We chose this hotel because it is next to the ice arena (we came to the KHL matches). The hotel is excellent, the room is good, everything you need is there. I lowered the rating because we were placed on a floor where all the rooms were occupied by young athletes (boys 7-11 years old) who played football almost all day in the hallway of the floor. That is, right in front of our room. It was noisy all the time, knocking on doors, shouting. I had to constantly call security. But it didn't stop for long. They asked us to relocate, but the receptionist said that it was impossible and she was very sorry that we were so unlucky. It's a strange position about our bad luck. In general, I had to suffer for several days with such a neighborhood. Therefore, next time, we will probably look for another place to stop.

Nice hotel in a small distance from the city center. To the center - 20-30 minutes by bus or an hour on foot.
The room is large, spacious bathroom, view of the Minsk Arena - very nice and pleasant.
Breakfast is a buffet, you can choose something every day, several types of hot, vegetables, fruits (delicious!), several types of sweets, jams, sauces - you can eat all day. Coffee machine with coffee beans.
The hotel staff and the restaurant staff are polite and friendly, will do everything to solve your question. The restaurant has a discount for residents and the cook cooks deliciously.
I would like to have the towels completely changed at least once in 4 nights, but this is not essential. Room cleaning every day. Change of towels for feet, gels and soaps every day.

We were at a competition with a child. The hotel was chosen based on reviews. I was very upset by the service at the hotel. .The receptionists are not customer-oriented. They do not work with guests. The breakfasts were terrible (everything was cooked, overcooked and sour). Guests cannot be accommodated in an apartment with mold. Unsanitary conditions. There was mold in the shower. The rooms are cleaned superficially. Vacuuming the carpet and making the bed, the maid does nothing more. There is dirt and clouds of dust everywhere, stains and hair on textiles.

We visited Minsk with a group of children, came to the competition.
The rooms are not large, but very clean and comfortable.
A wonderful hotel, starting from the moment of booking, until check-out. We had to leave a few rooms so that the children could clean up after the competition and relax before the trip: the administration helped us with all issues. The girls at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfasts, a large selection of dishes! The only drawback is lunch at the restaurant upon arrival, we didn't mix up much with the dishes, but I think we were just not ready to serve a group of 40 people quickly.

Everything is really good. But there are several important nuances.
There is no refrigerator in the room. There are no cups on the guest table either. There's not even a shoe spoon. And also a separate request to install soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink. For some reason, a towel was taken away during cleaning, but a new one was not put in. Bags of shampoo and a piece of soap last century!
But in fact, you can live with it perfectly. But if they fixed it, it would be great!

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms, bathroom too, Underfloor heating, comfortable. Not far from the Arena City shopping center and Minsk Arena. A huge disadvantage, because of which I have already chosen another hotel next time - disgusting noise insulation. You could hear every word of the neighbors behind the wall, at least it was two women who went to bed early. Terrible sound insulation. If I see the news that this has been fixed, I will definitely return upon arrival in Minsk.

On the other hand, if the purpose of the visit to Minsk is to visit the Minsk Arena, then there is no better location to find. The street on which the hotel is located is loud enough, which, combined with the poor sound insulation of the hotel, can cause inconvenience. The rooms and public areas are clean enough to be comfortable. Although the stains on the faucet indicate that the quality of cleaning could be better. The beds are wide, the mattresses and linen are of good quality. Air conditioning is available, but it does not work, in the heat you can only sleep with the window open (see sound insulation). The hotel staff is polite. Breakfast at the hotel is quite basic, the fattest minus is a coffee machine, hardly anyone suspects before pressing the button that coffee is served not grain, but the cheapest solution, which is impossible to drink. Coffee beans can be ordered at the coffee counter for an additional fee.a fee, but it is unlikely that the breakfast people are aware of this.
