An amazing hotel. Maybe the rooms are not Mega super, but they are decent, there were a lot of fruits, circus performances (very cool), varied food, 4 restaurants, food and drinks 24/7, entertainment every day, the ocean and the beach are a separate love. Those who write that the rooms are not och-guys, for Mexico and Cuba these are fabulous rooms, especially since they really only sleep in them)

Good day everyone! I had a family vacation a week ago. If you close for some moments (dishes with chips, not always clean, old furniture in the bungalow) everything is fine, I did not want to leave. The staff tries hard, the territory is fire, the sea and the pool too. It's a decent option for a foursome. Live music, contests, a large well-groomed area.

I just returned from this beautiful country, the hotel is excellent, the food, the animation, the beach, the ocean are above all praise.The room was on the ground floor with access through the balcony.Everything is within walking distance.The furniture is a little worn, but the bed is comfortable, clean linen.And what kind of people these Cubans are, kind, funny, helpful, happy to have any surprise (chocolate, tights, ballpoint pens,), any little thing.I recommend. The best hotel on this coast.

I asked to clean the room, because it was dirty.To which they replied no, until the coronavirus test comes, they will not clean up. There was still no test the next day, and in the afternoon I decided to wash the floors.Why didn't they change the room, the view was not bad and the floor was fine, they were afraid that another room could be given at 14.00 as it should be and somewhere on the 1st floor or with a different view. By the evening of the same day, a guard and a nurse informed us that I had a positive test and I needed to isolate myself in my room and my friend, like, as a contact, too.And the complete chaos began. We began to write and call the guide, who had already had a conversation with the tourists the day before, that if it was positive, then you would be isolated according to the Protocol and you would be retested and if it was negative, then you would be released.She scared everyone with fines, jail and deportation!And when she was asked for help, that this could not be, no one is sick, feels well and there is an official test from Russia from the Institute.Sklifosovsky. She said that we are obliged to comply with the laws of Cuba and she can't help us in any way. In general, they asked to do a paid express test, the answer was that only the laboratory does the test and they consider it legitimate! And what you did in Russia is not interesting to anyone here. In short, from that day our hell of imprisonment in the hotel began, the food was carried in terrible condition. And our vacation was 7 days, we rested for exactly 2 days! Upon leaving the hotel, we were not even fed breakfast and were not given lunch boxes, although on the eve they told everyone to come and make an appointment who was leaving tomorrow and they say the guide arranged for us to have breakfast.No one did or wanted to do anything. Terrible staff, head and guide Irina Anex tour, everyone lies, torments people, pretends that they do not understand, shameless lazy.They steal things from the bed and don't return anything. When the safe broke down, they said that remove valuables and he will do everything in your absence on the last day of your stay. There are flies in the restaurant, a swarm of midges, the dishes are dirty all the time, you can't put them on yourself and you stand waiting for someone to come and deign to put this terrible tasteless, unsalted mess, full of unsanitary conditions. All tourists without masks in the restaurant and in the hotel, although there are so many allegedly ill from Russia. I was at this hotel from 10/29/2022 to 11/06/2022. A brand new mobile phone was stolen right from the room from the safe, they sorted it out for 2 days and found nothing!!! In short, the country is poor, so the staff will never be able to profit from something. The administration did not move and did not show any assistance. In short, they cover theft at the hotel!!! The food is also monotonous, a lot of bread, few salads and greens, the rooms are dead and there are cockroaches in the hotel!!! He lived in room 4035 on the 4th floor.

We were in February 2020. The beach and the ocean are amazing. We lived in a bungalow on the first line (we paid extra from the stand.the rooms are on site) The interior is shabby, but generally clean. Rain and rumble from the air conditioner. The main disadvantages relate to the dining room. There is a lot of food, for me not everything is delicious (something unripe, or undercooked, or over-salted), but you can eat. It's too crowded on weekends. There are half-washed dishes. And the most unpleasant thing is the abundance of flies. All in all, 7 out of 10. We flew there for the ocean house, so that's fine.

The new hotel, during the rest, was never disturbed by insects, which the guests of other hotels told about. Everything was working properly in the room, cleaned daily. Responsive staff, without extra charges and indignation, changed the room to the one with a better view. The ocean is very beautiful, as it is everywhere on Varadero. The only comment is on food, but this is a problem that is found everywhere in Cuba.

Two 4*(Sol Palmeras) and 5* (Barselo Solimar) hotels together in one vast territory. You can use both restaurants and all bars, animation. Barselo is still better. There are a lot of different foods, but they don't know how to cook, probably the isolation affects them. The territory is gorgeous, the sea and the beach are magnificent.
