Pricy but good. We really enjoyed the food, but the service was slightly lacking. Got roasted chicken and a salad. Beware of the portion size. Definitely enough to feed two.
The wait, however, was quite long. Even if you ask the food to be delivered together, so that everyone in your party can eat at the same time, this request is often disregarded.

The atmosphere in the best traditions of Novikov is cozy and stylish. There are many places for photo content)))
I especially liked the cheese from the food and of course its production is impressive immediately at the entrance to the restaurant behind the glass this art takes place :)
The cheese is incredibly fresh and super delicious. Some dishes are slightly inferior to other establishments in Tashkent, in my opinion, but the desserts here are just on top. With a cup of strong coffee or tea, they turn into a real gastronomic masterpiece. The service is at the top level. And the waiters always go to the meeting.
The only thing to note is that music doesn't always suit my taste well. But this happens in episodes, especially when the weekend and the sound is at a high volume))

The atmosphere in the restaurant is incredibly cozy and inviting – the stylish interior and pleasant music create the perfect setting for dinner. The staff is polite and attentive, which makes visiting the restaurant even more enjoyable. The dishes were particularly admired – everything was insanely delicious and exquisite. The Novikov Group Cheese factory is a Cheese factory everywhere, regardless of location - Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Tashkent, etc. A wonderful cozy atmosphere, a very warm welcome, delicious cuisine and fast service. During the fucking in Tashkent, they alternated authentic establishments with what is familiar and familiar. A great restaurant that you want to come back to. The quality of food in Moscow, Sochi, and now for quite a long time in Tashkent, remains almost stable. The atmosphere is great, it's a little noisy, and the music is playing louder than a comfortable level. The staff sometimes makes mistakes and there are shortcomings, but the taste of the dishes is excellent, and this is the main thing. Unfortunately, honey cake with salted caramel was missing from the delivery by aggregators, it was a favorite dessert.

I like this place, most of it is delicious, beautiful, fast and consistent serving. The parents were also satisfied with the dinner.
It's cool to have wine by the glass. A good selection of desserts, and which ones))
A cozy atmosphere, it seems, and the landing is always complete, but there is no discomfort that someone is very close to you, or something is in the way.
My daughter did not like the green pasta with shrimp, in fact, not the most successful dish.
But tiger prawns in a frying pan are just bombastic.
The service is good, the staff is happy to congratulate you on the holiday and gives you a cake, it's very nice!

The meal was beyond praise, everything was very tasty. I especially recommend the shrimp with garlic, but the rest was no worse. I collected the dressing from the vegetable salad and garlic butter from the shrimp with bread, I didn't want to part so much. All this was served very quickly and there are also no questions about the service, only praise, the most pleasant guys. I strongly recommend it, 10 out of 5.

10 из 5! Отличное место для хорошего отдыха! Очень вкусно!!! Локация ресторана в центре. В зале уютно, зелено, и несмотря на близкое расположение столиков, никто никому не мешает, комфортно! Обслуживание на высоте. Избалованные столичными ресторанами, не привыкли к медленному восточному сервису. Но здесь, в Сыроварне все быстро, четко, слаженно! Только-только сделали заказ и тут же перед нами горячая вкуснющая пицца с хрустящей, слегка подгоревшей корочкой из печи. Кстати, перед подачей угощают теплым хрустящим хлебом. Обязательно с собой берем страчателлу, продлить гастрономическое удовольствие и дома). Столики однозначно бронировать заранее, в ресторане полная посадка. Пожалуй, любимый ресторан в Ташкенте)

This restaurant is definitely wonderful. Inside is probably the most pleasant place to eat in Tashkent that I have been to. However, I give 4 stars for several reasons.
Firstly, we tried to accommodate a lot of tables. If you book a seat for two, you will most likely get a small table that won't even fit a pizza and two cups of tea. You will not be given a large table, or you need to say that there will be four of you.
Secondly, the prices here are very high. For example, when ordering an ordinary teapot of tea with lemon, they will bring you a teapot for 4 USD (I focus on dollars, since this will be more relevant for a longer time due to high inflation of soums), and the lemon will be counted separately for another dollar, which, of course, is unreasonably expensive and strange within Tashkent.
The food is certainly delicious, but the same level of cuisine can be tasted one and a half to two times cheaper in many places. It turns out that this place is more about a unique setting and in order to impress those with whom you go there, the atmosphere and the prices that you can afford. It's not a rational choice, but it's different for everyone.

It was the first time. All the tables were occupied. But after waiting a little, we got a comfortable table. A cozy place. Attentive and efficient staff.
The kitchen is delicious, naturally with lots of cheese. Therefore, it is very satisfying. You can even eat a salad. The portions are large. I liked everything.

Incredible restaurant with a special atmosphere, great service, great staff, always clean, the music is tasteful, the kitchen is the portions are hearty (for girls one for 2) desserts this is a separate perfection 🤗, plum cake especially as a seasonal offer, this is probably the best croissants in Tashkent, Breakfast, definitely recommend ❤️

Шикарное место! Еда очень вкусная! Своё производство сыров, большой выбор десертов.
Брали пиццу со страчателлой, пасту с говядиной, сырники. Объелись уже пиццей! Готовят быстро, официант очень вежливый, в заведении светло, приятно находиться.
Рекомендую к посещению
Наши фавориты - пицца со страчателлой, 4 сыра, паста с ягненком, судак, медовик с соленой карамелью, Буратта
Не понравились - щечки и сазан, борщ не впечатлил
Все остальные блюда супер!
