Minus one star for the disgustingly unstable wifi on site. It is not possible to watch videos or hang out on social networks. Moreover, after complaints, it works stably for a while, but then it goes back to the constant reboot mode. Another minus star for the general condition of the rooms. Everywhere, something starts to break. The lock to the toilet does not work properly and to close the toilet you have to slam the toilet door several times. Of course, this does not happen in one room, and as a result, being in the room, you hear everyone on the floor slamming toilet doors. In general, the audibility in the rooms is a separate story. If a noisy company or a young couple comes to your neighbors, be sure you and your children will hear everything.

You can walk on tiles and a good paved path, not in sand or mud as in Minsk
Go on a yacht or catamaran and take wonderful photos
Get a two-wheeled vehicle for rent and get high in a new location
5 minutes from the ring road in fact by car at a speed of 120 allowed
Prices are above average, but Vibe compensates for this

One of the most pretentious places is in the city of Minsk. Comfortable rooms, the cost is more than affordable. Inadequate prices for pool services - hourly payment and SPA. Otherwise, we contacted the reception staff several times - they were very slow, we constantly had to remind them. The breakfast was pleased with the variety of dishes. The territory is well maintained, the center of Minsk is 20 minutes away by car. In general, the rest went with a bang. We took a cottage, downstairs there is a large kitchen and a table for 10 people. There are three bedrooms upstairs. It's cozy enough. The car can be parked right next to the cottage.

I was there at a corporate party, the place is very beautiful, the halls are large, bright, there is water outside the window, it feels like in the middle of a lake. I liked the service very much, everyone is polite and correct. Our waiter at the table, Marina, is beyond praise!!! Thank you, Marina!! I also liked the hotel room, it was clean, spacious, neat)) Thank you to the Robinson Complex, for a good rest!!! Unfortunately, I was there for the first time and somehow I didn't have time for a photo, next time I will definitely do it!!! Thanks!! Yes, you can come in your own car, there are Parking spaces.

Well, it's definitely not 5 stars. We stayed for the trip in two rooms, a junior suite and a standard. A paradox, but the standard is better) It feels like the junior suite is a converted utility room. Only they forgot about the heating there. It's cold in the bathroom. The floors are icy, even the palace does not save) There is no towel rail, no battery either. It's cold to wash. The room is also cool, nothing is regulated. Well, the most chic is the extra space. It seemed very hard, like sleeping on a piece of wood. It turns out that it didn't seem like it! They unzipped the so-called mattress and saw a piece of plywood with a not very thick layer of foam on it. Wow! And you say 5 stars. They told the reception, they changed it to a normal one, with an orthopedic base and a normal mattress. But! After moving into a standard room, we found the same mess here. They told me right away to change it. Our bed was brought. And so all the other additional places are similar. Such clamshells could have been found 20 years ago, and it's a shame to leave them in a hotel that positions itself as 5 stars!
The breakfasts are normal, for 4.

A huge disadvantage is that during the pandemic and the outbreak of viral infections, none of the staff wears masks. No waiters in the bar, in the lobby, in the restaurant, no receptionists, no aquazones in the cafe, no maids. It was important for us.

Good service , a comfortable country club , but there are questions about the cuisine , the menu is weak , like the dishes themselves , it is not tasty and these dishes are not worth the money , given that the prices here are above average . I do not recommend the kitchen categorically! My indignation was especially aroused when they brought me tagliatelli , which is indicated on the menu with turkey and truffle sauce , as a result 2 slices of over-dried turkey , practically no sauce and 2 pickled honeydew from the cheapest jar ! In short, it 's definitely not worth eating there , it 's easier to order delivery from normal restaurants !

Sunday afternoon turned out to be the most negative review on the Robinson Club, which can make an excellent article for the online reader.
- we waited for the waiter on the terrace of the restaurant for more than an hour, and did not take the order. Twice we asked another waitress to take an order or to call our one. The receptionist and other waiters were constantly walking around, no one came up during this time…
- A child, playing on the playground, cut his eyebrow very badly, ran all covered in blood. When asked to call an ambulance, give a clean napkin or towel, first aid kit or peroxide. The answer was: “But we don't have any!”. The sight is creepy and unpleasant, the whole restaurant is filled with visitors and ABSOLUTELY indifferent waiters and administrators who cannot help, did not even offer to go to the toilet to wash the child… After several requests, they brought ice and thanks for that.
Bottom line: everything is already fine with the child, first aid was provided at the medical center, and I sincerely do not recommend Robinson. If you want to sit for an hour and not order food, then you are here. And if something happens to you, God forbid, then no one else will help you there. Everything is SOOOOO slow.
PS I am updating the review. Thanks to Tatiana, the head of the restaurant and banquet service, for resolving the situation and for the human attitude. The incident is over. We will definitely come back to you.

One bottle of water upon check-in and that's it! The rest is for money. And everyone has to buy, because there is no alternative, there is no cafe or shop nearby (if without a car). This is, to put it mildly, piggish. Apparently, the lack of competition allows you to behave this way with customers.

But the service and household filling of the house suffer a little in the hotel, there are not enough household utensils in the kitchen and there is no soap and tablets for the dishwasher in the house. At a price of 1,000 Belarusian rubles per day, you can add such things.
