The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars, no more, you can not enter the shared toilets in the hotel at all, the rooms are dirty, the showers are dirty with fungus, the air conditioners do not work in all rooms, the buffet is rated 3.

We had a rest from September 21 to October 1, we liked the hotel, the check-in took place on time, very friendly staff at the reception, cleaning was carried out regularly, the food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Attention!!! Don't waste your money!!! Who gives five stars and admires the hotel, thanks in quotes, fell for the reviews, the hotel is not worth the money from the word at all, dirty bathrooms, showers, rooms are the worst I've ever met, the food is a complete nightmare, they just gave rotten fish and it was the last straw of patience, to leave a review. Everything else is so mediocre that there is nothing to say. Alcohol is far from ultra all inclusive, the quality is normal, but the choice is from the category of priestesses that were given. The beach towels stink. In the room, the light works on the motion sensor, respectively, when you go to bed, the air conditioner also turns off. There is nothing in the rooms, only a safe, a hairdryer and 1 hygiene kit for three. A terrible hotel, dirty shabby rooms, are cleaned very rarely and cleaning consists in replacing towels and taking out garbage, after a couple of days the bed broke, the air conditioner stopped working, the batteries ran out in the safe, this was reported to the reception, but nothing was done, drinks are poured into dirty glasses with dried pieces of citrus at the bar. Dinner is scheduled until 21.00, my wife and I came at 20.30 and already cleaned everything, when asked why they cleaned the food so early, they replied that they always clean at such a time. And most importantly, there was a fire during our vacation. The first smells were felt at 10.00 and the evacuation took place closer to one o'clock in the morning. The alarm was opened and pressed by the guests but did not work. I think they didn't want publicity and wanted to put it out on their own, but they couldn't do it quickly, so the whole hotel smoked, and it's not small, the fire alert was that they ran through the rooms and knocked shouting fire. Firefighters arrived when we were already outside, but they were deliberately not allowed on the hotel grounds. There was no ambulance at all.The only thing I liked was the restaurant bar on the beach overlooking the sea. Let me remind you that this hotel positions itself as a five-star ultra, maybe it was like that once, but in fact it is a triple with a huge minus.

We're in this hotel right now. The hotel is good. Cons there is no shampoo and conditioner for hair, tubbed sunbeds and umbrellas. We drove to the hotel at 1.20, Pros the food is good fish beef sometimes sushi seafood. Alcohol is good imported. The animation is cool, well done Dasha is generally a bomb, fun every day and after 23 a disco on the beach.

The hotel is life-threatening! There was a fire at the hotel tonight from October 15th to 16th. There was heavy smoke, the warning system is either completely absent or does not work. The staff does not know what to do in such cases. It was only after the entire hotel was covered in smoke that they started knocking on rooms and waking people up. As it turned out in the morning, not everyone was notified and people slept in smoky rooms. We spent two hours outside, and when we were allowed to return, there was nothing to breathe from the smoke in the room. I had to open the windows, but I didn't have to sleep, because there is a nightclub nearby, where the music rumbles until 5 am. There are many families with young children in the hotel. Imagine what it's like at 12 at night with a small child going down a smoke-filled staircase! This is the main thing about the hotel. And the fact that there is no cleaning, the cleaner comes into the room every other day, towels are changed, garbage is taken out, water is replenished also every other day — these are small things. There is only liquid soap in the bathroom, designed for everything. And this is all in a hotel that rated itself as 5-star! Think before you come here!

