At the moment, we are having a family vacation at this hotel. The younger one said this is the best hotel, let's go here every year)))), there is something to compare it with, the 8th time in Turkey.
The water park is super, I think everything is clear from the photo))
The sea is the purest. There are plenty of sun beds, even if you came at 10-11. A cool pier where you can sunbathe, a plastic island. For the sake of quibbling)- frail umbrellas, a sunbed under the shade, you need to constantly move
Food. I do not know what people eat at home, those people who have nothing to eat and everything is different))))) Breakfast: individually cooked amlet, rolled amlet, fried eggs, eggs 3min, eggs 5min, pancakes, tortillas from the beginning, potatoes, sausages, sausages, a bunch of cheeses, greens, etc., pastries. Lunch side dishes from French fries to mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, beef or lamb, fish-for me, the indicator of the hotel is whole fish, here dorado, rainbow trout, and a bunch of chicken, salads, etc
Ice cream at the water park from 14 to 15 is very tasty

You can't call it a five. We checked in at night, were given a comfort room, which we didn't even guess at once. One of the advantages of the comfort room is that they gave three beds for two. The view from the window to the dumpster, when something was thrown out there, or a car came to pick up the garbage, there was a terrible roar that interfered with sleep. The room was dirty, the table under the mirrors had obviously not been wiped for a long time, traces of glasses were visible. The plumbing is old, fungus and mold have spread abundantly in the shower. In the morning we were asked to change the room, we were offered to look at the standard, although the room was renovated fresher, but the bathroom was even worse. We decided not to change it, we only asked to remove the room. Cleaning in this hotel means making the bed, throwing out the trash and hanging towels evenly. There was no normal cleaning (wash the floors, wash the sink, add the finished shampoos, cotton pads, gels, etc.) in the room. There was a free safe in the room without instructions, we decided not to use it, and very wrongly. Later it turned out that a couple of chocolate bars bought at a local supermarket had disappeared from the refrigerator. If the staff steals food, then I'm afraid to imagine what would happen to the money. Thank you that in addition to chocolate, you did not bring with you the lukum we bought as a gift to your loved ones. Probably, employees are paid little money that they cannot afford chocolates for 25 lire)
And now I'll move on to the food! To say that the kitchen disappointed is to say nothing. Of the meat, only the turkey was edible, and then sometimes the one that remained from the evening was seen at lunch in a dish with a different name (in the evening a barbecue on skewers, for lunch the next day the same turkey with holes from skewers, but already stewed with vegetables). There is no seafood from the word at all. 2 times a week there was grilled mackerel and a couple of times some tasteless small bony fish. There were almost no side dishes, rice, pasta and French fries. Strange chemical desserts consisting of sponge cake and whipped cream, which are impossible to eat. Only baklava is edible. The rest is disgustingly greasy and tasteless. There is no juice, only some kind of liquid, resembling a powder with flavorings, diluted with water.
Beer is the same as mojito. On the pool bar from the restaurant side there was a terrible alcohol. But at 11 or 12 pm, a bar opens under the water park, no one really knows about it, but there the bartenders make good cocktails and pour good juice, and not the same liquid that was mentioned earlier.
The restaurant near the beach is hardly a restaurant, at lunch there are burgers and pizza, but I do not advise you to try)
Now about the beach! Large pebbles, walking barefoot is very painful. Many take up space by throwing in a bag, towel or inflatable circle. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. They stand close to each other, it's uncomfortable to lie almost hugging some left dude. There are almost no places on the pier in the morning.
I also want to note that the hotel has a hammam, spa and massage. We didn't go there ourselves because of the stories that it was complete bullshit. But they impose their services very strongly. Literally until the very departure from the hotel, a woman was on the heels and pursued, persuading us to come to them, even on the first day she appointed a session time for us without our consent.
Entertainment in the hotel is weak.
