It's a wonderful place. The standard room is 290 rubles. Breakfast and swimming pool, sauna are included. From 7:30 to 11. The area is clean!
The bar in the hotel itself is excellent, you can eat and drink 24 hours.
But the restaurant disappointed, because it's dirty! There was a spider web over the table, they moved to another table, a fly on the windowsill. If there is such dirt in the hall, then it is scary to imagine what is happening in the kitchen.

The Robinson Hotel has been visited several times over the past few years. Summer and winter. It gets worse every year. Definitely, the situation in summer is being pulled out by a newly built outdoor swimming pool. That's where the advantages end. The rooms require renovation. Moreover, they were in the same room twice (220). A rubber band was torn off in the shower door, but they were 4 months apart. They do not put bags in trash baskets, there are no hygiene bags. The cleaning lady basically does not throw away the bags from the slippers. After cleaning, for some reason, they took the second card from the room.
But the biggest disappointment is the round-the-clock food (room service) from the lobby bar. In the evening, we ordered a Hamburger steak and risotto, in fact we received rice porridge with mushrooms and a terrible cutlet on a piece of ordinary black bread. The cutlet contained very strange inclusions and an extremely terrible taste. We had tried these dishes several times in the restaurant earlier (in the summer), and it was a completely different meal. The reception doesn't pick up the phone the first time. And getting through to the restaurant and bar is a whole problem.
As a result, the hotel looks like it's dying. If it wasn't for the spa… Next time we'll go to a hotel in the city.

I give 5 stars, BUT there are some points:
Cons:
1. When booking, the amount was indicated less than it turned out to be (not a competent employee)
2. When booking, on the part of the hotel, it is necessary to notify the client about weddings and events, because houses 7,8,9 and 10 are located in the immediate vicinity of the tent (the music is hammering notably until 1 night)
3. A separate topic about the SPA:
3.1 There is not enough "package holidays" (I constantly relax at the ARFA hotel in Sochi, where the SPA is included in the package of accommodation) 3.2
For hotel guests, then I would like a 20% discount for visiting the whole day, and not until 11:00
4. Breakfast: included in the package of accommodation is mandatory.

We had booked a house with a Jacuzzi and a sauna.
We were able to use the Jacuzzi only after 11 pm. Since when we checked in, it was turned off and left.
Also, part of the injectors did not work in it.
Well, it's almost not a working control panel.
But if you put aside the problems with the Jacuzzi, then you can relax in principle.

They need to learn a little from the owners of country hotels of this kind in the Moscow region (specifically, the Forest Art Resort and the Sunny Park Hotel). It is not clear why such a framework regarding visiting the aquazone is from 7.00 to 11.00 in the morning. Wind up the cost of living a little and make an unlimited stay in the aquazone, it's just humiliating to see different accommodation options when booking...There's no need for that...in the end, the cost of servicing this aquazone does not depend on the number of guests and the time of visit, it's just enough to close for 1-2 hours for san at lunch.processing. Of the animations, there are only 1 different fitness classes per day. In the evenings it is completely boring, no events, although we could arrange karaoke or a disco, or evening activities with animators, such as mafia games, etc. One of the advantages is very good breakfasts in the hotel itself, the chefs are smart! The restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner also left a double impression: the oysters were excellent, the freshest, the hot was also at a good level, but there were comments and wishes for the salads that I left with the chefs. Good luck and prosperity, but taking into account my wishes!

I do not advise celebrating any big events in this institution, in particular proms. Let's start the story with free alcohol, namely the free-bar. It was expected that it would be possible to order not only cocktails, but just pure alcohol. But no, you could only drink cocktails, and no answer was received to the question asked to the bartender about what kind of whiskey is added to cocktails. And the food was just mediocre, rubber beef from a cow that died of its own accord, not the level for such a place and their positioning. Also, the hall itself and the smell in it left much to be desired, everything reminded me of a canteen.
The result of the evening is an ambulance call, after drinking three cocktails and food poisoning.

We had a rest at the end of May 2022 and were very lucky with the weather. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, cozy. The staff works at 200% starting from the girls at the reception, ending with the service staff. Thanks to all of them!!!
