I really liked it. The suite for 4 people is just great. And breakfast in a restaurant is like swallowing your tongue. It looks more like lunch!
We checked in at 2 a.m. without any problems.
The girls at the reception are attentive and polite. And the view from the windows is gorgeous.

The hotel fully meets our expectations. We asked for a room with a view of the arena, and our wish was taken into account. Cleaning was carried out on request (we hung a sign on the door handle). Sometimes there were problems with the air conditioner, it made noise and rattled at night, but they could be solved by turning it off. Overall, the room is good. There were no problems with the water, the pressure was excellent, there was always hot water. The breakfasts are delicious, although you should not expect them to be different every day, but you can find something suitable for yourself. The Internet works well, but if you need the Internet for work, it's better to go down to the reception desk. Parking for cars is located behind the barrier. The hotel has met our expectations, we recommend it.

A good hotel, staying for a couple of nights is the best thing. There are water heaters in the rooms, and hot water is always available. Conditioner. A good breakfast (buffet) is a sufficient choice of dishes. There is a public transport stop opposite the entrance, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center by taxi, it arrives quickly.

In general, everything is fine, although there is not enough refrigerator in the room, I had to hang a bag of food outside on the ledge and also cool drinks (joke) the shower is big, however, there is not enough curtain so that the water does not get on the tile, the toilet washbasin is all good, but you can already see the scuffs, they clean every day, there is their own parking lot with a barrier. The restaurant has a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, everything is delicious. Upon check-in, they give a card with a QR code through which you can view the menu, guests get a 20% discount, there are tables outside, there is a water cooler on each floor.
Of the cons... There is no refrigerator in the room, there is only an outlet at the table, there is no bed. Access to the rooms is via an electronic lock card.
The hotel has 2 elevators, there are no stairs open, there are souvenirs. There are public transport stops nearby.

The hotel is rather weak in terms of service. Spending the night is even a quest. The walls have no sound insulation. There are hot dishes for breakfast in the restaurant, not hot at all, but barely warm. Everything in the room is super economical. I won't stay there anymore if the administration doesn't care.

From the appendix. There is only a hairdryer in the shower. No kettle, no refrigerator, not even glasses. However, there is a cooler with plastic cups in the hallway, and you can ask for dishes in the restaurant, they will give you everything you need)).
In general, we can say that we liked it) and we had a view from the window of ArenaMinsk.
And even with the window open, there is not much noise, although there is a large highway below. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. We had dinner in Litviny, I really liked it)

There is no pool, there is no helipad, there are only fifteen floors, but from the fifteenth there is an amazing view of the Minsk Arena and to the horizon. Modern technology in the rooms, quite cozy. The staff is pleasant to talk to. If you are interested in my opinion, I recommend it.

We checked into the hotel for 5 days, there is simply no sound insulation. We lived in a room that has an adjacent door to the next room, we even heard a simple quiet cough from our neighbors. We took breakfast, the buffet was varied, but this does not speak about the quality of the dishes, all the food was cold, some were not very tasty. There are no slippers, bottles of water, refrigerator, safe in the room. The bed linen was stained yellow, maybe streaks from the iron, but I also didn't really want to guess what they were from. The scariest thing for us was the shower, the water was just pouring over the entire surface of the bathroom, we used towels to somehow stop this flood, because everything was not very well done in terms of draining the water. We put 1 only for the friendly faces of the employees of the restaurant complex, when you ask them for coffee with you for your money) Employees, smile and be friendly, they don't ask for more :)

The room is cozy, great view from the window. Clean and spacious, the shower room is conveniently arranged. The staff is polite, always prompt and help. In the restaurant I will especially recommend deruns and borscht - very tasty. It is especially nice that there is a 20% discount on the kitchen during the stay. The hotel is located just behind the Minsk Arena, 10 minutes from the Arena City.

Closed parking. A great modern room with a silent air conditioning system and good sound insulation. The room is completely quiet, although the Windows overlook the street with the roadway. The bathroom has a window with a view of the city.
I recommend taking it with breakfast, because it was wonderful.
The only disadvantage is the location of the hotel. There is no metro nearby, buses do not accept card payments. It remains only to take a taxi or walk..Well, or in your car.
There are more advantages. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed from 25 to 26.06.2024. I booked through the Island. Something in between 2* and 3*. Basically everything is clean and tidy, but in my room there were details that are not allowed even for 2*: stains and streaks on the ceiling and on the carpet, the upholstery of the chair torn to shreds. The most striking thing was the lack of disposable slippers and water in the room. They sell both for an additional fee at the reception. There is also no mini fridge. That is, there is a place for it, but there is no refrigerator itself. At the same time, it is also offered to rent at the reception. You pay the equivalent of 600 Russian rubles a day and the refrigerator will be brought). This is the first time I've encountered such a service.
Soap and shampoo are the cheapest possible, it's better to have your own.
I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very average.
