Everything is fine. The staff are smiling, helpful people; the kitchen is delicious and varied; the pool, sauna, everything is fine. The hotel is new, they haven't had time to fix it yet. I recommend.

The hotel is not very bad, but there are a lot of joints in everything!!! We took things to the laundry absolutely new, and returned them as if they had been worn for 3 months. When asked to resolve the conflict, they began to cheat. They shifted it on top of each other, asked to talk to different managers each time. And when these managers appeared, they said that they did not know, they asked to explain everything again, knowing that we had a flight. As a result, they got their way by starvation, and had to leave with damaged things. I will write a complaint to the head office of this network. If suddenly you do end up in this hotel, never use its laundry, your things will be ruined, and nothing will be refunded to you. We lived for 2 days. From October 20 to 22.

I did not use all the services (Breakfast, Spa and restaurants), because I only stayed overnight in a standard room, but it seemed to me that the room was not worth the money.
It seems to be a fresh repair, but the wallpaper is peeling off, it's dusty in places, the light bulbs are blinking, the shower is barely set up, the watering can of the ceiling shower is pouring in different directions. The bathroom set has a toothbrush and toothpaste (cheap), a gasket, but no cotton swabs. Soap dries the skin very much, i.e. it is not pleasant to wash the face.
Well, there is water in the room (a compliment), because I arrived at night, and everything was already closed in the area.

Very bad. I couldn't get enough sleep, because the hotel has the know-how to clean rooms at night! Despite the fact that there is no sound insulation in the rooms at all, you can hear people in the next room just talking quietly. From 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. - several cleaning crews in the corridors, the noise of a vacuum cleaner, slamming doors, negotiations of workers.

We stayed together in this hotel for a day. They met us well, they said they were waiting for us. But there was everything in the room for one person, I had to call and ask for everything that was missing several times.. And there was a completely empty bar. We did not expect that hotels from the Marriot chain could have such annoying little things not taken into account.
It seemed that the price and quality did not match.

The hotel is not bad, but the attitude is terrible. They gave things to the laundry, as a result, they gave clean, spoiled things. They began to reject the proposal to solve the situation (they say we have nothing to do with it). They constantly shifted responsibility to each other, constantly called different managers, and each new more senior employee asked them to tell us what happened again. As a result, they waited for us to leave for the airport, and they waited. We will write an application to the head office.. If suddenly you end up in this hotel, do not use the laundry service, they will spoil your things, and just say "sorry", that's all, you are not supposed to anymore. There are a lot of joints around the hotel: the shower is not screwed on, the sockets are hanging out and the plug does not fully enter them. In places, everything is shabby, where something is moving away, and so on.. It is up to you to make decisions, but I would not recommend visiting this hotel in Astana. All the world

What spoils the impression… It's amazing that as soon as I turned to the employee standing next to me, he replaced the number without any problems. They seem to be standing next to each other, but there is a gap between them. The hotel is not good with cleaning, you need to achieve it directly and at the same time say everything that needs to be done. Because you will not see any towels, no gel, no tea, and in general everything that logically should be in the room will not be there if you do not tell the staff about it separately. I liked the restaurant, the food is delicious. The rooms, despite the fact that the hotel is quite new, are already too "tired". There is a swimming pool, a spa... generally not bad, but another time we'll probably try another hotel