From the pros: the hotel is located in the city, you can walk to the cafe in the evening. On Monday, you can visit the market, and on Thursday, the clothing bazaar. The location of the hotel is very good, the center is not far away and the beach is a 3-5 minute walk away.
I concluded that I would not return there again. The hotel is suitable for pensioners and families with children, there were almost no young people there.

Who gave them 5 stars??? This is the most terrible joke! Even before the trip, I wanted to clarify a few questions about the organization of my husband's work (I fell out during the trip). I wrote to the website, by email, to the WhatsApp number, but there was no response to any message (which is certainly surprising.
We arrived on December 31, they silently gave us the keys without telling us a word about the hotel, the place and time of lunch / dinner, etc. (what kind of congratulations on the upcoming NG) we found out where to eat later, when we walked through the floors). We checked into a room on the 3rd floor (above the dining room). The room itself is very dark and "dead", the refrigerator was doused with cola or tea and not washed..the room smelled of tobacco smoke (later it was found out that either someone smokes in the rooms, or the hood works like that). They did not spoil their mood, so they just decided to sleep until the morning, and only then try to find out about another room. There was a GALA dinner for the locals that evening. All the fun and festive mood of the staff apparently went there)) The hotel had a very ordinary dinner, in the evening 4-5 people were sitting alone in the lobby and apparently, like us, they were waiting for animation, or at least some New Year cocktails or snacks)) After the chimes, we left the room, we thought that maybe there would be some kind of celebration or animation now, but the hotel was quiet)) only the loitering locals who left the dinner).
At night, there was a wild smell of sewage from the toilet. The next day we changed the room (we were given the 4th floor), there was no smell of a toilet, the room was lighter than the previous one and clearly newer. But hotels just have cardboard walls! We slept in earplugs because we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms(The only thing I really liked about the hotel was the cleaning. We had good maids who changed the bed linen every day, as well as did wet cleaning.
Nutrition: the food is normal, far from 5ka of course, but 4-. It is better to come 15 minutes after opening and not delay, because 30-40 minutes before the end of breakfast / lunch / dinner, they are already starting to clean everything up. From fruits: pears, apples, oranges or tangerines, 1-2 types of meat or poultry, several side dishes, a table with salads, sweets. I was surprised that a lot of fast food (purchased nuggets, cutlets) is not tasty(. After 1-2 days of essentially identical dishes, it gets boring, so it's often barely in the cafe.
Drinks: tea/ coffee can be drunk in the lobby, it's just on the tables, you can pour it yourself. The coffee is not delicious (Alcohol was not drunk there because it is only locally produced.
There is no adult animation at all. A couple of evenings, the DJ turned on music for 1-2 hours, they saw a girl who danced with the children for 30 minutes. For a couple of evenings, vacationers (apparently local, since the hotel consists of 90% locals) danced 1-2 songs) That's basically all the fun.
The staff is always very sad and sad, no one greets you, does not smile. The overall impression of the hotel is not rosy at all.
It is amazing that in good weather (+24 degrees every day) there is not a single sunbed on the beach! I had to just sit on the rocks ((in another hotel a little further away, sun beds were set up for vacationers, music was turned on, people rested and sunbathed by the sea). We were just on a wild beach on the rocks (( The descent to the sea is littered with garbage and bottles, the hotel staff did not even bother to at least make the way to the sea more pleasant.
Passing by the FAME RESIDENCE hotel, which also worked during this period, we were pleasantly surprised: there was security, there were sun beds for guests on the beach, the building was festively decorated. There was fun and a festive atmosphere everywhere and you wouldn't believe it)) This hotel turned out to be cheaper than the ROX ROYAL HOTEL 5*!
