The hotel does not exactly pull in 5 stars. We were in early May. The air conditioner didn't work at all. To our requests to turn on the air conditioning system, the reaction from the reception staff was in the form of daily promises and that was all. Room cleaning is not daily and leaves much to be desired, garbage was not taken out for several days, towels were not changed. The toilet seat is cracked. It is impossible to wash normally in the shower because of the constant temperature fluctuations of the water, then it was icy, then boiling water.
Among the advantages are a good and varied buffet, a good location of the hotel, its own beach, good massage therapists in the spa area, friendly Russian-speaking reception staff.

We are having a rest at the hotel now! We are satisfied with the conditions and innovations:a gorgeous pontoon, an excellent team of employees, and super animators! In previous seasons, there were some problems with a place on the beach, now you will find free places at any time. A very diverse menu, comfortable, unobtrusive service! I don't understand who writes good reviews about this hotel. Either these people have not been to normal hotels, or they are so positive in life.... I'm a realist. I often go to Turkey for work and to rest. We were at this hotel from October 2 to 6 . For work. We arrived in a group of 23 people at about 21.30. We were settled for 2 hours. The welcome morse was covered with a white cloth . Well, the lock was not hung up. Room - there are no dressing gowns, torn slippers, taped. There is no kettle, there is no cooler. The balcony is scanty. The roar of music until 00.30 . The plumbing is dead, everything is rusty and stained with some. According to the food - the food is cold, the crowd runs in from the beginning of lunch / dinner and demolishes something more or less edible. Even the sweets are the same, just different colors. There are no pastries for lunch or dinner. Plastic cheese. There is no service at all. The waiter only comes to pick up empty plates. Alcohol is disgusting, worse than in Egypt. The beach is small, large pebbles, sun beds are close to each other, you can't even walk between them. You won't find a place on the beach after 9 am.
One consolation is that I didn't pay for it. But even for free to this hotel, not a foot more.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 11.05 to 21.05, we were satisfied with the hotel, the staff is trying, the food is delicious, there were squid, mussels, shrimp and red fish several times. Definitely 5+! I had a rest in the second half of November. I liked everything! The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean, the bed is always fresh and pleasant, they cleaned constantly, changed towels every day, brought a lot. The only drawback is that they didn't give me a bathrobe.
Hammam and sauna are a paradise, I went for a massage - I really liked it. The staff is very, very polite. I rested my body and soul. The whole hotel always smelled delicious. The territory of the hotel is not large, but in off-season it is the most chic. There are a lot of shops nearby, there is an underground passage to the sea, it takes 3 minutes to walk. We have been staying at this hotel since September 14th of this year. I must say it's not 5 stars! The hotel is old, the rooms are mildewed, the towels are old. The refrigerator in the rooms is all flowing. Why do I write in the rooms, since I judge not only by my number, we went with friends, they had the same thing. Food ... well, you can eat, but not all) they basically did not cook porridge, they just poured rice with hot milk and then not cooked. The queues for baked bread are terrible.. One cook bakes them in front of you and everyone is waiting ( meat is only chicken , turkey , all stewed with vegetables . There was, for example, a chicken kebab on skewers, the next day it was mixed with vegetables (soups are not possible to eat at all. In general, the kitchen is so-so (I did not like it. The beach is basically close, but! Very very small. People come in, leave towels and leave. The Turks take them away (the loss of a towel is 20 euros) in general, it's a nightmare. Of the advantages, the sea is very warm and clean. It is not recommended with children!! Discos until late at night and audibility in the rooms as if you were dancing yourself)) even the earplugs didn't help. People go around complaining, but of course no one really listens.. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, so you can hear all the nightclubs in the area.. who liked this hotel, probably just wasn't in good (( we fell for the slides for children.. this is generally a tough topic, all the slides are not just old, but kapets are old, everything is flowing in cracks ((( in short, the weather and the sea saved.. That's it! Prices in Turkey for everything are terribly expensive now..

A very beautiful hotel, a large comfortable and beautiful territory with a wonderful view of the mountains. There is an excellent amphitheater near the hotel, water slides, although they no longer worked - it's not the season. The rooms are spacious, cleaning and linen change every day. The staff is polite and courteous. The food is varied, very tasty food and especially pastries. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea through an underground passage. Beach towels and deck chairs are free. The entrance is a pebble, but this is not critical, when you swim, there is no difference. Entertainment is different every evening, not far from the center of Kemer. I recommend the hotel, I would come to this hotel again

