They need to learn a little from the owners of country hotels of this kind in the Moscow region (specifically, the Forest Art Resort and the Sunny Park Hotel). It is not clear why such a framework regarding visiting the aquazone is from 7.00 to 11.00 in the morning. Wind up the cost of living a little and make an unlimited stay in the aquazone, it's just humiliating to see different accommodation options when booking...There's no need for that...in the end, the cost of servicing this aquazone does not depend on the number of guests and the time of visit, it's just enough to close for 1-2 hours for san at lunch.processing. Of the animations, there are only 1 different fitness classes per day. In the evenings it is completely boring, no events, although we could arrange karaoke or a disco, or evening activities with animators, such as mafia games, etc. One of the advantages is very good breakfasts in the hotel itself, the chefs are smart! The restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner also left a double impression: the oysters were excellent, the freshest, the hot was also at a good level, but there were comments and wishes for the salads that I left with the chefs. Good luck and prosperity, but taking into account my wishes!

I do not advise celebrating any big events in this institution, in particular proms. Let's start the story with free alcohol, namely the free-bar. It was expected that it would be possible to order not only cocktails, but just pure alcohol. But no, you could only drink cocktails, and no answer was received to the question asked to the bartender about what kind of whiskey is added to cocktails. And the food was just mediocre, rubber beef from a cow that died of its own accord, not the level for such a place and their positioning. Also, the hall itself and the smell in it left much to be desired, everything reminded me of a canteen.
The result of the evening is an ambulance call, after drinking three cocktails and food poisoning.

An old, depressing and uncomfortable hotel. The numbers are already dead. Constant parties, karaoke, some kind of passageway. Tasteless and expensive food in the restaurant. Strange breakfasts. Paid swimming pool for residents. They don't even give water in the room, everything is for money.
Of the advantages: good staff, which keeps it all going, beautiful territory (which is not the merit of the hotel), and that's it.

We had a rest at the end of May 2022 and were very lucky with the weather. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, cozy. The staff works at 200% starting from the girls at the reception, ending with the service staff. Thanks to all of them!!! Yes, there is plain water when you check in, but if you decide to extend your stay for another day, then the supplies are not replenished. There is no cooler on the floor. To take a pill, you have to go to the lobby bar.

We celebrated the New Year 2021 at the Robinson Restaurant, the program itself was not bad. The food is enough too, basically. We visit the spa relatively often, I really like the spa complex: clean, cozy, few people usually, the massage is good!
But it was the first time we had the experience of staying in a hotel in this complex. It seems that everything, in general, is not bad, but in the room right at the entrance there were mosquito nets sticking out from behind the closet, which personally spoiled the whole aesthetics for me, the light bulbs were in lamps of different colors, more than half of the cold color (economy mode), which is not intended for residential premises and does not promote rest. There were no personal hygiene products in the bathroom in the room (cotton swabs, discs, and other small things that are usually available in hotels). Although, we had a suite. The room was very uncomfortable, all the lights and all the lamps had to be turned on manually, no New Year's decor or decor at all. And the interior itself is outdated...As for the first floor in the restaurant, the 2000s.
Upon eviction, it was discovered that drinks were not included in the breakfast. For which it was necessary to pay separately, I have not seen this anywhere else, having traveled a couple dozen countries ... well, they could have just warned, a trifle, but unpleasant.
In general, the spa and restaurant staff are very polite. The hotel has a nuance with the reception.
I am writing a review solely with the wishes to improve the service, as I would really like to visit again in the future and see improvements.

I came for the new Year. I paid for a suite with a New Year's celebration in the restaurant. The room is tired, the food is worse than ever. We decided to order borscht after the trip, they brought it with boiled sausage. Interesting of course, but not tasty from the word at all! On New Year's Eve, the menu is for 2, there is 1 bottle of semi-sweet on the table. Ask the client what he wants, why. On the night of January 1st to 2nd, my child and I vomited, had a fever, and were poisoned. Lying down all day. Poisoning was recorded. The lawyer prepares the relevant documents for consumer supervision. It's either food or aquazone.

Rexotrn is just gastro chic, I will not say that it is cheap, but in Minsk there are prices much more expensive. It should qualify as available. But when you get there, there is a complete LUHARI-LUHARI :) :) :)
HOTEL. This service is at the highest level. We were a little unlucky. Since we didn't have hot water in the morning, it was warm, but it didn't work with a hot shower.
The aqua zone is at a good level, decent and beautiful. There is, BUT the same Astoria is no worse for me. The RUSSIAN BATHHOUSE saves the situation separately. There's a bath attendant who knows her job. It would not be black, without nobility or frills, at an excellent level in autumn. I think any tourist will be torn apart)))
