We had a rest in early October 2023 with a child of 3.5 years at that time. I liked everything. The weather was great, the sea was warm. No sweaters in the evening, even for my daughter. This is not the first time we have been staying at this hotel, so there is definitely something to say)We noticed that the room cleaning has become worse. The food in snack bars and restaurants has become better, as always, there is a lot of choice and no one left hungry for sure) there seems to be more chlorine in the large pool, but everything is fine in the pools near the cabins, the water is cleaner there and swimming is much more pleasant)That's why we rented the house for the second time just because of the pool. The entertainment is great, there are always lots of activities for children and adults. There are many foreign citizens in the hotel, but still most of them are Russians, so the music and most of the entertainment are focused on our music.

We were in the central building, the room was very cozy, not shabby, there were 5 of us and it was not crowded. It is very convenient to provide gels, shampoos, conditioners and everything necessary for personal hygiene. The rooms are cleaned every day. We found some advantages, we would come back again, the staff speaks Russian and is always very friendly and courteous.

Room service is daily, and even if we ask not to clean today, they will still insist on picking up the trash and changing towels. Animation on the level. Apart from Sundays, events are held all day for any category of guests, both children, women and men. I would especially like to mention animator Angelina. A true professional in his field. She is very friendly, finds contact and mutual understanding with any guest, always tells in detail about all the events of the hotel - where, what and when to be held. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face. I don't know if the hotel management reads reviews, but such professionals should definitely be encouraged, because it is thanks to them that the atmosphere of celebration is created in the hotel, thanks to which you want to come here again and again. For 20 years, by virtue of our strengths and capabilities, we have traveled around Europe to family-friendly hotels and we think this hotel is one of the best on the Mediterranean coast. You need to be very careful when entering the sea, as there are large boulders there. Especially with waves, it is very difficult to do this. Both Laura and Zaira are sociable girls, they lead boccia and volleyball. I didn't see any other girls. There are also animators, boys, who were just there. And all their activity was spent playing on the phone. Unfortunately, that was the only thing they were passionate about most of the time. This was especially noticeable in the evening in the amphitheater before the start of the show. It's amazing that the management ignored this fact!!! Pros: the huskies where we lived were great, cleaned every day, the bed was changed every other day, the bar was replenished daily. Maybe we were lucky, but we never felt bad from food or alcohol (as for the original drinks and local ones, I almost didn't find any differences, everything is delicious) . The sea is great, always warm and clean, someone writes about waves and pebbles---a very small drawback. Live music every other day, we got to October fest, there is enough entertainment. I really liked the pools in the watering cans, beautiful and clean. And the biggest plus is all their restaurants and bars, you can eat around the clock and it's delicious. The waiters do a great job, they clean up every minute, bring any drink, and for the first time they encountered a red service. I can write one minus, it's billiards-we would have extended the work for a couple of hours so that we could play at night (but this is our wish list) .
