We liked it so much that we went here twice. Bouillabaisse is top-notch. Very pleasant service, a good selection of marine utensils and a good wine list - I was pleased with the presence of such a non-trivial position as Creman from Jura.
On the first evening, Alexey served us - in my memory, one of the best waiters ever. The knowledge of the menu is excellent. Filigreed the fish for the company.
On the second evening, they fell into the hands of no less beautiful Angelina. She managed to discuss our tasting observations with us, and serve several tables quickly and outwardly easily.
It would be appropriate to include Muscadet and some Viogniers in the map. In addition, there are not enough local distillates from local distilleries - there is no need to be shy about them, they are at a very decent level in your country.

Definitely the best seafood bar in the republic! The freshest seafood, a rich selection of dishes, a balanced wine list and first-class service. Espresso is also on top. I recommend trying bouillabaisse, oysters and octopus – everything is on the level. The atmosphere is great, as is the audience. In the toilets – Zelenskii, a separate respect! Be sure to book a table in advance, otherwise you may be left without a place.

It's an interesting place.
The interior is simple, reminiscent of catering, the concept of combining a hall and a kitchen is implemented. You can see both the products and the cooking process itself. There are tables outside (most likely only in summer)).
The staff is helpful, they do not forget about the client. The cooking time is short, it really turned out to be less than promised.
Of the cons, it would be quieter to listen to the music in the hall, a little more effective ventilation.
The menu is quite varied, not cheap, but it was worth it! The kitchen is on a high level, including in comparison with other establishments. I'll say it briefly - it's very tasty!!! The miso cod turned out to be beyond praise! And she's not the only one.

However, the situation here is simple, but the prices are not even cheap. On the one hand, it is clear that there is no sea in Belarus, all seafood is imported, and therefore so expensive, but on the other hand, if you offer expensive food, make the appropriate interior, as well as a more pleasant and inviting environment. In the same institution, there is very little space, it is cramped, you have to sit on uncomfortable bar stools at long tables with other strangers and at the same time touch each other. It is for this reason that I have such a dissonance.
As for the quality of the food and cooking, I have no complaints here, everything is cooked very tasty, the quality of the seafood is excellent, the Moroccan octopus was especially delicious. The kitchen is open, located right in the hall, sitting at the tables you can see what is happening there and how the food is being prepared, while no fishy smells reached us, the hood works perfectly. The staff is also very attentive, explains and talks in detail about each dish and the way it is prepared. For food and service, a five-plus, for the interior, a four-minus - well, it's not cozy at all(((

We came from Moscow, we regularly visit seafood restaurants.
I really liked, first of all, the service. From the very entrance, they were perfectly welcomed and immersed in a homely atmosphere.
The waiter Olga approached the choice of dishes very carefully, told about those interested, helped with the choice based on preferences. She was very attentive and friendly.
The food is beyond praise, the kitchen is open. Excellent design and a combination of flavors. The wine list is also quite diverse, we took the New Zealand Savignon Blanc.
I definitely recommend it, the prices are Moscow.

It has always been one of Minsk's favorite places, but this time we are extremely surprised and outraged by the work of the staff. 6 oysters were carried for 30 minutes , the oysters were brought , the wine had run out by this point: ordered , the waiter carried it for 10 minutes !!!! I brought 1 glass ...... (divided into two, we were not ready to wait yet) the result! we started eating oysters 40 minutes after ordering.... The mood is spoiled, to put it mildly. We were served by 2 different waiters, and the girl who took the order confidently tried to "sell" the most expensive items on the menu.
I would like to turn to the management, when your price is above average, the service must match.

Хороший рыбный ресторан в центре города. Очень корректное обслуживание, доброжелательно и позитивно. Рыбу приготовили очень хорошо, ничего не пересушили, как часто бывает.
Относительно того, тесно или нет - тут все индивидуально, нам интерьер понравился, тесно не было, стулья удобные, столы по размеру тоже комфортные.
Немного снизила оценку, потому что от некоторых блюд, учитывая их стоимость, все-таки ждали большего. Не очень понравился гарнир в виде картофеля с травами, как-то он у нас не сочетался в таком виде с рыбой.
Но в целом кухня очень хорошая и впечатления положительные.

Bouillabaisse is very tasty, they offered to divide it into two portions. The catch of the week also deserves a special mention - there are plenty to choose from. All sauces are insanely delicious and perfectly match the dishes on sale - salad, fish, sweet potatoes... The oysters are cool, we tried different ones, beautiful serving, but it's all for an amateur.
We will definitely come back to try the burger, because Alexey said it was something incredible! But I suggested sea bass, because there will always be a burger, and the bass is only this week.
If you like seafood, but it's a long way to the sea, be sure to go!

Коктейли прям ааагонь! На алкоголе не экономят
Если вот постараться, то, конечно, можно докопаться. Например, крабы можно податься с щипчиками и специальной ковырялкой :) но вроде они и не Камчатские, а средние.. Клешни небольшие, можно и не доедать..
Или вот взять бургер с тунцом. Крутой. Доедаешь всё до последней крошки. Но он разваливается :/ если сделать медиум прожарку, то не так сильно будет распадаться
Всё это придирки. Парням и девчонкам большой плюсик. Всё понравилось

(the third one at the time of visiting this institution).
In general, this is one of the most modern interior design places in the city. It's also very tasty and very fresh here! Pleasant waiters will tell you about the dish and ask you to share your impressions, mainly about the food, not visiting the city, but they can also be used.
I recommend scallop tartare, oyster set (with sparkling!) and one of the octopus species! In general, everything is delicious — you will not lose.
