We had a vacation in June 2025. The territory is huge and well maintained. There are many sun beds on the beach. By the way, this beach is a nesting place for sea turtles (late at night you can catch huge turtles coming ashore to lay eggs). A good water park, lifeguards are watching the descent very carefully. I don't usually write reviews, but this 5* hotel, sorry for the slang, doesn't even have a 3, the kitchen hood opens onto the indoor pool, where the rooms are located and the smell of burnt food annoys vacationers, the rooms with sea views partially overlook the backyard of the neighboring hotel and correspondingly.the smell of kitchen hoods and dumpsters, The food is monotonous, not always of high quality, clean dishes, especially dirty cups, meat is often tough and peppered, there is no seafood. SPA is only for a fee, you can buy a massage and relax in the SPA, if not, then somewhere in the corner there is a sauna room for 6-8 people and a foul-smelling hammam next to a smelly indoor pool. Conditionally, if you take an average provincial shopping center with an aquapark and move it to the Mediterranean Sea. The building at the Aqua park, where the Aqua rooms are located, is in a state of disrepair and needs to be repaired. There is no extractor hood in the room, the air conditioner is dying and barely gets cold, the grill is literally black, dust in the corners, dirty and cracked switches. The bathroom-toilet is musty and damp. Because of this, the room is stuffy: the balcony cannot be opened because it will be hot, and the four of them close it (the hotel is a family hotel), all the oxygen is quickly exhausted. In principle, there is no overhead light in the room, only lamps by the bed and a lamp by the table. The TV is 32 inches and apparently catches the air, since the picture is static. Ants resort to any hint of food. The door to the room does not extinguish noises from the hallway - other children, for example, may wake you or your baby with screams. The furniture in the dining rooms and restaurants is all shabby. It is clear that there is a large flow of people. At least the food seems to be normal and varied. I don't understand how it can pull 5 stars. I was in China that year and the 4-star hotel there was the best in everything. Also, the tour operator needs to make it clearer to the guests that the sun beds belong to the room on the ground floor, so that guests do not have to do this. The cuisine is normal, delicious. Dishes can be dirty. The main restaurant has an incredible number of people, waiters and air conditioners can not cope. If you live in cabins, it's better to go to a restaurant there - the choice of dishes is normal, there are always free tables and the waiters are more friendly and efficient. The guest relief service is excellent - they really work and try to help the guests with any questions. Thank them very much. I give 2 stars for the air conditioning problems - when it's +41 outside, this is an important moment, for the crowded main restaurant with sluggish waiters and dirty dishes.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024 as a family with a child. We arrived around 12 p.m. We were told that check-in is after 2, but we can already use the entire infrastructure of the hotel. There's more choice in the main building, but it's very hectic at dinner. A couple of times I had to wait until the table was cleared and the dishes were brought. Snack bars with burgers, French fries, salads, gozleme and ice cream are open near the main pool during the day. There was also a restaurant for 24 hours, but we never used it. There are refrigerators with water throughout the territory. There are also about 5 bars with alcohol. There were good Western drinks, but you always have to ask for them, otherwise they will pour local alcohol. Almost all bartenders understand Russian and everything is in English. The beach is sandy and pebbly, but the entrance is a large pebble. You can jump from the pier. If you arrive after 10 o'clock, then there are no empty seats. Many sun beds were occupied by placentas without owners. It took 15-20 minutes to assemble three sun beds all over the beach. There was no such problem after lunch. Entertainment: there are water slides, they work according to schedule. The main restaurant has a slightly larger selection and a themed dinner every evening. There is less choice in the second restaurant, but everything is delicious and basic. Alcohol is available in all bars, but not everywhere elite. There is a market on the territory of the hotel on the way to the sea with adequate prices, and in some places it is cheaper than outside the territory.