The only problems are the air conditioners (which are turned on according to schedule and which do not cope with the word at all with a large hotel load) and small rooms (perhaps not all, but the standard is small). Ice cream is served near the slides in the afternoon. Late at night - soup. There is a cafeteria, I make different coffee cocktails (cold and hot) - delicious There is A la carte, we went to a fish restaurant (I don't remember what it's called), fish and shrimp - fire. A la carte is served in the restaurant on the beach, with a very beautiful view of the sea in the evening. There is imported alcohol (sometimes local alcohol is poured, but you can ask what exactly to pour, or what to make a cocktail from - they will never refuse). The bar does NOT work around the clock as stated, there is a break like from 12 to 3 (I may be mistaken) It is close to the sea, there is also a restaurant with a bar (wine and beer from alcohol, burgers, pizza, fries, salads, vegetables, fruits from food) The entrance to the sea is pebbles, we didn't risk it without special shoes, the water is clean, there is a pier with sun beds, there were enough sun beds at high occupancy. I was impressed by the evening animation, a whole show every day, it was not repeated during the rest. The hotel is in the city, there is a place to walk in the evening. You can also smoke a hookah in the hotel, bargain, discount the price well (mostly for girls) I advise you to go for a massage at the hotel, maybe I got a good master (girl), the massage was cool We recommend a buggy ride in the evening (?? I don't remember what it's called, a car for 3-4 people), it's more expensive in the hotel, you can leave the hotel to the right, stay to the left of the inverted house and at the next intersection on the right side there will be a box with tours, excursions, etc., there are these cars twice cheaper. The hotel is very large, it was fully loaded in July. Huge queues at the restaurant. Frequent power outages. The central air conditioner in each room works in its own way, people complained. The staff can not cope with cleaning the common areas. Otherwise, the hotel is good, a huge territory, a water park. The rooms are well renovated. 03/16/2024 at Coral Travel (travel agent Ambitur LLC, contract number 16-03-24-08-CO), I bought and fully paid for a 10-night tour to this hotel with the arrival date 02.09.2024. The tour was intended as a wedding gift for the newlyweds. Actually, they chose the hotel according to their tastes. 08/26/2024, i.e. 5.5 months later and 5 days before the wedding, the hotel sent a notification about the impossibility of accommodation!!! How is this even possible?! Were you silent for 5.5 months, used my money, and then abruptly changed your mind? It looks very much like a scam. After reading the latest reviews about the hotel, which were not yet available in March, I found out that it is normal practice for the Rocks Royal to settle tourists in rooms of a lower category or send them to other hotels. I sincerely advise everyone who chooses a hotel to stay in Kemer to avoid this hotel, so as not to live in cubicles instead of standard rooms (read other reviews) or not to be left without a long-awaited vacation at all!

It lasted for several days! - I had to walk 4 times to get clean towels! The disgruntled guy eventually, reluctantly, pointed to the basket with the crumpled towels he had brought. It's not clear at all if they were in the wash. - The whole building of the hotel smells of food and toilet - the hood is either missing or not working - A water park with closed slides without water. We went to swear! The child was brought because of him. The next day, they opened 2 out of 5, it seems. - My husband went to the advertised hammam and came back all wet. They didn't even give me a towel. But again they imposed massage! - The numbers are patched. There is no elementary cup for toothbrushes. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - all in one bottle. - On the first day I washed with ice water. After the complaint, something was sent. - We ordered a standard room for a family for 2 adults and a child of 7 years old - there are 3 separate beds in the room! + The room is large and has plenty of closets and storage space. I have not seen such luxury for a long time! This is the only significant advantage. + There is animation, but I don't know about the quality, we don't like this prank. + The food is good, varied, and available everywhere. But it took a long time to find a place in the restaurant. Drinks are plentiful and even alcohol, which I cannot appreciate, because we do not abuse. The compatriots were already reveling in the morning and before the terrible scenes and before vomiting. A separate story is how people behave for the most part - garbage, leftovers, and so on are all around. The staff tries to keep order. The territory is well maintained, the location is pleasant, the views are stunning. We spent a week in Antalya at a business hotel and a week here, and we wanted to go home. In the photo, the view from the room window is the work of the kitchen, the smell in the room. I do not recommend it!

The room is standard, everything seems to be there (there is no tea or kettle in the room) but it is so shabby.We took an early booking tour, so we accept it as it is, although it is also not cheap, now the prices for the hotel are off the scale, but it is not worth that kind of money.The territory is not small, the children will not be bored. The food is monotonous. Coffee is tasteless, as is Turkish tea. Baklava was given once every 3 days. I ate the same thing every day for lunch and dinner. There are only 2 types of ice cream (only one edible) and in a certain 2 hours. I don't drink strong alcohol, I was hoping for cocktails. But all 3 cocktails have the same composition-rum, sprite and coloring syrup (mojito-green, sunrise-orange). One beer, a draught beer. There is no champagne. The animation is terrible. The whole husband staff is hitting on you. There is nothing to do in the hotel except drink. It's like being in the Recreation Center of Russia. Who loves alcohol, verka serdyuchka and affectionate May-you will like it. I do not recommend it to others. The hotel reaches a maximum of 3 stars

