The room is clean, there is no outlet by the bed. The staff are funny young girls who decorated a room with separate single beds for a married couple. Thanks to one of the girls who corrected the situation and decorated the room with a double bed. During the registration, the ladies smiled and giggled, whispering something in each other's ears.

Nice, clean, cozy rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
There are many advantages. One of the disadvantages is that there are no sockets by the bed. And the problem is in the air conditioning system. After switching off, the air conditioner does not start again. We were offered a different room due to the absence of a maintenance engineer, but the same problem arose there. It needs to be finalized.
I recommend the hotel.

A nice fresh hotel for reasonable money. Pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, everything works. In the standard room, except that there were no sockets at the bedside tables, I had to charge the phone in the far corner of the room. There were also no slippers in the room, they had to be paid for at the reception.
The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious, but it was not possible to have dinner at a local restaurant - due to the lack of chefs, I had to settle for French fries and a bad bottled beer. In general, a good option for your money, but not without drawbacks.

The claims against the hotel are nominal. There are no slippers, bathrobes, brushes, shoe spoons, safe and glasses/kettle. The food is good. The service is decent, there is Parking. Why one star? Oh! More on that below!
It's all the fault of Jan's manager and the booking/sales department that she represents. No one expected such a scam! Booked with full(!!!) a prepaid room and a New Year's holiday in this hotel, a week before the present, Yana calls and says: we did not pass the certification for the class of the restaurant, so the holiday will not be held in our hotel, but we are ready to take you with a transfer to another of our hotels for the same holiday, everything is the same, the program, dancing contests, or we will refund the money.
All right! Let's go to another hotel, we don't care, we're from Moscow and just wanted to celebrate New Year in Minsk!
And what is the result? Yes, there was a celebration, only in another hall!!! Without us! And what was paid for? Where is the program? Where is our participation? For the food?? And so the Slavyanskaya hotel and the Robinson manageress treated 18 guests :(

A good hotel for the money. Everything is clean, the linen was changed, cleaned. We stayed in early August with my wife for a week as tourists, economy room, as we only spent the night. Only the room got for our dates with separate beds, but it's not scary. The room itself is not big, but it's enough, a shower towel, I liked everything. Air conditioning in the room. 15th floor with a great view of the Minsk Arena. If he goes to Minsk again, we will stop there again. The center is 5 minutes away by car. Excellent built-up area, cafes and restaurants within walking distance

I really love this hotel. I was worried that she was closing for a year. As soon as it started functioning, we immediately went to Minsk. Excellent three-piece, nothing superfluous, simple, but very clean, cozy, neat. Nice rooms, very large bathrooms. A wonderful restaurant, or rather breakfast in it. There is a cooler with drinking water on each floor, it's nice.

In general, the price-quality ratio. One of the advantages is not a bad location - you can quickly get to the center and leave the city. The room has +/- basic equipment. Cons - the door to the next room!!! It's closed, but audibility.....We were with children who were settled there, so audibility in our case is not critical, but probably not very much with strangers .... there is no refrigerator in the room, there are no sockets by the bed to charge the phone at night - only on the table by the TV. There is no drinking water in the rooms, but there is a cooler in the corridor on the floor. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty, but it took a very long time in our case.

A very bright couple lived next to us on 09.11.23 in the next room (We had room 1001, they lived exactly with us on the floor). At first they had sex two times very loudly, I could even hear her breathing, not to mention the rest. Then I heard them coming out and coming into the room terribly loud, then they were watching TV, as if under my ear.
It's two o'clock in the morning and I can't sleep because of their conversations and the TV!
If you are a pervert and you like to hear everything that happens at the neighbors - you are in this hotel!!!!
