the good level of the hotel.

I am currently staying at this hotel. September 2024. The hotel is great, the food, the transfer to the beach. BUT it's not worth coming here for a beach holiday. I rested in the Black Ramada from 13.05 to 20.05. I came here for the second time because I like the price-quality ratio. The hotel corresponds to its 4*. Transfer to the beach according to the schedule - 7 minutes drive. Of course, it is better to go to the White Ramada with the children on the first line, so as not to depend on the transfer. A daily free transfer to the Dubai Mall is also a huge plus. So, if you go without kids, and you need a budget vacation, then you go to the Black Ramada))) I had a transfer to the airport at 14.30, a wonderful boy at the reception made me a late check-up at 14.00 absolutely free of charge. So on the last day before departure, I was still at the sea before lunch!! The only unpleasant impression was left by communication with individual guides of the host tour operator FAN SAN. In particular, ELSHAD MUTADOV)))It feels like these young, overweight boys are from somewhere in a Turkish or Egyptian collective farm. I do not advise you to take excursions from them, it is better to contact Golden Palm, or against the beach in the "Last Minute".
I wanted to go to the Marina on a yacht with a swim, they fed me with promises for 2 days, then they said that there was no group. A great city hotel with great service. I visited the UAE for the first time in March 2024 and stayed at this hotel. The good location in the city allows you to walk, explore the city and visit the shops. The hotel provides regular flights for a comfortable transfer to the beach and to Dubai. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for living. There are no queues and hustle in the restaurant. The menu of dishes is very diverse and of high quality. I had a rest at the end of July 2024 at the Ramada black. Tourists are not pickled at the reception, they are placed as soon as the rooms are ready. There are Russian-speaking staff. First the pros, responsive, helpful staff. Swimming pool, steam room, gym. Delicious and varied food. Grocery store is 15 meters away, alco market is 5 minutes on foot. In three minutes KFC, and a couple of fast food restik. There are also pharmacies nearby, and other small shops, a bigger store is 10 minutes away.
There is a free bus to the beach several times a day, the journey time is about 10 minutes, and once a day there is a free bus to Dubai Mall on the way about 40 minutes. On the beach there are free sun beds, towels, umbrellas, shower, toilet.
The rooms are spacious, shabby, but generally OK. There is a refrigerator, microwave, TV in the room, it stopped working for us on the third day and until the end of the stay.Cleaning used to wake up earlier than we would like, so they hung a do not disturb sign, water, tea, coffee bags, cream, towels. I didn't like breakfast very much, it looks more like lunch, but it will go, dinner is good, varied. In general, I would say that this is a good hotel, I recommend it for the not picky.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time: first in May and now in November. We chose the Ramada suites because there is a transfer to our own beach and a transfer to the Dubai Mall every day, delicious food, awesome desserts, varied and for every taste, very attentive attitude to guests, they respond to any requests and try to help, as well as there are many different shops and even an alcohol market around (in the evening it's more fun here than in hotels by the sea). A nice small sauna, steam room and swimming pool - you can relax before going to bed. The first time I got a room in the third tower - there was an old room, but large and with a balcony, and the second time there was the first tower with an updated renovation, the same big one, but, unfortunately, I got without a balcony. At the moment, the third tower is closed for repairs and accommodation takes place in 1 and 2. The disadvantages can include a poor single coffee machine, which is tormented at breakfast. Everyone wants coffee, but she's the only one in the whole restaurant, she has to stand in line. We put the second one on, but it did not work during the week of our vacation, it was periodically removed. Also, for me, the behavior of our compatriots was wild, especially the older ones, who, like mad, push everyone aside and strive to be the first to get on the bus to leave the beach (the hottest at 13.15). Valiant pensioners (or so) push and squeeze into the bus, and people with toddlers and small children are waiting for the next one. The hotel has very good service, they make sure that EVERYONE is picked up! Well, they don't forget or leave anyone! 4 buses for 50 people left once, but everyone left! Stop panicking 😁 The beach is great, sandy, wide enough. There are vacationers from three hotels of the by Wyndham chain on the beach, but there is enough space and sun loungers for everyone, there are lifeguards, water activities too (buns, jet skis), toilets, changing rooms, showers - everything is as it should be. The hotel was arranged in all respects, the rest turned out to be excellent 👍
Oh, yes, for some reason no one wrote in the reviews that the Dubai Mall is undergoing renovation and the beautiful central entrance is closed (entrance is through the parking lot) and half of the aquarium is covered with a banner, only part of it is visible on the 1st floor. The fountains are working.

This is my first time in the Emirates. The impression of the hotel is gorgeous, the service is excellent. Despite the fact that the hotel is not in the coastal area, there are daily free buses to the beach and to the Dubai Mall. The food is very tasty. The buffet. I'm impressed. If I have the opportunity to visit the Emirates again, my choice of hotel is obvious.

The hotel is a solid four. Good service, responsive staff, there is always a Russian-speaking manager at the reception during the day. No one is asking for extra money, as in Turkey. The rooms are large, the furniture is a little tired, but everything is fine. The restaurant's menu is decent, there is always beef, lamb, chicken and fish. Delicious! The bus to the beach is no problem. I recommend taking a package: all inclusive.

Service for 5, all staff, friendly and helpful people!!! The food is very tasty and there is a large selection. The rooms are large but the furniture is old. Sofas require at least dry cleaning. The beds are comfortable, clean, and the bed linen is white. 4 stars only for the old furniture in the rooms. They also take you to the beach 6 times a day, which is a big plus!!! If there are a lot of people, they can send 2 buses, and if you are only 3 people, they will also pick you up!!! Well done!!! Thanks to Otabek, Ramzan and Muhammad, they are responsive and friendly!