Let's start from the beginning of arrival, I have been to Turkey a lot of times, I have been to 4 and 5 stars, but this hotel pulls in a bad four. If you want normal service, relaxation and cleanliness, you definitely will not go to this hotel. We arrived at 9 p.m., settled in a room without Windows. They said they would move to another one in 2 days. I gave 20 euros, they said not enough, I need another 30 euros, then there will be a good room with a working air conditioner. They gave 5035 rooms on the 5th floor. The air conditioner was really working. This is a great happiness, because the air conditioners did not work on the floor of the hotel and it was at a heat of 44 degrees. The worst thing for us was that there was no internal air conditioning in the entire hotel. There is no word at all- even in a restaurant. You're eating and you're sweating, it's terrible, disgusting, how can this be in a 5-star hotel. Cleaning is dangerous, the room was cleaned once in 5 days, people put garbage in the corridor because it was not cleaned from the rooms. The bed was changed once in the 8 days we were there. And this is for all the vacationers with whom we communicated. The hotel itself is dirty, the toilets are like at a train station in a remote village, there is garbage everywhere, it stinks everywhere. The drinks at the bar are disgusting, they try to make cocktails, but these are not cocktails, but a surrogate and muddy mixture. We got a room with a sea view, thanks a lot for that) Cleaning was done every day, but it consisted solely of changing towels, adding bath accessories and making the bed. The floor has not been washed once in a week.... There are animators, but they spend all the time near the pool, if you are at sea, then have fun yourself)) You can watch the evening shows, we went a couple of times, but preferred to walk around the city. I do not recommend taking excursions from hotel guides at all, it is 2 times cheaper in the city (we personally made sure) The sea was clean and warm. We preferred to take sun beds on the pier, we liked to jump off it)) But in order to take a sunbed under an umbrella, come before breakfast, that is, early (I take it quickly). There are a lot of sun beds on the shore and there are a lot of free ones at any time. To enter the sea from the shore, take corals, it hurts your feet to walk on such pebbles. In general, to summarize, we had a good rest, we did not pay much attention to all the disadvantages. I would have returned to this hotel-no)) we tried it and that's enough)

The hotel is terrible. I don't know which 5* I'm talking about. The rooms are dirty, old repairs, rust and the smell of mold. The air conditioning in some rooms blows warm air. They settled on arrival in a room in which the air conditioner was blowing warm air, several times they asked to fix it, the masters came and said something like "it blows and thank God", they asked to relocate, they promised to relocate at the reception but forgot to call back and as a result "there are no available rooms". Due to the terrible operation of the air conditioner, I had a heat stroke at night and was taken to the hospital on insurance. When we returned from the hospital, we went to the reception and asked to be relocated, which we were refused. Having decided to move out of this hotel, since we did not want to go to the hospital a second time, we came to tell the reception about it, we were offered to approach the authorities at a certain time. They came up and gave us the keys to the room without talking and said that we could move to another room. None of the bosses even came out to us, respectively. They moved us and we were happy about that too. In the other room, the air conditioning was working properly and overall the room was better with a view of the mountains and the sea (a small piece), but the condition of the room is still terrible, as well as mold, rust and poor repair. The hotel is cleaned daily, but for 8 days we have never had our bed linen changed. There is a large selection of food in the kitchen, both Turkish and European food, of course there are queues for delicious food, people and children in the dining room run like savages with plates as if they do not have time. On the beach, sun beds should be occupied in advance, there are not enough of them. It is also necessary to borrow on the pier (people come in the morning, leave their towels, no matter how busy they are and leave for the whole day, it is disgusting). There are not enough umbrellas on the pier, well, or people do not have enough brains - they will arrange their sunbed on all sides with umbrellas and lie down, people who watch the pier do not react to this in any way. On the last day we went to a restaurant on the beach, a fish day. They brought shrimps, a small plate and fish. We waited about an hour for the first course. At the end, dessert was waiting, without even waiting, we went to the dining room so as not to die of hunger. The hammam in the hotel, I don't know how it is everywhere, we heard a lot of good reviews, we didn't like it, everything is sloppy and painful. But there is nothing to compare it with. Of the advantages of Wi-Fi everywhere.