The pools are also good, by the way, there weren't many people, it's still not the season yet. The water park was open, the pool bars were open too, ice cream was at the water park at certain hours.
The location of the hotel is good, you can walk to the marina, shops, migros, Waikiki. Everywhere you can pay in dollars, change in lira.
The food at the hotel is the biggest minus (( when you go to Turkey, delicious, lots and varied dishes are one of the main criteria for a good holiday. There is a small selection of food here, the same thing is repeated almost every day. There is always a Neopolitan sauce, pasta, some baked peppers, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, fries, and some one (less often 2) meat dish: beef goulash and baked chicken, for example. Like all the reviews written above, I confirm that this is a solid 4, but definitely not 5 stars, as stated by the hotel. We rested here in the middle of July, during the very season of settlement of all guests. Because of this, there was a problem with providing rooms to guests.
Initially, at the reception we were offered to check into a room under the amphitheater, which does not even have windows. In a word, a barn that is signed as a "Garden room", which is NOT a standard (although the woman at the reception tried to prove to us that this is also a standard and they can move in there, although there is not even such a room on the hotel's website in the photo).
After half an hour of swearing at the reception desk, we were offered to spend the night in this room with separate beds (we checked in with the groom as a couple) and the next day move into a normal room in the hotel itself. They did not lie, the next day they provided a nice room with a view of the mountains, and also provided wine and fruits and a bed for one day near the sea as compensation.
This situation spoiled the first impressions of the holiday, it was a shame to tears that they were doing this to us. Even for an additional fee, they refused to provide a standard room, since there were many more guests than available rooms (big questions to the hotel on this score).
In this closet under the beds (which we asked to move 3 times and no one responded to the request!!) we found two dead cockroaches, a faulty shower, large cracks in the shower stall, used probes from the hotel and many other problems.
Of the other disadvantages: terrible stuffiness in the lobby, dining room, elevator, ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. Periodic interruptions of light, electricity, lack of hot water, not very high-quality room cleaning (only garbage was removed and bed linen and towels were changed, no more).
Among the advantages: good food in the dining room (a lot of variety, but sometimes it was not clear what was mixed in the trays), wonderful animators (very friendly Russian girls and guys from Turkey who speak English fluently), friendly bartenders, a variety of alcohol, good air conditioning in the room (apparently we were so lucky, because in other reviews are different), a lot of different entertainment for adults and children, very clean sea, large hotel area, close location to the center and all clubs, very good hammam (even did a free medical consultation after the massage).
It's more or less okay to go here once, but we definitely won't return to this hotel next time.

We checked into the room at night, changed it the next day, because a little music from the pool interfered with sleep during the day. The room was cleaned every day, water and juice were replenished every day. The beach is close, across the street, of course there are not enough sunbeds. The sea is very cool, clean and transparent. We had a rest in the summer of 21, we liked the hotel as a whole. Another plus is a lot of pines and shade from them, which allows you not to use an umbrella in principle. The sea is clean, good, there is a floating Pier. There is a shower on the beach. The beach is through an underpass, past a zoo with smelly chickens and geese) but this is certainly not so important, but still.. There is a snack bar on the beach. There are fries, nuggets, pizza, drinks, snacks are quite possible. The main restaurant. Since there were in Covid times- there were very long queues for food, the cooks imposed it. There is a lot of space in the restaurant, but still not everyone had enough and had to eat outside, which is not very comfortable during the day, for example, in the heat. The food is delicious, but without frills. You will not find any lobsters, crabs and other delicacies here. But you won't stay hungry. There is meat, fish, tortillas, pizzas - a standard set of Turkey. Themed dinners are held a couple of times a week. There was sushi- of course they are not very good, Turkish dinner with various types of shawarma, tortillas - not bad. I don't drink alcohol- I don't know, the wine was poured for dinner, there was beer, the juices were diluted, but on the beach they sell bombic smoothies made from Fresh fruits for 30 lira, they do it right in front of you. Mango, pineapple.. try it, it's very tasty. The rooms are decent. We had only water in the bar, they put it in every day, and you can also top it up in the dining room if there is not enough. The rooms are certainly not the first freshness, but everything is clean and decent enough. There is no unsanitary condition. The water park is not bad. Slides are available for both the youngest and adults. They work according to the schedule. There are several pools, you can find free sun beds. I'm not interested in animation, I can't say anything, but they yelled under the windows every day, so it still exists)) In general, I recommend the hotel. Personally, I didn't have enough variety in my food. The center of Kemer is close, 15 minutes, there are a million shops, buses to Antalya, in the other direction from the hotel there are nightclubs, a port with many restaurants and boat trips. In general, there is a place to go and take a walk, the location is excellent. It seems to be in the center, but also in a quiet corner. There are few cars, street noise too (only from the hotels themselves) in my opinion, a decent budget five.

I did not understand before when they wrote that the food was not delicious, I felt it for myself in this hotel. The big plus of the hotel is the location.
And yet, from the declared hotel there is no longer a mini zoo. The locals said that when the owner of the hotel changed, they removed it and the hotel deteriorated greatly precisely in the quality of service provision.
The beach is good, but the umbrellas are the same for replacement. You can't hide under these hats from the sun at all.

Here is such a "only after repair" we were given a room (see photo) It's like a miracle 5 star hotel! Despite the fact that when we checked in, we invested 20 bucks in passports. Of course, they immediately asked to change the room, they gave it in the same wing, the same "renovated" one, with the only difference that cigarettes did not stink inside. Since we checked in after 11 a.m., with a child after the road, we stayed there overnight. By the way, the night soup was disgusting. I had to go to bed hungry and angry. In the morning, the reception staff changed, and they were already given a normal room, but the windows faced the side where there was animation in the evening, so I had to close the balcony tightly every evening so as not to listen to the same playlist of idiotic songs until 12 at night! It would be better if this animation did not exist at all! But after all, the hotel has rooms where you can arrange a disco without inconvenience for vacationers with children, who by the way were the majority.. children's disco is the same every day. During the week, only the Turkish night was more or less interesting.

Why open a hotel if you don't have anything ready yet??? We didn't come for free..
The beds are weird. One mattress is super hard, the other on the contrary was falling through. I had to sleep in the nursery, and the child was with her husband. The sheets in room 3 are normal, and in the second room they are all rolled up (see photo)
The food is normal. But not for 5. Once upon a time I was in a decent three, and they fed me the same way. Fish are always either dry or smelly. The only fruits were oranges and pears. The only thing I really liked was the Turkish pastries for breakfast and barbecue on a Turkish night.
We regretted that we fell for the recommendations of the tour operator and chose this "five", this is a maximum of three. and in the top three, it was much cheaper to buy a tour ... =(
