Sunday afternoon turned out to be the most negative review on the Robinson Club, which can make an excellent article for the online reader.
- we waited for the waiter on the terrace of the restaurant for more than an hour, and did not take the order. Twice we asked another waitress to take an order or to call our one. The receptionist and other waiters were constantly walking around, no one came up during this time…
- A child, playing on the playground, cut his eyebrow very badly, ran all covered in blood. When asked to call an ambulance, give a clean napkin or towel, first aid kit or peroxide. The answer was: “But we don't have any!”. The sight is creepy and unpleasant, the whole restaurant is filled with visitors and ABSOLUTELY indifferent waiters and administrators who cannot help, did not even offer to go to the toilet to wash the child… After several requests, they brought ice and thanks for that.
Bottom line: everything is already fine with the child, first aid was provided at the medical center, and I sincerely do not recommend Robinson. If you want to sit for an hour and not order food, then you are here. And if something happens to you, God forbid, then no one else will help you there. Everything is SOOOOO slow.
PS I am updating the review. Thanks to Tatiana, the head of the restaurant and banquet service, for resolving the situation and for the human attitude. The incident is over. We will definitely come back to you.

The place is generally not bad. But for the first time we met with a situation when the water in the hotel, in an unreasonably expensive hotel, is paid! One bottle of water upon check-in and that's it! The rest is for money. And everyone has to buy, because there is no alternative, there is no cafe or shop nearby (if without a car). This is, to put it mildly, piggish. Apparently, the lack of competition allows you to behave this way with customers.

Good service, the staff is polite. Nice clean rooms. Well-maintained territory. The aquazone is small and clean. The food is delicious in the restaurant and in the lobby.
A huge disadvantage is that during the pandemic and the outbreak of viral infections, none of the staff wears masks. No waiters in the bar, in the lobby, in the restaurant, no receptionists, no aquazones in the cafe, no maids. It was important for us.

We booked all the rooms for 5 days for the forum , everything seems to be fine according to the conditions . Good service , a comfortable country club , but there are questions about the cuisine , the menu is weak , like the dishes themselves , it is not tasty and these dishes are not worth the money , given that the prices here are above average . I do not recommend the kitchen categorically! My indignation was especially aroused when they brought me tagliatelli , which is indicated on the menu with turkey and truffle sauce , as a result 2 slices of over-dried turkey , practically no sauce and 2 pickled honeydew from the cheapest jar ! In short, it 's definitely not worth eating there , it 's easier to order delivery from normal restaurants !

a place with beautiful nature and a good number of rooms. We lived in a separate house. The house is a nice big one with three bedrooms. But the service and household filling of the house suffer a little in the hotel, there are not enough household utensils in the kitchen and there is no soap and tablets for the dishwasher in the house. At a price of 1,000 Belarusian rubles per day, you can add such things.

A great place to relax and travel by water transport on the Minsk Sea! In clear summer weather, it is a great pleasure to go out on a yacht with friends, and then sit for lunch. If the staff had been more efficient and less thoughtful, the joy would have been complete! The restaurant administration, I think, should activate the waiters to work.

Minuses
- the reservation at the reception was not found from the Island
- the mini-bar does not cool in the room
- the spa area is a mockery of the residents, it is simply impossible to get into the pool for free, every step is paid and all this is despite the dried lawn...
- with a claim to a VIP vacation, in fact, it is impossible to bask in the sun with children, we will definitely not go to this hotel in Belarus
- there are not even sun beds on the territory just to lie down
- for a 5-year-old child, I begged for a bed, which later they poked me that it was a compliment
- breakfast at the same time as the pool, complete nonsense
- the price has risen in total , in Belarusian rubles…
- There is no loyalty system in this hotel (there is no way to please guests)
- there is no animation for children 1 slide and a playground in the middle of the desert
- no one on the pier or in the pool is watching the residents, and there is water nearby ... very dangerous
Of the advantages, the rooms are clean and the spa is clean

We stayed in July 2022. This is our second time in Robinson. And we will definitely come back. I like everything, the rooms and the food, the territory and the aqua zone. The children are delighted. The staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant, the breakfasts are delicious, the dishes are varied. I wish the hotel not to slow down and maintain its leading position.

One of my favorite places. There is a very good SPA, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi with mineral water, several steam rooms, especially I like the Russian bath in which Irina can steam you for an additional fee. There is also a very good cuisine, very tasty dishes and reasonable prices.
We also like the atmosphere here, as if we were in Europe. There is a very beautiful territory here, there is a playground for children.
We also like to rent a cottage, houses with a sauna and a Jacuzzi with a company for all kinds of events. We really like it here.

Booked the presidential suite
1. We arrived, no one met us.
2. The facade of the building is shot completely.
3. Room, floor scratch on scratch!
The Jacuzzi is flowing from nowhere.
The TV is ancient. Accordingly, there is no smart TV (they don't know what it is at all)
4. Kitchen... The choice is small and meager.
5. There is no service. They do not understand what it is to make a customer leave a tip!!!
The most stupid and generally incomprehensible thing!!!!! On his wife's birthday, no one congratulated her, not a word, not any kind of cupcake with a candle.. No one cares about the word at all!!! Although the staff knew ☝️
In general, I do not recommend this place or Belarus in general.
There are no roads, everything is more expensive than in Russia, there is no service and there is nothing to do there.

The place, of course, is considered the best in Minsk, but the service is lame everywhere except at the reception. Very good massage therapists, but the restaurant, with its wonderful cuisine, leaves much to be desired in service. We ordered dinner on the yacht, took a deposit for the dishes, and then refused to return it and imposed room service, which the restaurant manager Maria did not say anything about before the event. Her answer to the guests "I'm still busy, take a walk for now" was also surprised - it does not pull at the declared level of service in any way - rather a rural cafe. It's a very unpleasant feeling. Of course, we paid for everything, but such behavior cannot leave a pleasant impression in any way. Nikita is a very kind and pleasant waiter - thank him for his kindness and attentive service.

Beautiful territory, a good children's complex, lots of trampolines, a spa area nearby, you can walk through the gallery of the hotel, clean, cleaning every day, a great breakfast. Cons-it is not possible to stay in the pool area for a long time, it smells very much of bleach. I had to wait a very long time for dinner at the restaurant, although the restaurant was not even half full)) The serving and decoration of dishes are also three-fold.

One single negative!!! One morning, early in the morning, they turned on the music in the spa area, it was heard everywhere. And it was 7-8 in the morning. Otherwise, it's good. Swimming pool, saunas are great!!! The restaurant menu is not big, but I'm fine. The territory is good, Parking, all the windows of the rooms are not on the sunny side.