But the most interesting thing is the "wonderful" attitude of the staff towards vacationers! The whole time we stayed at the hotel, it was RENOVATED!!! They blocked the entire 5th floor and repaired the rooms. They first started repairing and knocking at 9.30 am, and from January 4 at all from 8 am, i.e. you simply would not have been able to rest and sleep! At first, we just tolerated the smell of paint and the sound of a hammer, but on the 6th they started repairing the rooms directly above us. At 8 a.m., we jumped up from a terrible knock and the sound of breaking tiles.., we decided that we would go for a walk and come back later to rest at lunch. At 14 o'clock we lay down to rest for an hour and jumped at the sound of the PUNCHER above us!!!! I called the reception, asked why they were doing repairs at a quiet hour and demanded to stop repairs for at least an hour and let them rest. I was promised to resolve the issue. The issue naturally did not resolve in any way, after 15 minutes of drilling, I called again and was told that they could not stop, but they would not do it at night. Seriously?? Thank you very much!!! I have a video on which I captured the wonderful sounds in our room (although I think everyone imagines the sound of a puncher above their head). Next, we went down to the reception to solve the problem. The beautiful blonde at the reception said that if something doesn't suit us, we can move out from them. Here is the service at the 5-star hotel. I really don't understand why they sell tours to a hotel that is being renovated! For a minute, a tour to the hotel for the holidays was not cheap and if the first week (we made a composite tour) we rested in Kirisha at Akka Alinda (for almost the same money as in Rox Roal), there we received excellent service, excellent food, excellent alcohol, then here for this money we we got into the worst 3 with disgusting service! Tours for March-April this hotel puts at the same price as the Alva Donna hotel)) I do not know on the basis of what they form such a price tag, apparently for "what if someone buys". I STRONGLY do not recommend this hotel! In the winter season, he showed himself to be 3 with two cons!

We stayed at the hotel in September 2021. I liked the hotel as a whole. There are rooms with new renovation and furniture, but we didn't get it. But it doesn't matter, everything was in the room. The staff is polite, they will explain everything and tell you. The beach is nearby, but there are not enough sun beds for everyone, I saw myself how people went to the sea at 6 in the morning to take a sunbed. The bars on the beach and in the hotel are good, there is everything. The cocktails are very tasty. And the wine is excellent.
But the food at the hotel is something. It's the same thing every day, the menu doesn't change at all. Some stewed vegetables with meat. Scrambled eggs in the morning every day. The porridge is terrible, as if rice and oatmeal were poured with hot milk. They didn't even cook it. And the soup is only Turkish and some kind of white stuff. Salads also did not change, cucumbers, tomatoes and greens. THAT'S IT!!! In short, the food was disgusting, not for 5***. At the end of our vacation, we went to local cafes to eat. Can I recommend this hotel? Probably still yes. A small water park has been made for children. But the water in the pools is very cold. The ice cream was served from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The foam party was interesting, with cocktails and music. Well, the rest is up to you.

Mixed feelings
They brought it at night, gave me a room key. They didn't see me off, which is strange for a 5*, but that's okay. We reached the room and already on the way it was clear that everything was bad. We were placed on the 0 floor, which is essentially the basement and smells exactly like it, that is, a persistent smell of dampness and musty air. The carpet in the hallway is very dirty, in places there are huge stains of either bleach or vomit. The walls are scuffed and hastily patched. We went into the room - the smell is the same. And also only one outlet works, the shower holder is broken, the lights are shining green (just a shock) and there are no others. The balcony is at lawn level, that is, it's scary to dry things there - stealing is a trivial matter, and moreover, watering turns on on the lawn at night, which is why things will definitely not dry out. The air conditioner is working, but it makes a lot of noise. They just didn't make the bed - they put a blanket on the mattress and that's it. I don't say anything about cleanliness - the tables/ nightstands are all dirty.
I have been to Turkey more than once, including in 3* hotels, but all records were broken here.
Let's go back to the reception, because it's impossible to live in such a room. And there they told us that the bed would be made, but there are no other rooms, live where you can. It was already past midnight, so they did not figure it out, stayed overnight, and in the morning met with the hotel guide. And it turned out that all our tourists are dissatisfied with the settlement. Someone has an air conditioner that doesn't work, someone was put in a room without windows, someone is also in the basement. We went to sort it out with the guide, and they promised to move us in 2 days.
