There was one big disappointment when a very large conference, 1,500 Turks, came to the hotel on the third day of rest. And it became unbearable to be on the territory. Wherever we went, they were everywhere in the water park, the sea, the restaurant, the playroom. There's a queue for the slides at the water park, a queue at the carousel, even a queue at the restaurant!!!! The rest was ruined. I'm such a connoisseur of myself, of course) but I was pleasantly surprised by the brands. But sometimes they run out, they pour something else, but also in terms of quality standards. It takes about an hour to get to the hotel (we ordered a private transfer) CHECK-in was normal, Russian is spoken at the reception. Our room was two-room, in the main building, quite spacious, each room is closed by a separate door. If you have a sea view in the main building, you will hear all the loud animation, including from the neighboring hotel. But with the windows closed, it's fine. In a room with one large bed, the air conditioner blows very well and is not directed at the bed. In the children's room, the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, be very careful, my daughter was under it for a short time, did not sleep, but earned severe otitis media. The room is clean, everything worked fine, you can see in some places that the hotel is not new, but that's if you find fault (the wallpaper is gone in some places, the bathroom is chipped in some places, the hood over the toilet is terrible, it asks for painting, plastic holders for diffusers in the shower look strange in their absence, the doors in the closet creak). A dog's head is depicted all over the wall, one question is why?) The hair dryer is buzzing like a rocket at launch and wildly warming up, you better take your own. There are a lot of people in the main restaurant, everyone with children, the noise and fuss are maximum. For breakfast and dinner, you could sit on the terrace, it was quieter there. At lunch, in the heat, I had to sit inside, so it's better to come to the beginning of lunch so as not to be trampled) There are queues, but not huge ones. We didn't get alcohol, we can still drink beer, the rest is about nothing. All corners and restaurants work according to their own schedule, even ice cream by the hour. There is no good coffee, take drip bags with you, brew from the kettle) Water bottles are always freely available, even on the beach, it is convenient. We were in a Turkish restaurant – not bad, quite tasty. The ANIMATION in the hotel is not bad. We went to bocce, shooting and darts. The shooting was from some kind of toy pistol, it's not serious at all, only for children to shoot from such a thing. A lot of people came to darts, it was fun, the animator girls tried their best, charged people with positive emotions. We also saw volleyball on the beach. Yoga is under the tree. The animation has a slightly strange schedule, if, for example, a person went to a shooting party, he will no longer have time for shooting. Almost every night of the show, they are, of course, a little weak, most often we did not sit until the end. SAUNA – I went once, for a free trial massage, which was just terrible. After that, a very annoying man simply does not give way and literally imposes services. I also wanted to go to the Turkish bath, but I didn't even go, because I get tired of such obsession. The LUNAPARK and the water park are not bad, it's great for children in general. The BEACH is clean, where the sunbeds are sandy. Entering the water is a small pebble, after 5 meters – depth. The best place to enter, if you look at the pier from the shore, then to the right, about 5-10 meters from the pier. There are some smaller pebbles there. It is advisable to go in quickly and swim right away, then it's generally not bad. The sea was agitated all the time, during the day there was a constant wave from boats, bananas, buns, etc. There is also a water entertainment office on the beach. There were enough umbrellas and sun beds at any time, well, maybe they only take up water in the morning. There is a DOCTOR at the hotel, it is very convenient. When my daughter had otitis media, we just went to his office. By the way, the pharmacy is also nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel. There is also a street with shops. There are shops in the hotel, where you can buy basic necessities, everything for the beach, souvenirs. The RIVER on the way to the beach is a nice place, there is a bridge across it. There you can go fishing, there are fishermen, children and cats. There are a lot of CATS in the hotel. But it's amazing that they not only walk around the territory, but calmly enter the lobby, walk along the corridors, on carpets, jump on chairs. There are a lot of kittens. It's nice on the territory, but in the building it's too much. The INTERNET works well both on site and in the room. THE STAFF is trying their best, doing everything they can. There were queues at the water park, queues at the restaurant, queues at the sauna, we were very worried about the children, we were afraid to let them go to the kids' club alone in such a situation! The territory is not well maintained, there is little greenery, the room has cosmetic flaws, mosquitoes, ants. Pros: the Wi-Fi works well, the beach is safe, the staff is responsive, the food is as usual as in all hotels. An iron is not provided.In an Italian restaurant, they assigned us a waiter for a long time, I don't know the reasons. The rest is definitely ruined, how can you hold such events in a family hotel?! The food in the canteen is delicious and quite varied, although very salty. Sugar is also not spared in sweetness. There are no frills, it's simple and satisfying. The territory is large and well maintained. It is always clean, the eye does not cling to any kind of fatigue. There is a lot of greenery, there is a place to sit in the shade and there are almost no insects. There was a lot of activity in the kids' club, but it was very stuffy, so we visited it only once, after which the children asked us not to visit it anymore. But we still spent most of our time at the beach. Well, about cocktails, which many people praise. They are really delicious, although alcohol is not spared in them, so if you are an unprepared person, one or two glasses can make you feel sick.

