The most delicious coffee on the 1st floor of the hotel, I really liked the service of the girl's barrier, but then apparently the elder came and began to make unreasonable remarks to me about the behavior of my baby - of course I did not like it, a slightly arrogant and dismissive tone towards the client seemed unacceptable to me. But I'll be back for coffee. And by the way, the croissants were very tasty. I also plan to come to their Emilia restaurant, where chef Jean is a Michelin star winner. The interior is very pleasant, light and bright, the details complement the overall atmosphere of the room well.

Excellent location, it is impossible to get lost, the high-rise can be seen from anywhere in the city. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious. Cleaning every day, coffee machine in the rooms. The spa is large, the gym is 24/7.

A favorite hotel for family holidays. Accommodation on the basis of breakfast and full board. There is club accommodation: for an additional fee, there will be access to the club floor, where food is prepared separately for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A good SPA: a huge swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a warm children's pool, saunas and hammam.

The hotel is lovely, but the cleanliness and control in the spa needs to be improved. There was hair on the prepared couch, obviously from the previous session, when asked if it was necessary to lay a new towel on top, they said no, everything was "already ready." Until the end I could not relax during the massage, I did not leave a feeling of incomplete cleanliness. But the culmination was when I was escorted after the massage to a tea ceremony with bowls, where dried fruits and nuts were prepared for me. Everything would have been fine until I came across a slightly bitten date and an almost gnawed bone and the prints of someone's teeth on it. And it was all mixed up with prepared nuts. I left quickly, I almost threw up from it. At the reception, the girl said with a calm top: yes, I would also be unhappy in your place, - such a standard phrase. Well, common, really? I wanted to book massages for the rest of the days, but after that there is no desire.

I went to the SPA, it smelled strongly of chlorine, the spa was terrible, dirty, the sauna was also dirty, after the pool my body itched for 2 days. We ordered a taxi to the airport, they said 16 thousand tenge. This is a complete divorce for money! Don't get fooled, people, order Yandex. For expats, never order taxi from reception! Nice hotel. Amazing location. The service is at 5. But somehow you can adjust the temperature in the conference rooms. I get sick after every seminar. The hotel is good, it fully corresponds to the level of the network. There are no complaints about the staff and room service.
The breakfast is good, there is a choice, you can choose something for yourself according to different requests and preferences, a lot of fruits, good milk.
A restaurant for dinner is expensive, compared to establishments within a kilometer radius. The cuisine is quite average, the alcohol selection is very decent.
Almost all the reception and restaurant staff speak excellent English.
It is very worthy for the post-Soviet space.

Excellent hotel, good rooms, but breakfast must be ordered in advance when booking. Upon check-in, it is much more expensive to buy, it is not clear why. We ordered breakfast in the room, for four. In general, I liked the hotel, but according to my requirements it does not meet the international rating of the hotel. The room was small enough, but clean. The view from the window is unremarkable. I liked the spa complex as a whole, but it is inconvenient because of the corridors, the sauna is located next to the dispensary, to go to the pool through a long corridor, which causes some discomfort. The staff is helpful. But unfortunately, I was issued the wrong document, upon returning to my city, I wrote to the hotel and could not resolve the issue with the documents for about a month, as a result, after long correspondence, they were sent to me. I believe that the hotel should respond quickly and efficiently, there should be no such temporary delay.

Convenient location. A very good breakfast. But the rooms are "tired". The cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired, the garbage on the floor that remained from previous residents was not cleaned. There were problems with payment, the reserved amount was not debited from the card (booking and payment via booking). They said that there were other rules, but they did not warn about it in advance. I had to run to change the money in cash.

Good evening!
I was vacationing in Kazakhstan for the first time, the choice fell on this hotel.
Single room with a large bed, as soon as I entered the room, my eyes fell on a dirty mirror, everything was stained.
The mirror was just as dirty in the bathroom.
Dirty toilet rim.
The bed linen is just terrible, it stings washed
Tea and coffee were constantly not reported, I had to ask.
But most of all I was confused by the cleaning in the room, for the first time such an impression after a high-level hotel, there was no cleaning.
About the SPA.
I did not consider the baths, but the jacuzzi is dirty, the water is green.
The pool for children (the administrator called it a paddling pool) also has green water.
I do not advise bathing children there.
Advantages of this hotel
1. Friendly staff.
2. Excellent breakfasts.