In general, 3 nights in the basement. It is very cold to sleep, there is no blanket, only a thin sheet, there is nowhere to dry things.
Then they moved, the room was already excellent, there are no complaints. But it's still a shame to pay for 5*, and sleep a few nights in a hostel.
The sea and the pool - everything is fine here. The slides are working, the pool is large, the beach is clean. Of the minuses, there are always not enough sun loungers and sharp stones on the shore, but in general I liked everything.
The food is normal, but rather at the 4* level, because the dishes rarely change, mostly the same thing. But there are their own pastries, very tasty. And you can get ice cream by the pool.
I liked the entertainment program, there was karaoke, dancing, and performances on stage. It's honestly 5*.
The staff here is twofold. If you speak English, everyone is polite and immediately helps. If you speak Russian, they look at you almost with disgust, sometimes they can respond rudely. Therefore, the advice is: if you know English, use it.
The last moment, in case anyone cares. There are a lot of tourists from Russia. Moreover, many behave civilly, but there are enough individuals who spoil the rest. 1) In the dining room, they rake in for ten, and then leave everything half-eaten. Because of this, queues arise and other guests have to wait until a new one is brought. 2) They get in without waiting in line, they can get their hands into French fries, in front of me a woman broke a pie to look at the filling, and put it back in the general pile. 3) Take the deck chairs in the evening with towels and go to the bar. Because of this, those who actually came to the pool have nowhere to lie. 4) There are a lot of drunks, some are noisy and rowdy.
Foreigners are also in the hotel, I have not observed this for them. Perhaps that's why the staff has such a biased attitude.
To sum up, you can relax in the hotel if you plan to leave every day for the whole time and return in the evening. But if you want amenities, then the risk of a bad room is quite high, so it's better to choose another hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. A large, beautiful territory. Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Passage to the sea through a small passage leading to a wonderful park with fountains, bridges, flowers. We were in the month of January and even managed to swim in the sea (the water was 20 gr.).The food was good and varied. Everything was delicious, fresh and varied. Bottled water was always available in the rooms, shampoo gel, conditioner was always replenished. The linen is snow-white. Cleaning is optional. The rooms are cozy, but far from new, there are damp stains in the shower, but we tried not to pay attention to the shortcomings. For those who value luxury, they do not need to go there, but for those who are satisfied with the kind attitude of the staff, delicious food, gorgeous views, and a cheerful animator, a wonderful sea (although the entrance to the sea in winter was not very good), that's exactly there.

Good evening, I was at the hotel from 14-22 April 2021, many thanks to all the employees of the hotel, I haven't had a great rest yet, although in March I was in Allva Donna Belee. Food for 5+, accommodation for 5+, animators are just super, thank you all for my rest and this hotel has become my favorite, now only here, and special thanks to the pastry chef, I have not eaten such delicious desserts yet, although I know a lot about sweets! You are the best to keep it up!

We booked the hotel after reading positive reviews. But this is a nightmare! There is no sound insulation at all in the hotel. This is a problem, all concerts, activities, and games are held in the atrium under the doors of your room. On the first day, a queue of people who wanted to change rooms lined up at the reception. Naturally, with scandals. But changing the number does not save the players from noisy neighbors. As usual, they have fees in winter and they check into all the hotels along the coast. The reception staff does not help in any way to calm down the guests at one o'clock in the morning. They pretend they don't understand you. Cleaning the rooms is to straighten the blanket. All. The bathroom is not cleaned at all. Not once in a week. One day they didn't come at all. The room stock itself is tired. It's unpleasant, uncomfortable. In the restaurant, the staff are all different, but you can face complete disregard for you when you stand in line for a salad, the locals will serve you without giving a damn)
