It's a great hotel, I really liked it. Clean, the furniture is quite new, good quality, blackout curtains.
The mattress is comfortable, the linen and towels are clean.
Only without dental supplies for some reason.
We rated the hotel as good, maybe even 4 star.
In my opinion, it's a bit expensive for Minsk, but it looks like this area is so new, not cheap, Minsk arena is nearby..
We arrived without working cards of the Russian Federation (including the World), which we were warned about in advance. But now they don't work anywhere in Minsk.
Booked without prepayment on the hotel's website, the reservation was confirmed. Everything is fine.

Bathrobes and slippers are also not included in the room rate. The drinking water in the cooler on the floor is constantly empty, I had to walk around the floors, look for water! It could be considered a good hotel if not :
1. After the change of ownership, petty savings on everything: 2 towels and for the body are clearly less than usual; there are only two small pillows; soap, shampoo, gel in bags like in the most budget hotels; slippers, dental supplies, a simple spoon for shoes and a brush, no bag for putting in the laundry; no bottle of water the manifestation of stinginess is absolutely....
2. A wonderful, varied breakfast, but the whole impression is negated by the disgusting instant coffee in the coffee machine. Again, an example of petty greed - the waiter recommends ordering coffee for money from a bar located in the same hall)) - petty marketing. But the coffee from the bar is rare in cheapness and nastiness overcooked.
3. There is not even a semblance of a lobybar. In the evening, after the restaurant closes, it is impossible to buy water, even if they put a showcase with water at the reception…
It is a pity, because the politeness of the staff, relative novelty and cleanliness are crossed out by manifestations of petty economy and children's coffee marketing)

There is no cleaning service.
They put up a sign to get out.
As a result, the towels that needed to be changed were stupidly hung back! Personal hygiene products have not been updated. The girl called the reception desk and said come and take it from her.
There is no refrigerator. There is no safe. There are no cups.
The sound insulation is poor. I could hear them having fun in the room opposite!!