We rested for 8 days, during this time the room was never cleaned properly, and for the first 2 days we did not even go in, we had to go to the reception and talk about problems, but this did not change anything, during this time we changed towels 2 times only and threw the garbage out of the bins, that's when their room service ended. In some rooms, the air conditioning does not work and we got one of these rooms, but it was good that in the evenings it was more or less fresh outside, we slept with an open balcony. But otherwise, in principle, everything was fine, the food was monotonous but not bad, you can eat. Bartenders and animators are also good funny guys.

We had a rest in May 2024. The hotel is normal, but NOT 5*. Restaurant: the food is not very diverse, fish, chicken, meat, vegetables, fruits (watermelon, pears, apples). Sweets for 4 cups are baklava , cakes are solid semolina. Animation 👎. In the evenings there was Karaoke, Turkish night with belly dancing, Mr. Hotel, Men against Women, Foam party, children's program - yes, everything was...but after 15 min.music in Turkish...And no disco. In the neighboring hotels, people were relaxing and having fun...and we went to the center for a walk...By the way, the center of Kemer is not far away.There are good shops. There are branded ones. And there are bazaars too, everything is cheaper there. Near the port, Mac'Donalds, Starbucks.This is not the first time in Kemer- and this hotel is the most creepy of those where we have been. The leading animator conducted all the evenings well, but turned out to be a boor when they asked me to turn on Russian music and sent me on a trip...there are large pebbles on the beach, even in sneakers it is not very convenient to walk. We arrived at the hotel on June 24. Oksana, the hostess, got in touch with us, informed us about the hotel and settled us in an additional building. We did not like the room in the building, the next morning we were moved to the main building of the hotel. The hotel compensated us for the inconvenience with pleasant surprises in the form of a separate rest on the beach in a booth, wine and fruit were brought to the room in the evening, it was unexpected and pleasant. A huge and special thank you to Oksana, she always helped us and solved all our questions throughout the rest.

I want to tell you my impressions about my stay at the Rox Royal Hotel, which claims 5 stars, but in fact a weak 3. We arrived at the hotel at night, went to the reception. The receptionist came out and provided us with a "room" on the ground floor. No one took us to the room itself, he just gave us the keys and told us the room number. We searched for a long time where it was, asking the hotel staff along the way, who also had no idea where the room was. As it turned out, the room was in the basement, at the end of a long corridor on the first floor (down the stairs, this room is located there, and we were tired from the road carrying our suitcases ourselves, also up the stairs, there is no elevator to this floor). In front of the entrance to the room there was all the trash and garbage of the hotel, as well as all the equipment of the room cleaner, namely a cart, buckets, rags, pot, cigarette butts, used gloves, etc. Photos will be attached. The room itself, if it could be called a five-star hotel room, was in a disgusting state: it was dirty, the bed linen and towels were dirty, the curtains were stained, possibly with blood. The room stank of damp, the floors were dirty. There were no bathroom accessories in the bathroom, which must necessarily be in the room at the entrance, there was no shampoo, soap, etc. In addition, the door to the balcony was faulty, it would not close. It was simply dangerous to stay in such a room!! We asked the hotel receptionist to replace the room, which was refused. The administrator of the hotel said that if we wanted a normal room, then we had to come during the day, not at night (despite the fact that we wanted to, but the flight was delayed, and this is not our fault). He also stated that we had to book a place at the hotel in advance, that the hotel is now overcrowded and there are no normal rooms. Although we booked the seats back in March 2024!!!! At the same time, the administrator of the five-star hotel said that it was our own fault that we chose a "poor" room, and also called us poor tourists. When booking, we chose the "double bed standard room", and settled us in a room with three beds. While stating that this "room" is the "double bed standard room". We did not check into the room and asked Izet to give us another one, but he did not want to contact us in any way, saying that he would never give us another room. Thus, until 11 o'clock in the afternoon (we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m.), we sat at the reception, and at the same time watched the tourists leave, which means other rooms were vacated. We again asked Izet to provide us with another number from among those who were released, but again and again we received a categorical refusal!! To solve this problem, it was necessary to wait for the hotel guide "ANEX" and the hotel administrator. But it was necessary to wait until 9-10 o'clock in the afternoon. After waiting for the hotel guide, when we told where we were accommodated, the guide himself said that this was not a residential room and it should not have been given to tourists. After the intervention of the ANEX guide, we were moved to the third floor at 11 p.m. Thus, from 2-30 am to 11 am we sat at the hotel reception!! The rest of the staff and the chief receptionist are also not very customer-oriented, because they just discounted the fact that we did not really understand the administration, saying it was our own fault, there was a misunderstanding. We experienced a lot of stress due to the indifference and indifference of the administrator of the Internet. We spent so much time on the road, tired and just arrived at the hotel, where we hoped to relax, gain strength and have a great time on vacation. We lost a lot of time, energy and nerves. I want to say that this is not the first time I have rested in hotels in Turkey, I visit here almost every year, but this is the first time I have encountered such a situation! To say that I'm in shock is not to say anything!!! By the way, the new room we checked into was certainly better than the previous one, but it was not particularly clean either. On the subject of food: the buffet is quite good, but finding a clean plate is a challenge, as is finding a place on the beach, and by the pool is a whole task. It's high time to refresh the hotel, the renovation is suffering here, and the staff should take lessons in politeness. It has long been necessary to repair not only the rooms, but also the hotel itself as a whole, it looks tired to put it mildly, in some areas of the hotel itself it smells of sewage, which is impossible to be nearby. The air conditioning in the room also does not work, as well as the safe. Since we have been here for more than 6 days, we are given the opportunity to go to the restaurant at the hotel, which is located on the beach, for free 1 time. There was a choice of Italian, fish and something else, I don't remember. So they came at the time as indicated on the invitation. We waited a long time for the first course - pasta. Then, after a while, they brought mashed potatoes with steak (wooden) and finally dessert. It turned out to be an absolutely not satisfying dinner. We regretted that we decided to go to this restaurant instead of having dinner at the hotel. The impressions of the hotel were very bad, I do not advise you to rest here, you will only spend money in vain!

