A very good place, we went there for the weekend, there is a Jacuzzi, 2 swimming pools, although the outdoor one did not work in September. The staff is very polite, all issues are quickly resolved, there is an excellent restaurant nearby, which is part of the complex. Despite the monopoly of the restaurant in this area, the service and quality of the dishes were very pleasantly surprised, everything is at a very good level, even compared to many countries in Europe. Of course, taking into account the lack of sea in the Republic of Belarus, the view even of the reservoir, it is the Minsk Sea, complements the local landscapes very much! I recommend it!

I liked the hotel as a whole, but the staff leaves much to be desired and the restaurant. Draniki are made from frozen and sold at a very high price, the staff in the spa area does not solve issues, this is unacceptable for that level of the hotel.

There is no service! The complete indifference of the staff.
Because of their lack of professionalism, medicines for the child were spoiled. Since the temperature in the minibar is not low enough, we carry with us a compressor car refrigerator for storing medicine (it works both from an auto outlet and from 220), and we bring it into the room. The reception warned that we would bring our refrigerator to the room to store medicine for the child. As a result, they did not warn the maids, and when cleaning the room, they took out the card and de-energized the room, thereby turning off our refrigerator. By the way, we had a great trip around Belarus, we stopped in Grodno and Brest, and this information was taken into account everywhere. But here our medicines were ruined. And the next delivery of these medicines from Israel is next month! Then again, they showed their unprofessionalism - I gave the cold storage batteries to freeze (just in case we take them on the road when leaving, in case something happens to the refrigerator). But the next day they were given to me unfrozen!!! How so?! Are there no well-functioning freezers in the hotel? And how do they feed people then?

The breakfasts are tasteless. The restaurant on the shore was also upset. We had dinner once - none of us liked it! The rest of the days we went to Minsk to eat, there are restaurants where they cook delicious food.
The shower cabin was leaking in the room, after taking a shower there was a large puddle on the floor near the toilet.
Of the advantages:
The rooms are not small, it is comfortable with a child.
There are swimming pools (although the indoor pool is a little cold)
The boat rental service was pleased.
As you can see, there are few advantages, but the disadvantages are huge!
A deplorable situation happened to us in general - would-be workers left the child without treatment!

02.07.2022 we were at the graduation. Robinson was the organizer of the graduation. The cost per person is 120 cu. For this money, from 19 to 2:30, two dishes were taken out-a rubber piece of beef, which stood from 20 to the beginning of the first, not the first freshness and a piece of pie, a piece rather. Cheeses were overloaded, decanters with juices were rarely updated. The meat and vegetables were good. Alcohol... is the worst thing that ever happened. The bar's menu included whiskey Cola, gin and tonic, mojito and champagne. All alcohol, without exception, was watery, the request to pour whiskey without Cola was refused, the bartender could not answer the question "why is it so disgusting, what kind of drinks are these?" After 3-4 cocktails, I felt terribly sick, on 04.07 after graduation I was lying with poisoning, I sin on alcohol.
The waiters are not at all efficient, the request to make coffee was ignored, dirty, cold plates were on the table all the time. The presenter was busy all the time and ignored questions and requests.
The banquet hall looks like a school cafeteria.
This institution positions itself as a good one, but in all respects it is no better than a diner from the hinterland. If you want to visit a good place, then you should look for something else

You need to understand that this is a factory for marrying people :) This is not a bad thing, but during your vacation you will realize that everything revolves around weddings nearby.
I also noticed that this is an ideal place to meet with mistresses, which is confirmed by the contingent (older men and young girls). The place is remote from the city and prying eyes, so it makes sense.
The kitchen is good, the menu is very varied. The prices are high, but not prohibitive. The staff, represented by the waiter and the captain of the yacht, were as friendly and professional as possible.
It is difficult to take a taxi back to the city, you will need to wait for the car decently.
