We love the Rixos network for their first-class quality and serious approach. There will always be excellent food here [we only took breakfast, which is enough for the whole day], high-quality rooms with good repair, customer-oriented and friendly service. Attention to detail in everything. For example, Molton Brown cosmetics in bathrooms. In short, you always understand what you're paying for here.
Well, rixos are also different, there is no all inclusive system in this. If you want something, tea, coffee, cocktail or lunch/dinner, pay, and the prices are quite Dubai.

Wonderful hotel 😍Magnificent, clean and modern rooms,cleaning several times a day,good beds and mattresses,clean towels - they smell delicious.It was not a comfortable pillow, I asked to replace it -they brought three rubles to choose from.Very polite staff, the girls at the reception speak Russian.We had breakfast included-very tasty food, for every taste, vegetables, fruits,fish,meat, shrimp,rolls, and desserts were just off our heads. We paid extra and also took dinners.The view from the room is amazing.The pool and the beach are magnificent.We are very happy with our stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel 5 years ago, and had our second vacation in February. It's still a hangout place with an ideal location. The service at the pools has improved - there are more waiters, orders arrive faster. The rooms are cleaner compared to the last visit. Breakfasts and dinners are good. A huge selection of fruits from passion fruit to 3 grape varieties every day, watermelons, melons, pineapples. Japanese table (sushi, sashimi, rolls, etc.). Meat is enough, but not mine. Cheeses are excellent (cheese table).
Pools, as they wrote earlier, are now 2. Big for everyone, small - from the age of 21 (the 18-year-old son was not allowed in, they ask the age strictly). The first 3 rows at the small pool are paid - 400 dirhams. The music at both pools is loud, but tolerable. In the middle of the day, a flock of seagulls comes to drink and swim in the decorative part of the pool))
This year the audience is more European and Muslims from the East (dressed in European style, including women). There is pathos - there are three Rolexes stable in the elevator for 10 people, luxury bags only, and so on. So feel free to dress up)))
The prices of food and drinks are invigorating, but we are familiar. A cup of latte 725 rubles, pizza 2250, Belgian waffles with fruit and cream 1125, 2 ice cream balls 750. Prices were indicated in rubles at the exchange rate of 25 (they were during the fall of the currency).
A second "candle" of the Five hotel is being built next to the hotel, it doesn't bother - they are building quietly, the roof is already being erected. But their night parties can be heard even on the upper floors. Fortunately, not every day.
On the 1st floor of Rixos is the legendary Godiva Cafe, be sure to visit and taste their desserts and traditional chocolate-covered strawberries.
In general, if you have money, you will be fine here. Although there are places that are much more expensive. I consider Rixos to be a good combination of price and quality. Because the fact that they watched it a little better was that the price jumped by at least +50%.

We visited in May 2025. Score for the room and score for the location.
We had a room on the 17th floor, the view was beautiful, the room was pleasant, the bed was comfortable. There are no balconies in the hotel.
On nutrition: we had breakfast-not bad, but nothing special. Fresh fruits, juices, tea, coffee are free of charge.
Now about the cons:
- there are almost never any places by the pools. There is a separate paid pool with a deposit, but one day we faced the situation that there were no places there either. There are no parties, no shows either. Just playing loud music with a DJ.
What just killed me was the paid ice bucket for drinks. This is the first time we've seen this.
But the most important disappointment is the beach! Very uncomfortable sun beds, without mattresses, hard to lie down. The sun beds are located very close to each other, in a chaotic manner, very crowded. Access to the sea is not private, but public-there are a lot of people. The sea is as green as a swamp. Horror. We had to go to paid beach clubs almost every day.
The location is convenient - Dubai Marina district, there is a place to walk, you can walk to Bluewaters, 20 minutes by taxi to Palma.
Also keep in mind that there are a lot of children in the hotel, which naturally create noise.

We stayed at this hotel and I got a rather contradictory impression. I'll start with the positive aspects: the hotel itself is really good, the rooms are comfortable, the territory is well maintained. However, there are significant points that the hotel should work on. Let's start with the reception desk – unfortunately, administrators are not always friendly, and in some cases even allow unfair practices towards guests.
As for the beach, the area is clean, but there are serious problems. Firstly, there are not enough sun beds, you have to occupy them early in the morning, hanging towels. Secondly, because of the construction site nearby, the water is often muddy and dirty, which significantly spoils the impression of rest. Plus, there are quite strong waves on the beach, which may not be safe.
In general, the hotel has good potential, but needs to improve service and solve problems with the beach area. If these points are taken into account, a vacation here can become really comfortable and enjoyable.

We have been to Dubai many times, we try to stay in different locations, but we returned here after the last visit. Rixos is Rixos, the price/quality ratio is the best. Very good location. This year we had a family vacation at this hotel for the third time.
On the positive side:
1. Good breakfasts and dinners. If you are staying here, then don't even think about it and take dinners for sure: price is quality.

In the morning, we train, we go to yoga and meditation (playing bowls), to the gym (there are all the necessary simulators). She has been staying at the hotel with her family since January 2-9, 2024. Family two-room suite. The room is very large and spacious. About 150 meters. Two separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). And a huge living room area. Two younger children were sleeping in this area.

Of the disadvantages, I would note the lack of a full-length mirror. There are many places where it could be installed. The mirror is only ordinary in the bathroom and small in the bedroom. And everything is in the dark, it is impossible to put on makeup normally.

Next, I'll move on to the food: we had half board (tomorrow and dinner buffet). Everything is very diverse and of high quality. The service in the restaurant is also excellent. There are no complaints.
The territory of the hotel is small, there is simply nowhere to walk (but I knew this in advance, no surprises). This is more of a city hotel, not a resort (like Caesar, for example, at Bluewaters).
