The hotel is nice, the area is lovingly maintained. But it is very frustrating that apart from the pool, for which you need to pay decently from 11 a.m. to the end of the day, there is nothing to do here. There are children's trampolines in large numbers, rental of watercraft.

We were evicted from the cottage (there was a corporate party). The women from the service came, they counted all the towels, bathrobes and hangers in front of us!

The work of the staff at the reception leaves much to be desired, we rented a house, there were two feelings, for such money we would like a better service.
The spa area is good, we took a massage and were very satisfied (even a heated pool would be great), and the employees at the spa are somehow more friendly.
In general ... picturesque places mitigate the negativity associated with the work of the staff and the attitude towards the client.

We celebrated a bachelorette party here. Service in Belarusian, what else can I say) the staff are mostly yesterday's students (and maybe current ones) who have no idea not only about the rules of good service, but also about banal politeness. They can't even find the menu cornyly, in this case, they roll their eyes at least to orient themselves by choice and name a couple of positions as a favor.
And it would be nice if it was a cheap place, but no, they position themselves as premium. And in fact, a very average hotel, with very tired repairs, and boorish staff. I don't want to come back here.

I had a very pleasant experience after visiting the Robinson Club! The spacious and bright hall is cozy and comfortable. The dinner was wonderful, my husband was especially impressed by the Cheeks - very tender and delicious! Polite staff, high service. The waiter Karina worked with us, friendly and attentive)
The best place for a celebration!
There is a children's corner, a terrace and a lovely well-groomed area for walking.
We recommend it!)
