A good hotel, worth the money, service and service are the same as in the whole of Cuba😂 The beach is a beauty, one of the best beaches in Cuba. The maids didn't steal, the cocktails were great. The bungalow has seen a lot of life, but in general it is cozy and clean. The reception staff is contact, many people understand English. We are happy with the rest.

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days, I was satisfied with everything: excellent food, good location, responsive and friendly staff, and, of course, a stunning beach. The only thing is, on the last day of rest, the split system began to leak in the room, the problem was reported, but the problem was not fixed on the same day🤷♀️

We bought tickets to this hotel, subscribed to the hotel chat (sooo live chat) I would like to contact the management of the hotel - you will soon lose your tourists with this attitude!!!! Did you see a large flow of tourists (which your hotel is not used to) and decided to relax??? Pay 300-500 thousand and eat with dirty dishes??? AREN'T YOU ASHAMED??? Should I give gifts to all the staff every day for cleaning the room, for making a cocktail (which is actually paid for) and for any request??? Wine is hidden in the dining room (restaurant), you need to ask for it, and if you ask, they are waiting for a TIP!!!! Then why do we pay for All Inclusive??????? (about $ 1 for tea, per day, for cleaning - I absolutely do not mind), and everything else??? Why do tourists have to pay for every "step"??? I'm sorry, but are you swollen??? You are used to gifts and tips (((( You have already ruined the reputation of your hotel!!!!

We arrived from Cuba today. The hotel corresponds to its stardom. Solid 4. If you are flying to relax, swim, sunbathe, and do not expect super-duper service, then everything is fine! Of the disadvantages, this is an indissoluble meal, but even basic food they can not cook deliciously, but you will not stay hungry! Location, ocean, beach - 5 ! Our room was on the 1st floor, spacious, they say on the 1st floor all rooms are renovated, everything worked properly, did not jam, cleaning every day, linen change, 1 minute walk to the beach, garden view, so you can not hear music from the pool loudly. There is animation, live music in the lobby! Dancing! We really liked the guy who plays the saxophone and sings very cool himself! I lit it, everyone was dancing! In general, we are satisfied, but of course there is something to compare it with)) Do not expect what is in Turkey in 5 stars, it does not even compare! But for November, the way we rested, we are happy! More positivity and everything will be cool :)) Be sure to go to Havana, super flavor!

A GOOD HOTEL FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY.
I am currently staying at this hotel. So far, only the first impression.
Placement. After a long flight and waiting for the test at the airport, we were placed right away, this is a huge plus! although the official time of placement has not yet been announced. We live in a bungalow. The room is large, two-room. It is very comfortable. The furniture is not the first freshness, but for us it does not matter at all. There is little room for things. The only double-leaf closet that has an ironing board, a safe, and your belongings after you place them there.
The sea and the beach. Gorgeous sea, fine sand, good entrance. The beach is huge! There are a lot of sun beds.
Food. There are vegetables and fruits, a lot of meat, a small selection of sweets, ice cream... We haven't studied everything yet, but we've seen people carrying food from somewhere between breakfast and lunch. Ice cream by the pool is delicious throughout the day.
Bars. The choice of alcohol is large, all of good quality. There are bars that work around the clock.
Territory. Very big and beautiful, lots of greenery, palm trees, mango trees grow.
The Internet. Free of charge 3 hours a day. It seems that after this time it is possible to re-register at the reception again for 3 hours. On the beach, in the bungalow, the Internet does not catch. I don't know about the central building, but it's nice in the central part of the hotel.
Pools. Clean, but not very deep.
I want to add my review. The longer we stay here, the more we fall in love with this hotel! Everything is so wonderful, if you don't find fault with the little things.
Every day there is live music in the lobby of the hotel, and at 10 o'clock some kind of performance on the street, where there is a well-equipped stage.
Do not forget to stock up on masks, this is a problem here, and in a restaurant you can only take food in a mask. By the way, the food is served by the restaurant staff. All the hotel staff are wearing masks.
We took a two-day tour of Cuba and the mountains. Lots of impressions!

We rested in the period from 02/22/2023 to 03/05/2023, check-in is fast - 5, bungalows were provided for an additional fee ($ 20 per day), hotel - 3 (repairs are required), food - 3 (you can only eat normally outside the hotel, I recommend the Carbon restaurant), drinks - 2, staff - 5 (special thanks to Victor and Anna, the Russian-speaking staff), the beach is 2 (very dirty, broken deck chairs), the ocean is 5 (the water is excellent). The hotel is being stolen, bathing shorts were stolen three times during the holiday.

Great hotel!!! We had a vacation with my husband in May 2021.
After the epidem. But this is our first trip. During the year, we really missed the ocean and the warm sand, by the way, Sol Palmeras has one of the best beaches on Varadero!
There may have been rough spots in the hotel, but they need to be treated with understanding (no matter how, the hotel was closed for almost 13 months!!!).
Overall, I really liked the hotel. For its 4* it may well compete with 5*.

I don't know what advantages this hotel has, maybe only if one of the advantages is Wi-Fi in the room... I will list the disadvantages. They gave us a room on the 1st floor, so that hot water would flow from the tap, we had to wait 10 minutes.. the maid said it could be in another room, so there is no point in changing the room.. the food is the same every day, only papaya and pineapple are made from fruits, mashed potatoes with some kind of flavor, the juices taste chemical. Tea and coffee are served only for breakfast. At lunch and dinner, tea is only available at the bar, and then herbal. There is no ordinary black tea. The beaches are dirty, no one cleans up the garbage for the hotel guests, plastic containers and spoons are lying in the sand. The pool is dirty, no one has cleaned it once during the week and a half of my stay. There are a lot of spiders in the room. I think this hotel deserves 3 stars, but not 4. There is not even a brush in the toilet in the room. There are holes on the towels and bed linen.