The amusement park is suitable for all ages, there are even a few extreme ones. The sea is very warm. It is rare to find such a huge menu in restaurants, where chefs deserve the highest ratings. When we were driving, we expected that there would be a stone beach, but in fact there is a small coastal strip with pebbles, the entrance into the water itself, like the beach is sandy and pebbly, you can relax quite comfortably without bathing slippers. Most of the staff understands Russian. The disadvantages are that there is a shortage of space on the beach and by the pool, EVERYTHING is occupied!!! The beach turns into the Anapa-Sochi collective farm, everyone lies as they can and on what they can, if you look from the pier, you can immediately see where the selectum beach is, and where the neighboring hotels are, there is perfect order, no one had enough space for everyone, not a single sunbed was dragged to the sea, or did not lie down on a towel. You can rent a car from the guys from Anex at an adequate price (with insurance). Travel options: 1. An hour's drive from one side of Alanya with its port, fortress, Cleopatra beach, observation decks. 2. On the other hand, about the same distance is the Ancient Side, Park of Legends, Antalya. But there are also disadvantages: if you ask not to be disturbed in your room (sleep, for example), then the staff doesn't care!!! I can come to replenish the bar at 9.00 am despite the Do Not disturb!!! It's the same with cleaning!!! In general, if you want to get enough sleep, then you just won't be allowed to do it here! I had a family vacation in September 2025 on the advice of the travel agency Corel Travel. Food, entertainment, alcohol, water park, the sea are all good. But when there are more than 3,000 people with children in the hotel, it's a complete mess. Constantly drunk adults and Europeans and Russians, roaring children day and night, cats running around, in the evening there may not be enough tables with a restaurant for dinner due to the large influx of people, the absence of a doctor in the evening, if poisoned or sick, in restaurants and bars the same people first wash the floors without gloves, then they make cocktails for you and hello E. coli, all this is repulsive from this hotel. Is this possible in all of Turkey?! But after Turkey's orientation towards the European tourist, the quality of services for Russians has definitely dropped. Prices are all in euros, which means everything is more expensive. They also saw a pipe a few hundred meters from this hotel, from which waste was poured into the sea. So think about whether it's worth swimming here. I definitely won't come here next time.

We stayed at this hotel from May 18-26. The hotel is just awesome, friendly staff, helpful people. They feed you just for slaughter, there's just a lot of alcohol, and whiskey and balis, vodka, martinis, they give you everything you ask for. There are small shops on the way to the sea, near the river, where friendly guys work. Baha and Farid, they will tell you everything (in Russian) and explain everything. My husband rented fishing rods from them, fished for 2 days, caught a mullet, and was pleased. Fishing rod rental - $5 per day. The room was cleaned every day, everything is clean. Thanks to the staff. We went from an Intourist. Many thanks to the guide Bakhtiyar, a very attentive person, took us everywhere by the hand, showed us everything. In general, the rest was a success, many thanks to the hotel managers for creating such a comfortable stay. Let's come back here more than once!!!

A good hotel for a family holiday. There is everything you need and a huge swimming pool that flows like a river between the cabins on the territory of the hotel and a water park for children and adults, an amusement park (there are fees) . The food was fine, but not wow, the fruits were only apples, pears and bananas. Unfortunately, the child didn't eat much at all, it's fine for adults. We lived in a house near the water park and are happy about it, because in the main building they complained about the inability to fall asleep to the noise of the disco. The beach is nice , the pier is beautiful. Every evening there is animation , dancing , different shows , then a disco .

We have been vacationing with our family in this hotel for the 2nd year (August). If we chose Selectum again, it means that the hotel is worthwhile. We relax in watering cans, on the 1st floor, with our own access to the pool and our own sun beds and umbrella. Watering cans, this is a separate paradise on the territory of the hotel! Cleanliness, greenery, beauty, a restaurant next to us (unlike the main restaurant, there is not so much food, but still there is everything you need, tasty and varied). Bar,with any drinks, ice cream,water park,luna park. Your own world, comfort and warmth. In general, everything is fine and varied throughout the hotel-evening shows,live music,restaurants, bars, shops, food court, sea, sun, beach! Now to the cons of 1. Nutrition. It's hard to call it a restaurant, but rather a dining room, where the appetite goes away by itself. A wide range of dishes, but there is nothing to choose. Everything is not delicious. BUT, there is a 24/7 restaurant (a la carte) that operates during the hours when the main "restaurant" is closed - not a bad place where there is a small but decent assortment. 2. Rooms. We had it in watering cans. Horror in one word. It's small, with a completely non-working air conditioner, with one working outlet. 3. Swimming pools. A large number of. Visually clean. But once my foot got tangled in a piece of someone's floating hair. 4. The sun beds by the pools are always occupied. If you walk by the sea, you can find it without any problems. 5. The bonus of the vacation was the rotavirus in the child, the consequences of which are being eliminated to this day. I've been looking at hotels for a long time, reading reviews, and expecting a wow effect, but alas, it didn't happen. But in general, there are no companions for the taste and color. On November 15, the situation was even more serious, but on November 16, the hotel began to simply die. When we were there, the pier was dismantled, and the food was reduced by 2 times. They checked us into a suite as an apology. But the room was dirty, no one had lived there for probably a month. The cleaners were called through the reception. The room was put in order. On November 16, we started negotiations with Anex about moving to another hotel. We fought for almost a day. As a result, we were relocated on November 18. You can't sell hotel tickets if you know it's closing. We need to offer tourists an alternative in advance. The hotel will be great during the season. Both the water park and the lunapark. The territory is cool, green and large. We just couldn't use anything except the main restaurant, the lobby bar, and the pool bar. And during the season there will be a lot of bars, a la carte restaurants, a 24/7 restaurant.