We rested at the hotel from 03.09 to 10.09.2023. Family - two adults and a child of 5 years. When purchasing the tour, we were honestly told that it was a budget five. In fact, four. So it is. Therefore, we did not have disappointed expectations. Judging by the price level at the moment, we can say that the price-quality corresponds. In general, it's fine, our family liked everything. Of the advantages: + no rotoviruses + the restaurant is clean (no flies, plates and forks shine) + there are no complaints about food (meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruits, pastries) super simple!!! For every taste. Those who are waiting for lamb on a spit or tuna - you are not here, of course. + absolutely magnificent sea, warm, calm, transparent at any depth. Of the minuses: - there are a lot of people, crowds of people. If you come to the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner - there is a chance that you will be trampled. - there are no air conditioners in the hotel at all. In the elevator while going from the first floor to the fourth - you can lose consciousness. but! It is worth noting that we had a comfort room (they have a beautiful wooden door on the outside) and the air conditioning in it worked perfectly. The room was always cool. - it is difficult to find a place on the beach after 8:30. You need to come right early to take a chaise longue. * we had a Fit Holiday tour operator! We bought an excursion to the fenikuler (Takhtaly Mountain) from the hotel guide. Divorce for money! The info that the guide gave about the tour is not true this time. The guide is just a boy who knows nothing but the name of the mountain we are going to. I answered all the tourists ' questions: why are you asking me questions, just look out the window and admire the houses, leaves, trees. $ 60 per person, this tour is definitely not worth it! But this is a lyrical digression that has nothing to do with the hotel.

We had a strenuous "rest" in this hotel, from 06/22/2024 to 06/29.! No 5 stars, maximum 3. Upon checking into the room, I moved the beds and found someone's slipper, a moss of dust and a bunch of hair. The room was cleaned twice in a week. In-room bar(refrigerator) they were also filled twice with drinks and water-in a week. It is very hot in the dining room (restaurant), inside and outside.You're sitting at lunch and you're sweating. The air conditioners blow warm air in the rooms, you can't open the windows at night-it's stuffy and the music is late. In general, there were a lot of complaints at the reception, both from us and from the neighbors in the rooms, the result is zero!((( One plus-I liked the sea!
